Lol no. She rallied the people of Panyi telling them that their cities/clans are united by marriage. So the first time he tried to reject the marriage he only did her wrong, but if he declines to marry her the second time he’d be doing the people wrong. The seal was practically useless if he can’t get the citizens to support him like they do her.

lol i feel like the FL is smart but it's twice now she's sorta been caught slacking because of love.
