i'm not saying she planned it with the intend to kill him. i'm saying that she planned the arrow for herself to take so that she could garner his sympathy.

i saw ep 13 previews and it looks like it's implied that the FL planned an assassination towards the ML but she ended up taking the arrow so that he would develop feelings for her LOL. originally the assassination was the crown princes plan and the FL knew but he called it off. previews are misleading either way but it looks like it's about to get interesting if the arrow was planned by the FL.
