this drama was truely a rollercoaster. it was a bit boring in the beginning, but became better with each episode, just to be such a disappointment in the end. ._.
dropped this drama in the very beginning, but came back to it. the later episodes are really better, but its so slow, the characters act annoying and its really a hassle to get to the point where its worthy to watch. 4/10 - and thats almost solely for the second male lead. :'D he really made it more endurable for me.
Oooooh my. I love it. The acting is great, the soundtrack is fitting and I love the pacing so far. I used to struggle a lot with longer episodes, but time flies back with those two! I havent watched the kdrama, so i am absolutely seated for the next two episodes bc wth is going on with Mirai? T_T

A person once recommended me this drama and i finally got to watch it. The first season was really nice. It was interesting and the cinematography, the acting and the OST are absolutely great. However, the writing could have been a little bit more compact in my opinion. Some scenes are annoyingly long (yeah, i am not a fan of starring at each other and doing nothing xd) BUT the actors are so good, that even those scenes transmit something (i feel this especially while watching season 2). I've read that some people criticize the writer and i get that totally. The love story is really kinda weak, because there is definitely the question "WHY do they even like each other that much?" :D I feel like they once had the idea of this immortal love, that people would die for, wrote the characters and bam - thats it. No build up, no reasoning, its just there and it gets dragged from episode to episode, without making much sense. I'm just like "Okay, i..just accept it. It is, what it is." :'D Nonetheless, I enjoyed season 1 and i am currently watching season 2, but the writing issue is still there. Some things just feel dragged too much. So S1 is a 9 for me and 2 is atm an 8 for me. c:

Because its an MBS drama and they are all "short" afaik. Japan is known to have a lot of "short" dramas. I enjoy them. Dont have the capability to sit through 1h episodes. 😂
I really enjoy this drama! kdramas are usually way too dragged for my taste, i just prefer shorter dramas. I really like Yagi Yusei since MBM (i just adore how much he is able to express with just his eyes.) and the FL is also a good actress. Of course the japanese style will be different than the korean 💀 if you wanna watch the same drama, just rewatch the kdrama? Like?! 🙃😂 Every country has its own charme and style and Japan and Korea are very very different, so i dont know why people expect a jdrama to be like a kdrama.
