i L O V E toxic messy cliche so bad it's good dramas so i am very excited to watch this, unforgotten night is a masterpiece of trash and i'm hoping love syndrome is the same...though hopefully a bit better produced
despite the fact that i utterly hated enchante and theo specifically i'm actually really excited to watch this, i'm not expecting a lot but from the trailer it looks fun and pretty light hearted and honestly book is so damn pretty i would watch pretty much anything with him in it (literally the only reason i finished enchante was his adorable stupid face)
this show is utterly ridiculous in the absolute best way, it's quirky and weird and defiantly isn't taking itself to serious i'm enjoying it a lot right so far, with the sudden influx in dark and gritty BLs (which i also love don't get me wrong) it's great to have such a fun little comedy to relax with.
i'm defiantly biased towards this series because of my love for mos/bank but the show really isn't as bad as a lot of people act ike it is, sure the story isn't fantastic and the pacing wasn't great especially in eps5-7 but i could say the same for probably 90% of all thai BLs, personally i think the acting, soundtrack, cinematography, and chemistry made up for most the other faults in the show.
however my biggest issue is the end, acting? superb, bank especially killed it, story? amazing shockingly heartfelt and sweet. but you are telling me these to horny arse mfs spend year apart and don't even give each other a single kiss when they are reunited? absurd i feel like the director went out of his way to have mankorn and yai kiss as few times as possible in the show cos it's defiantly not an issue to mos or bank to smooch each other up even in the dancing with the devil MV the kissed like three times that was cut from the final shoot

i know i'm super looking forward to midnight museum, i watch most of guns shows i don't care if they are bl or not he's a fantastic actor which is exactly why i'd be nice to see him in a different pair, i doubt off would ever act in a bl if it wasn't with gun which is totally fine i just personally think variety helps keep things more interesting plus and i feel this way about taynew as well i just don't think the have chemistry lol

he requested a kdrama esq plot i don't see anywhere saying he requested it with off, absolutely the more senior actors get more choice in what they act in as the should but when it comes to bl most companys will always keep the same CPs because of fans
i know i'm probably the only person who feels this way but i'm disappointed this is a offgun series, don't get me wrong i like off both as a person and an actor but i would kill for gun to be paired with someone else in a bl
the premise of this show doesn't make a whole lot of sense I.E why have bunkers if the earth is going to be destroyed? and if the moon was falling to earth thailand would be destroyed by tsunamis first but it's fiction so whatever i'm just happy to see a BL with a totally kind of story! i'm enjoying the characters a lot so far and the acting has been pretty good best has such good facial expressions he's really pulling of golfs rapid mood changes . but honestly the number one best thing about this show is that my baby Art is in it i've missed seeing him and his adorable sweet face and i hope he gets tons of main roles after this
now LITA is over i can firmly say that this series is Fine, just that it's not good and it's not bad it's just fine, if you want to watching something to pass the time and wont take any braincells it's a good option. i still prefer prapai/sky storyline over phayu/rains just because it's more interesting but fort and peat have pretty much zero chemistry and fort did not sell me on prapai he just looks way to young and soft and honestly i found his weird vacant smile and head shake he'd constantly do kind of creepy but i blame that more on the director then i do fort. i didn't like rain as a character very much just because i found him pretty boring and annoying but boss and noeul have absolute fire chemistry and i hope they get paired in a better series together, i hope peat gets a partner he has actual chemistry with as well cos he is stinkin adorable (also some acting classes on how to cry) the biggest issue in the show to me was the terrible editing and sound especially in the second half, there where times i could hardly hear what an actor was saying because the music was so loud and the constant rustle of fabric on the mics was irritating to say the least.
the pacing of this show is pure hell, i feel like episode 5 should have been episode 7 as the obligatory break up before the final ep, as it is they broke up before they even started dating, i personally like yai a lot he's dick but under that h's just a lonely moron that wants someone to love him, mankorn on the other hand? just fucking tell your dad you don't wanna marry hong christ almighty it's not like she wants to marry you either. mos and banks chemistry is fire as always and it's such a pity the show seems so intent on having them in as little scenes together as possible despite being the main couple please give me at least one episode thats just them together being sweet.

this show is honestly such a little gem i truly have no complaint about it so far, the story is super interesting, the characters are all fantastic, the acting, cinematography, lighting and sound are all great and the chemistry between boy and tod is A+, their scenes are so natural . i think kevin might be one of my fav BL characters of all time he is so sweet and kind and understanding but at the same time isn't a shrinking virgin thay blushes at the thought of halding hands or can't defend himself plus tod is absolutely beautiful
despite reading the novel it's didn't really register just HOW creepy pai actually is until i watched the series, stalking, harassments, breaking and entering, refusing to take no for an answer, weeding out information about sky from other people when sky himself doesn't want to tell him it's all pretty gross poor sky went from one horrible boyfriend to another imo pai gives me the vibe he'd rather kill sky then let him break up. honestly i find rain pretty annoying and pai pretty creepy so i wish sky had ended up with phayu LOL the largest green flag mame has ever written
