like a lot of people it seems i also take issue with the bodyguards, it's not that i don't like them but for a show that only has 8 eps and on average a 40 minute run time the are taking up very valuable time with out adding anything to the story. the show is already far less spicy then the novel though that is to be expected i hope they don;t tame it down too much i am really into the fact they made yai an actual machoistic sub it suits bank lol it's honestly getting way more hate then it deserves, the music, production, filming, atmosphere, casting are all fantastic and while the story but not be mind blowing it's no worse then 90% of other BLs people rave about, the pacing but be a little fast but they only have 8 eps to work with (yet gen y got 2 whole seasons wtf star hunter) also i'd say it's pretty obvious mankorn never actually had any issues with yai so his feeling aren't coming from nowhere and yai is literally an idiot so good sex and some kindness is easily enough to make him fall in love
ngl like a lot of other people i'm bit disappointed with pai/skys story and i think it's because apart from the obvious editing issues the story jut seems kind of off? instead of having the 80th scene of pai sitting at work doing nothing or vapidly smiling and shaking his head they should of actually focused on sky they cut so much of his story that the sudden shift in the way he views prapai just seems so jarring. this is nothing against fort but i actually don't care about pai at all, didn't in the book don't in the show, to m he's just there as an extension of sky and a way to help him heal, so i really wish the show would stop focusing on him and actually portray sky as the main, still the show isn't bad or anything, defiantly worth watching if only for peats adorable lil expressions
episode 2 was great i'm not really sure why so many people are complaining, yes the acting isn't the best ever but bank has only had minor roles and mos has never acted before this so considering that i think they are doing fantastic, their chemistry is A+ and the actual production of the show is WAY better then a lot of other BLs . i find all the complaints about the lack of plot pretty surprising because A) the source material didn't exactly have a lot to work with and B) phayu/rains story from love in the sky had just as little or even less plot then big dragon and people ate that shit up almost all the comments where positive, i seriously wonder if it's just because they had more explicit scenes and people think boss is hotter then mos?

people are allowed to have favourites and express their opinions, i agree that you shouldn't need to put others down to make your faves stand out more though, put as far as screen time being an issue for love sky at least is that both couples are MAIN couples not a main and a side couple they should have equal screen time and people being annoyed that the couple with less episodes also had less time in their first ep for old scenes of the past couple is fully justifiable
the sheer audacity to cut time from prapai/skys already shorter storytime to show OLD phayu/rain scenes is absurd but apart from that the episode was great i would die for sky and even though fort looks so young he's still pulling off prapais cocky self-assured fuck boy vibe perfectly .
