pretty sure the people who haven't watched it yet have heard that ch3 had a sad ending and want to know if the uncut does as well

happy ending in the uncut version y'all everyone can chill lol

the TV cut version that come out last night had a very sad and depressing ending, saint (the producer) has stated that the live stream+uncut version will have a different ending but no one knows if that means a happy ending or not, there is speculation that this upcoming end is even sadder but i haven't seen that from any official sources only fans.

so all in all no one knows if the uncut version will also be sad until it comes out tonight, i'm hoping it isn't because sad endings ruin shows for me especially when the novel they are based on have a happy one

Huang Li Feng is adorable and honestly the show is worth watching just for that fact alone

my only issue with this series is that the subs on gagaoolala are white and kind of blend into the scenes because everything is so bright LOL

so in at the end of the novel tharn makes a deal with chalothon that he will go back to the underwater naga kingdom with him for a week, chalothon being the arse that he is doesn't tell tharn that times moves differently between the realms and tharn ends up gone for around six months which end up with phaya going half crazy and spending the entire time searching for tharn on the river banks hoping to find him.
i feel like the series is going to take this idea and make it even more painful, probably have tharn missing for years and not just months and i'm not going to lie i kind of hate that idea, i'm really not into aggressive suffering.
i'm also not super impressed that they shot two different ending, this show has suffered from some pacing issues especially in the latter half and i wish they would have just focused on the story instead of stuff like alternate endings, it's really not needed the end of the novel was fine it didn't need to be changed

the good parts of this episode-the sound was better then the last one and him and nail are really cute together
the bad parts-literally everything oh my god this show is so bad i swear it was edited by a team of drunk monkeys just slapping away at the computer
also seriously you make te out to be a creepy stalker psycho only to have everyone forgive him for no reason and you give him some random ass love interest out of no where? i wish i could read the novel i desperately need to know if it's as badly written and stupid as the series or if the person who adapted it is just an idiot

p.s please give dew and tor another show after this they are good together

fuck jin, all my homies hate jin, i hope that piece of shit gets murdered in literally the worst way possible, i didn't think this show could make me hate someone more then tee but boy howdy they certainly did, i need every.single.one of these characters (except phee) to die painful horrible deaths

this and VIP only where the two shows i was looking forward to most in the VBL line up but after how disappointing i found VIP only i was a but hesitant about this series, but i loved the first two episodes! the storyline is very unique (at least for a BL) and i love ever 9 so much he's adorable i totally get why chu yi ping is already so smitten with him.
i am really curious about ever 9 though, i'm wondering if he is an actual AI or if he's actually like a brainwashed human? personally i'm hoping he is a genuine robot just for the uniqueness factor

i do agree with a couple of the comments here that this episode felt a bit disjointed, it hasn't effect my love for this series at all but i wouldn't be surprised if there where some time and money constraints near the end of filming, this series is incredibly ambitious in what it's done and we know a lot of the funding come from saint personally and not idol factory as a company so it's pretty insane the amount they have managed to accomplish.
also for anyone saying they story has added to many new things to wrap up in ep 12 i say where? there is nothing new story wise it's all the threads that have been woven into the story from the start, it's all connected to each other (well the first case isn't connected but that has already been wrapped up), also if you are struggling to understand the story thats not on the story telling in this show thats on you lol.

also i am going to die during the wait for the last ep, the 24th feels like years away

can everyone stop commenting about the person who commented about tharn being week and girly? like yes that was a terrible comment and that person is obviously an idiot who probably hasn't even watched the show but jesus christ pretty much the only comments on here now are people complaining about it, imagine someone hasn't watched this series yet, they come to the comment section to see what it's about or see reviews and all they get is this? i'd seriously wonder if the shows even worth watching as the only thing anyone is talking about is a dumb comment and not the actual series.
and yes i know people can comment what ever they want this is a free space but it is literally comment after comment saying the same thing.

i genuinely feel so bad for the actors in this show, they are tying their best but how can you expect them to do anything well when the people who are making it obviously don't give a single shit about the series, the scrip is awful, the editing is a joke and the sound design on the latest episode non existent it's pathetic.
considering how bad this series is it might be unlikely but i really do hope dew and tor get paired together after this because their relationship and chemistry is literally the only good thing in this series
EDIT: also why in the hell are they trying to act like te is actually a good guy all of a sudden, that man was full on stalking ad harassing nail he's a certified creep and yet suddenly they are trying to push some random love interest for him and acting like he's not some mega weirdo

i caught up on the newest episodes, i officially hate everyone except non, phee and maybe tan, jin is the least bad but he isn't stupid or blind he might not know the extent of the bullying his "friends" did to non but he was aware of some of it and he still remained friends with them.
i thought phee was probably either nons sibling or boyfriend so that didn't surprise me bit it makes me wonder if he knew who jin was when they started their FWB situation and thats why he never took their relationship to the next level

also por is dead, top is either dead or near death, tee better be on the chopping block next he's the worst one out of all of them, i hope he dies a horrifically painful death

chalothon is still a naga prince not a human so he has all of powers

i will say one thing i did like about the novel more then the series is that the characters aren't so stupid lol, like don't get me wrong i love all of them but it's wild how this entire group of elite police investigates somehow got to the conclusion of chart and the inspector working for montree and not oh idk the possibility of chart being undercover like the dead lieutenant from the second ep and the inspectors brother was and the akk has slowly been going after montree for years

fair enough, i think i'v seen so many posts over the years of woman in bl just being hated on for existing that i tend to jump to the worst conclusion, though i'm still not sure how chao chom is more boring or annoying then ryans character or why it would matter if they got together cos like you said they are both super inconsequential side characters, whether he's in a couple or not isn't going to change how little screen time he has or how pointless his character is

why would it be bad if dream ends up with chao chom? or is this just the standard BL fan hating on woman and het couples for no reason

two things about this episode,1) i really love him and nail together like i genuinely enjoy watching their scenes i think they are fun and sexy and i'm loving dew and tors chemistry/energy together.
2) i hate the entire storyline involving phai and chao, i honestly cannot understand a single reason why chao is so down bad for this dude, he has a shitty attitude (i'm not talking about not wanting to have his relationship public thats honestly fine as long as both parties are on bored) he acts like everyone is beneath him and while he's not ugly he certainly not hot enough to go this crazy over, and chao is beyond clingy and annoying and has gotten so desperate that it's actually embarrassing to watch.
in general i am actually enjoying the storyline it's very soap operay but i think it's fun and camp and over the top, i just wish the editing wasn't so god awful (though this ep wasn't to bad) and that there wasn't a second couple

well that certainly was an ending i guess, i am in the 'i didn't like it camp' but i do get why a lot of other people did.
honestly like many others i found the whole thing of day getting his sight back and living a fairytale ending to be a bit of a slap in the face for people who actually have disabilities (myself included), you could have had the exact same happy ending with him remaining blind and "curing" him right at the very end did (to me) undermine the entire beautifully portrayed struggle and acceptance of dealing with becoming disabled.
no less of an issue to me was mhok and days relationship at the end, day breaks up with mhok for (imo) purely selfish reasons then spends the next three years being happy as can be doing whatever he wants and living his best life while mhok is yet again completely alone, then he has the audacity to act like mhok is the one who did something wrong? really day you think you are the one who needs to give mhok another chance? i honestly wish mhok had of gotten a bf/gf while in hawaii and day could have been left single and jealous that he lost such an amazing man because of something so pathetic as falsely perceived pity lol, honestly there was actually zero resolutions in there relationship, they didn't need to break up they needed to talk and even three years later they still didn't talk about their damn issues.
anyway i would give episodes 1-10 a solid 8 but episodes 11-12 maybe a 6 (just for the acting)
