omg this 100% i cannot for the life of me understand how so many of these comments are talking about how tharn should have done this or that or should have known this or should have figured this out or even worse that he's some how an idiot for not knowing something he would how no way of no way of knowing because no one has given him the pertinent information yet, like all these comments saying "well the monk said to stay away from chalothon" no he didn't he said keep phaya away from him that in no way implies that tharn himself should be wary of the doc, like phaya will do something impulsive (based on the information he has) and when tharn doesn't react positively to pahays aggression he gets called stupid and annoying smh it pisses me off lol
i love tharn i think he's a wonderful multi dimensional and deeply truamatised character doing the best he can to protect and help the people he loves, he isn't perfect but no one in the show (or life) is

while i fully agree that there is unfortunately a lot of misogyny in the BL fandom (and i'm sure there are some people who purely hate dao for being a woman) you really can't blame the reason most people don't like dao on misogyny, almost all the comments i have seen here are because A) the actress just isn't good and it is very noticeable especially compared to how well almost all the other actors are doing, B) she genuinely serves no purpose to the story except to make tharn slightly jealous early on and to give nee a love interest she doesn't need, and C) trying to get phayas grandma to get phaya to quit being a detective because it's dangerous is out of line, blaming tharn for phaya being in the hospital in out of line, being worried about her friend is fine but she is over stepping lines and boundries every where.

i totally agree with you about chart though like how are people missing this dude he was in two eps and his only major achievements where almost murdering phaya and harassing tharn like what, i am siding eyeing anyone who hates dao but wants chart back lol

i believe the GL 23.5 is replacing last twilight, or at least thats what i'v seen being said around

man i say this every episode but my god babe is seriously such a good actor it's insane that this is his first every role, the entire part 1 where he looked so goddamn broken was devastating to watch and omg as if he wasn't perfect enough he's also a pretty crier? crazy

the girl playing phayas sister is a really good actress i was very impressed with her scenes at the hospital, i can't say the same for the lady playing dao however, she's super pretty but i have seen rocks with a better emotional range i don't want to be mean but she is so bad that it's actually kind of distracting (doesn't help at all that her character is super annoying).
my only criticism for this epsiode is that it was to short (and that they didn't show that love scene at the end)

i looked that up and saw nothing pertaining to people applying to for work visas with a criminal history so i'm assuming that law about U.S citisens

i feel like the actual plot is fine, but it's edited so badly that you can't tell whats happening at times

i actually did some research into it because i was curious, it is possible for the U.S government to waive a criminal record for someone to apply for a work visa but is a complicated process and has a lot of limitations, and lets face it mhok not only has a criminal record for a violent crime he is also poor and his job is just a chef , i highly doubt he could get a visa

also mhok has literally been in prison he wouldn't be able to get a visa to work in america regardless of anything else

billy is more handsome to me, babe is a mix of cute/beautiful more then handsome

days not a bad person but i have felt through the series that he is pretty selfish and immature (i blame his mum she babies him way to much), i honestly think he cares about mhok a lot less then mhok cares about him in some ways

i won't lie in my opinion the breakup felt unnecessary and forced (yes i know it's how aof wanted it to go which is why i am saying my opinion) even if day wasn't blind i fully believe mhok would still have turned down the job offer and lied to day that he wasn't qualified because literally everything we have been shown about mhoks character so far shows that he places his loved ones above anything else, there is no way in hell he would have moved to a different country and left the person he loved most in the entire world behind disability or not.
while i do like day as a character i have felt for the entire series that he is in a lot of ways extremely immature and this break up just cemented that for me, instead of having a proper conversation with mhok, instead of listening to mhoks reasons and his very real trauma related issues his first thought is to break up over they perceived pity he thinks mhok has for him (i am aware he also broke up with him so mhok could "pursue his dream" buts thats also stupid because being a chef isn't his dream it's just a job to mhok), i really hope this break up serves to make day grow up and mature as a person as well as let him have some proper independence but i feel absolutely heartbroken for mhok he doesn't deserve this at all, i don't however feel any sympathy for day in this situation

i'm excited to finally see some backstory this upcoming episode, i hope whatever jin did wasn't to awful because he and phee are the only characters i like (god someone please kill fluke and tee soon), tan isn't to bad but he kind of has no character so far so i can't really have an opinion on him yet, white is the kind of character i hate so i hope he either turns out to be interesting and a lot less pathetic then shown so for or he dies soon, por was definitely sus but i'm still sad he died cos i love us lol
i'm still on the theory that phee knew non somehow but i'm not sure how that works with jin

am i going insane? did i keep blacking out during parts of this episode or are there actually like giant chunks of story missing? how tf did te, him, and nail end up in the bathroom fighting after reconciling on the rooftop at the end up last episode? how did him and nail make up after the bathroom fight enough for nail to visit hims house? i actually like show show but jesus christ the editing is absolute trash it's sad, what makes it even worse is that the editing was totally fine for the first 3 episodes, i truly have no idea what happend

anyway i still don't care about the second couple at all, phai isn't worth being so pathetic over (seriously why does chao lik him so much he's just a monotone asshole), chao is still annoying and needs to grow a backbone, te and type are like legitimate psychopaths, te especially like everytime he is on screen he makes my skin crawl he needs to be thrown in an active volcano or something just stay far FAR away from my baby nail, i feel mad for him blues death (?) wasn't his fault but the way he (and half the people around him) blame him for it is so sad and it's obvious he really does love nail for nail even if he did initially approach him because of how he looks like blue.
and nail, oh my baby nail, i really genuinely love his character he doesn't deserve any of whats happening to him, these freaks need to just leave the poor boy alone.

so many people are complaining about babe portraying wansarut (which is valid) but i personally wasn't to bothered as nagas are shapeshifters and probably don't care all that much about gender, so while the giant snake is a woman changing into a "human" man isn't all that odd i just wish they hadn't used freen in the beginning because thats what makes it confusing, but i also understand that there is no way in hell they would ever put freen and billy in any even remotely romantic scenes considering the way freenbecky fans behave.

also babe looked stunning in the naga outfit, the long hair, the gold jewelry, the outfit, it was perfection i cannot get over hopw beautiful that mane is it's insane (also billy is way to hot it's killing me)

i assume they used babe to portray wansarut despite the fact that his first life was a woman because it's a BL and they didn't want people complaining, honestly i wish they hadn't it just made things confusing, i also feel like if they wanted to go that rout the could have just changed wansaruts gender to male anyway it wouldn't have changed the story at all.

i can't believe i deluded myself into thinking the story would get even slightly better as at went one, i genuinely cannot believe there is only one more episode and sprite still hasn't told first the truth, i actually regret watching this series, i do love frames acting and his chemistry with ryan is great but my god this shit show has been such a waste of time i will never get back lol

i hope they get another series together because i would really love to see them in something that doesn't make me want to pull out my own hair in frustration

i say this with full disrespect FUCK night and days mother, like i fully understand the fear and concern she feels about days safety, i even completely get the concerns she has about mhoks financial situation and how that can effect his ability to look after day, all of that is reasonable and something a good parent should worry about what isn't okay is the obvious way she looks down on mhok (she's very obviously classist and it's gross), the fact that she treats night like shit and has even before day went blind (night is an actual angel to not let that favouritism affect how much he loves his brother), the fact that she would rather day stay locked up in his room isolated from the world and miserable because it makes her feel more in control is foul, taking days phone and changing the wi-fi password means she was not only preventing day from contacting mhok it means she was preventing day contacting ANYONE and that is so beyond fucked up but i just know the series will gloss over what a truly terrible parent she is because of the whole culture about never disrespecting your parents/elders (even when they truly deserve it)

on another note omg mark is so incredibly talented it's not even funny, every scene he is in he steals the spotlight so much that he's the only one i can even see, the scene where day comes down to eat with him and forgives him is so incredible, the way his eyes glazed over and filled with tears but he refused to let them fall was beautiful

they book has a happy ending and i very much doubt they will change that in the series!
