it's been shown in a few episodes in flashbacks. prosecutor family member (i think) was killed, he saw jihwan carrying a bloodied bat and thought he did it, but jihwan was a victim too. prosecutor has had it out for him for 10 years, but i believe he's slowly realizing he was wrong and jihwan is a decent guy.

Genuinely cried when watching the final scene in episode 13. I was afraid they'd make Eunha mad at Jihwan for keeping that secret from her, but I couldn't be more happy with how it played out. Eunha is quickly becoming one of my favourite female characters ever.

I didn't like how much screentime Yena got this episode. There is nothing she could reveal that would make me empathise with her, or justify her actions toward Eunha. She's a nasty bitch and I don't like that she could potentially become friendly with everyone.

I can't believe we are nearing the end. I'm hoping for a happy ending for all my fave characters. <3

they really gave xiangliu such a brutal death. even as a demon, he was more kind, fair and selfless than most of the gods and deities in this show. i'm just sad. i think i'll be stuck here for a while, mourning his death and the life he could've lived had someone shown him a bit more kindness.

i just can't bring myself to watch the final episodes. i don't want to see xiangliu die and even moreso, I don't want to watch him die alone.

i'm just so happy there's finally a cdrama where the parents (specifically mums) aren't absolute cunts to their kids. i especially love the relationship between linjia and his mum.

i came for nam jihyun but stayed for cha eunkyung. she's such a badass. her micro-expressions, especially episode 4 when she was on the phone to her husband, are incredible. i would've loved a wlw relationship between the two fl's, but i'm also patiently waiting for woojin to confess. can't wait for this weeks eps!
