Nah if I was you and I disliked side characters of a show I'm really interested in I'll just skip their scenes :) I've done it with a lot of dramas (the atypical family, I was only interested in the teens story so I skipped a whole episode they weren't in it)

Me too :) that's why I like the drama more than the novel, the side characters having more lines and layers of personality makes the show more realistic
