For me Hae Won has enough reasons to act this way. She was cheated and fooled by both and didn't recieve any apologize.…
True but sadly, in adult life we often don't get an apology, it's not school. We need to move on without it to not make our life miserable. I lost all sympathy for HW when she involved child into her plan who did nothing to her. WJ and HJ were shitty. But As far as I remember WJ doesn't want (or maybe wasn't sure) to go abroad with HW from the start and had mixed feelings for a marriage. that's the time where HW should have chosen herself and go. He wasn't interested in her anymore and she probably saw it clearly. But she decided to get a revenge on him and HJ after all this time? and get married with a person she hated? It was clearly seen that all of this destroyed her even more because she let her past control her present and future for such a long time, and she could be doing her things, get work, be successful, spend time with her grandfather and maybe have a lovely family she deserves by now
Am I the only one who thinks that HaeWon is extremely toxic? Not only for her ex-friend, but also her lover and people around her? I feel like she puts blame for her miserable life and all failures on everyone but not herself. I truly can't stand her, her attitude and all the actions, she should move on with her life instead of destroying everyone
Am I the only one who thinks that Nabi's decisions could be made because of the affect of her relations with her mother and probably her life when she was younger?
It's definitely a drama for people who want to watch something quick and fun without any heavy plot, but I expected more, the idea for a plot was very interesting. I like how they showed how SeoYun achieved her biggest dream, and how JinWook started appreciating his work again and reminded himself why he became a model. I think he changed his character as well. On the other hand, some topics weren't explained at the end. Did JinWook's friend achieve his dream? What SeoYun's friend want to tell her? What happened with the rest characters? Also, some parts were a bit misleading for me, for example, I thought that JinWook's friend liked him more than just a friend but I guess he was not... The acting was fine, I liked it, but I like Park JiYeon so I think I can not be objective here.
It's one of the best drama I've watched this year and probably one of the best law drama I've watched in the last few years. I finished the drama in 2 days tbh. I almost immediately got into the plot and wanted to follow the characters' decisions. I felt so many emotions while watching it, too. Even tho, the drama has many characters and plots, little details, I truly believe that they are like little puzzles to make a whole big picture. And it was made really well. Definitely, my biggest congratulations to Go Yoonjung for playing Ye Seul. I think she had one of the hardest roles to play here, especially during her trial, and not to lie... I was crying two times even tho I knew it was just acting. I could truly understand and focus on how hard was for her to fight for herself and overcome the fear of speaking up. Next, the Joon Hwi, who wasn't my favorite character at first because of how they portrayed him initially, but in times I fell in love with his character, understand his personality and decisions. He came out to be a quiet but extremely intelligent man. Also, I really like how cute he was helping SolA with everything and I got a bit confused when they asked him who he likes and he said someone else than I thought. Last but not least, "Yangcrates" and SolB stole my heart immediately. I don't know if I need to say much about them but they're definitely my favorite characters and the actors' skills were really perfect. My only minus would be about the ending. I had some moments when I felt everything is in a rush and there is too much information around 13th episode until the end. In my opinion, they could finish everything when they found Byung Joo's killer and make a 2nd season trying to solve the mystery of the lost son and SolA's sister. I'm sure many of us would love to see them again together
This drama is a MUST HAVE in 2021 and personally, it's my favorite one from this year so far. I think that especially because of hard COVID times many of us spent a year or more in our houses, far away from friends, family, unable to do our hobbies but with new lifestyles. And probably many plans we had, didn't fulfill but Navillera came with an amazing, emotional, and artistic plot. This drama shows that it's never too late to try - even if something seems to be impossible, it doesn't mean it is like this. I think I really need this after the lockdown... Guess, I'm not the only one who loves Chaerok and Deokchul friendship and how much they learn from each other. In 12 episodes, we witness how they build and develop their relationship full of patience and unconditional love and care. Many times I felt like they treat each other like family, even tho they aren't blood-related. What's more, we could admire the beauty of ballet!
The only minus I found in the drama was Tian's mother's attitude and some manipulative behavior. I know that they…
It's okay :) I understand your opinion about Tian and Phupha and how you see the whole story. I noticed that when he came back he felt really upset and even lonely, so he decided to come back to the village after 2 years.
I always try to include the cultural aspect, so I didn't write more about his mother. I know that for many people it may be something natural so I don't want to criticize it. I also had a similar situation in life so, in my point of view, I just know it may be unbearable. If you know any good article about that cultural aspects, I'd gladly read them :)
I started watching this drama after I read the description and, to be honest, I imagined it a bit differently,…
The only minus I found in the drama was Tian's mother's attitude and some manipulative behavior. I know that they wanted the best for him. I understand the cultural aspect, but I feel like at the beginning no one cared about Tian's dream and opinion. They all treated him as someone who wants some fun and can't make decisions as a grown man. Yes, he came to the village because he wanted to "pay" for the chance to live, but I think his purpose changed after a while. He genuinely liked teaching kids and helping villagers. Also, he became mature and more responsible for what he was doing. In the 1st ep we could see him as a rich kid who likes to have fun and doesn't think before he's doing something. After he came to the village his personality slowly changed. he knew how to take responsibility for his own actions. I felt a bit mad at first that Phupha told him to leave if he loves him. I found it kinda manipulative. I know Tian was rich and he could become someone amazing and appreciated and Phupha didn't want him to ruin his future, but couldn't he just want to stay in the village? I strongly believe Tian found his purpose during this journey and he didn't want to stay only because of Torfun. I also easily stopped seeing Tian as someone who can't make decisions. I feel like he couldn't do it because his family always knew "what is the best" for him and didn't ask him about his opinion. Then, he had to learn that his actions matter and can make an impact on others. Anyway, I'm happy that he came back there after a while and he did follow his heart
I started watching this drama after I read the description and, to be honest, I imagined it a bit differently, but I'm not disappointed at all. It was a very very good drama. I really enjoyed the whole story. Definitely, we should highlight the actors' acting skills because they were brilliant! They were natural and I felt like the characters' emotions look real in every scene. I'll look up more dramas/movies with them in the future for sure. Next, the story. Well, I enjoyed most of the moments. I liked that we could see how Tian slowly changes his character to someone more mature and responsible. He grew up so well and was able to find his own life story which he probably would never imagine before it happened. Also, the main characters' romance was showed as a very mature relationship. I'm happy they didn't push everything too fast and made it unreal. They let us go deep into the whole story and enjoy every little moment. Good that the director didn't add up another couple who wouldn't have enough screentime to develop their own story. Sadly, I found many bl dramas which treat lead characters' relationship badly and sometimes their stories are more interesting. Instead, they focused more on the story of villagers and the village itself. We could get to know some cultural aspects, see how hardworking the villagers are, how they behave and what they believe in. As a person who hasn't been to Thailand yet, I had the chance to admire the beautiful views of nature in every episode. I think it made this drama very unique, beautiful, and special. Also the soundtrack! I found it very calming, romantic and relaxing and I think it matches perfectly with this drama and the whole story.
The only minus I have for this drama I'll add in the comment below because I think some people may contain it as a spoiler and I wouldn't like to ruin the fun of watching :)
A very nice, refreshing, cute drama with an interesting "destined relationship" plot. I was impressed how they portrayed the whole concept in 8 very short episodes. Also, I think that the concept of Mono and Probe was interesting. I only heard about it in writing stories before, and I hope it will open new possibilities about showing different types of relationships that many of us love. Personally, because I love looking deep into everything, I think the love between Yeon Woo and Yoo Han very beautifully and metaphorically shows how beautiful love can be when we want to learn about our lover's point of view, things they like, hate, they are afraid about, and that it sometimes hard or scary but it's worth it. I wish we could get a few episodes more because I felt like the ending was made in a rush, but even this wasn't a big problem to me. Also, I feel like I should write about the acting because the main actors act well. I could feel for a moment that I'm a watcher of the main characters' story, even though some parts were a bit cheesy. But the drama is good for a lazy evening any way!
For me, it was really hard to rate this drama and I'm still thinking if I should change it. All episodes were different but very interesting and tell original stories. I think that for some people the series might be boring or confusing because stories are not easy to understand. Everyone who wants to watch it, should keep in mind that this series definitely has a deeper meaning that we have to notice. Apart from stories, I love the way episodes were directed. It was pure art! They weren't just short movies that tell stories of the main characters' lives. Each of them was quite dark and refreshing. I felt like directors were paying a lot of attention to every little detail. Like, in "Love Set" we could notice the focus, determination, and anger of IU so perfectly. The same with emotions of the mysterious Eun from "Collector". Big congratulations to IU because I think that she's a really incredible actress. It's really nice to watch her. She has potential and talent and she proved it in Persona for sure.
A Piece of Your Mind is a very beautiful, romantic, and warm kdrama. I didn't have any expectations about it but the whole story for sure touched my heart and I can't express what I feel now. The whole story is very realistic and heart-warming. We are able to observe how Hawon and SeoWoo's emotions change from their first meeting until they fell in love. Their love focuses on many small details f.e we can notice how Hawon's emotions changed when he noticed that maybe his meetings with SeoWoo are not all about the device anymore. It's a great slow-burn and I found a lot of fun watching it. I don't know any other kdrama which showed the history in that way but the mood of it reminds me a lot about Bubblegum and One Spring Night that I really adore. Also, I really like Hawon and his beautiful but very tragic life story. He is definitely my favorite character. I'm glad we could get to know him episode by episode because there were plenty of moments that left tears in my eyes. Haein suits very well to acts as a polite, incredibly romantic, and warm boy. I also see him as a great young actor and I hope we will be able to watch him again as a lead again in the near future. In addition, I'd like to say that music was amazingly suited to the whole charm and mood of the drama. I'm not a specialist but listening to the piano melodies made me feel like I was invited to a very intimate and romantic love story. For sure I won't forget this drama easily and some of the memories will stay with me for a long time. I'm not a very romantic person but A Piece of Your Mind made me a bit nostalgic and changed me into a person who would love to find a love like this.
maybe there's no time travel at all.. i guess they're all under the psychiatrist's hypnosis and are dreaming in…
Omg, I also thought about that possibility. That maybe she just told them that they traveled in time but actually she just hypnotized them adding the fake story about the year that has never existed at all... She also maybe be the one who chooses the place and time of their death because she follows and observes them all the time.
I watched it because the drama is very popular in my country. The plot was interesting but for me, those 16 episodes were a bit too much. The last 3 episodes were unnecessary even though lots of things were happening. I felt like the director decided to change the drama into a criminal one. On the other hand, Itaewon Class is a big lesson for everyone. It serves that we should never give up on our dreams, plans, and ideas even tho it seems to be impossible to achieve. It's a great drama for everyone who still feels that they are lost in their life or they need some positive energy. I love the cast and the soundtrack so much. I totally fell in love with Dami's character and I think she's my favorite character. She shows the good and bad characteristics of Yi Seo perfectly. It was so nice to watch a personality that doesn't have only good or bad features. Also, I'm so happy how different the characters were. None of them were bored, some of them were lacking in some ways but still, I feel like it wasn't a big problem. In addition, it was very nice to see that the next drama shows different problems like racism, sexuality, and acceptance, apart from oh so lovely life that doesn't exist.
I didn't think that I'd start crying at the end because the drama ended. I had lots of fun watching it and I'd recommend it to everyone who likes mystery/crime dramas. The cast and acting were perfect. I love Jang Hyuk's characters and I think he was the most interesting and surprising character. I do like his point of view and the fact that he was such an intelligent person. Also, Sooyoung really surprised me and I noticed that her acting is better and better. I'll look forward to her next dramas to check if she can do well with different characters. Because of the ending of this drama I look forward to the second season. I hope they won't change the cast too much if they decided to continue the series.
Omg every episode leaves me speachless and when I think that we will find out everything the plot is getting more complicated. The 12 episode was really good!
The acting was fine, I liked it, but I like Park JiYeon so I think I can not be objective here.
