I watched all episodes that already came out in 2 days. I'm in love with the storyline, OCN never disappoints me. Many things are unpredictable and there are plot twists from time to time that leave me surprised. Personally, I love Jang Hyuk acting. I think he's character is the most interesting and mysterious personality. Also, I'm glad that we get to know his past one by one, thanks to it, for me the whole story is more interesting. Can't wait for the next episodes!
I rewatched it after a year and this is one of the best kdramas. I love how engrossing and interesting the plot. Once again, I found many moments very surprising and the cast is amazing. I hope the director gives us another story this year
I decided to write my own review because I noticed lots of bad comments and personally, I don't think that the drama was THAT bad. It was full of funny characters and moments. It isn't a drama for people who are looking for something deep and meaningful but for everyone who wants to laugh a bit. Also, it is not a drama for people who expect BL screen time because I saw a few people who were asking about gay characters.
Personally, I liked Ah Jaehyun acting a lot, even though his character was childish from time to time but on the other hand, I found his character very adorable. The same thing was with Seoyeon. I think she was very well played by Oh Yeon Seo and I will definitely watch the previous kdramas with her as the main character.
The only problem for me was music but maybe it's all because of the fact that I don't like Seniorita and Despacito.
The movie shows some difficulties with the relationship between two girls in Korea which I think we still can notice in many countries. I personally didn't call this movie one of my favorite. During many moments I was upset and sorry for Yoon Joo that she fell in love with someone like Jisoo. I felt that Jisoo didn't deserve someone like her - someone caring and lovely. Many times she was just selfish and I'm not talking about her actions because of the relationship with dad. Well, I think that the ending of the movie was fine, very subtle.
I'm so impressed by the whole cast, I didn't notice anyone who would be less professional or talented than others. Also, I hate bad characters so much (in a positive way hah) what it's rarely for me because I usually have no feeling towards them like... sometimes bad characters in kdramas are not bad. They are true evils
This is one of the best dramas I've ever watched. I still don't understand why I was waiting for so long to watch it. Mr. Sunshine has a great, interesting, romantic but also a heartbreaking plot with fantastic music, talented actors and beautiful costumes. During watching the drama I felt as if I were there, with those characters. I was experiencing every happy and sad moment with them so I couldn't take a break or skip anything. I was so fascinated by the story. Since the beginning, I was very moved by Yoojin and Aesin's story. I truly believed in actors acting and I haven't had a moment when I didn't think that they are destined to be together and I kept my fingers crossed for them. Their love was pure, beautiful and sad at the same time what makes me very nostalgic. I would like to add that Dong Mae was also the character we should focus on. Apart from the Yoojin and Aesin love story I truly love the story of Dong Mae, his own problems and moments of sacrifice. I found myself upset about how sad his personal story was. No matter if he made some bad choices in his life I found him a positive, brave character. I think that Yeonseok's acting skills are amazing and I'll look forward to the next dramas with him.
To sum-up, I think that even if you are not a fan of historical kdramas you would enjoy this one. I will definitely rewatch it just because of experiencing the same emotions.
I started watching this drama because of SungKyung, I love her acting and I think she's one of the best young actresses. I was a bit skeptical about the drama because I'm not a big fan of fantasy movies/dramas. But I was surprised. I very enjoyed the plot about Mika who was able to see people's time clock. I also think it's a very interesting idea. It made me thinking: What is she going to do with it? Is it something positive or negative? Also, a big plus for me was a musical motive. I love kdramas with a good soundtrack and About Time didn't disappoint me. Well, I don't know why people are complaining about it. The drama has a "musical" category in the first place so we all should be aware of it. Personally, I enjoyed it. SungKyung has a beautiful voice, calming and very interesting. She makes me cry a few times too and I was looking for more of her performances on YouTube after I finished the drama. The only disadvantage for a moment was a romance plot. I wasn't sure about DoHa and Michaela as a couple, I think they didn't match well but surprisingly it works. After a few episodes, I liked to watch them together. I think they were kinda cute and very subtle together and I was keeping my fingers crossed for them. I wish the director couldn't combine the idea of the romance and time clock together like that. Well, it started being a bit too messy at the end and I noticed a few times that I wasn't sure what happened. The ending could be better for sure.
To sum up, I think About Time is not a drama for everyone. If you are not a fan of the musical plot, the drama can make you feel bored. The plot was based on Mika's dream of being a musical actress so there is a lot of her singing various songs. There were many moments which brought me to tears (mostly) or makes me laugh so I don't think it was a waste of my time. In adittion, the whole drama gave me a lot of thoughts about my own life and the fact that maybe we don't appreciate our lives as we should. If you don't have any dramas to watch and you're bored, maybe just try this one out!
A very lovely movie with a sweet, warm-hearted storyline. Personally, I fall in love with it immediately and I enjoyed it a lot. BoYoung and YoungKwang act incredibly good and their characters' relationship seemed so genuine. I truly believed in the whole story, in every word, in every detail. I don't know why people think that the ending was bad. In my opinion, it was good and the story seemed to be more real. Definitely recommend watching this and I'll rewatch it for sure!
I enjoyed it a lot but I have to admit that around 10th ep, the plot was boring in some moments and I caught myself that I didn't pay attention to the plot. Then, the plot is becoming more and more interesting and the last few episodes were great! A big plus for Lee Seol's acting skills. She was brilliant! I totally believed in her character's emotions and feelings. There were moments when I hate her so much or when I love her. I think if not her good acting, the kdrama would be very boring. Rest members of the cast acted well but I didn't notice anyone who could stand out like Lee Seol in that drama.
I'm a big fan of crime/action movies so I started watching the movie with a thought that it will be the next action movie, just like 100 others I've watched. But the movie was never boring! The story which was indisputably cruel showed also the other, sad side of TaeKoo's history. The plot may have been a little bit predictable but in my opinion, it wasn't a drawback. I noticed at the end that even though TaeKoo was a criminal he had just wanted to show people the truth. YeJin and HyunBin acting skills were phenomenal. I completely believed in their roles and the whole plot. I think I would, without doubt, rewatch it someday!
Is the drama better later? I'm after 3 ep and it looks for me more like a crack drama with telenovela's vibes. The plot and acting seams sometimes fake tho..
I found this drama by chance and it reminds me of good old times when I was watching Tunnel. I fell in love with this drama so quick huh... I'm looking forward to next episode!
An amazing and really interesting plot which is also very unpredictable. I cried a lot and it is one of the few kdramas in 2018 which I really enjoy and I wasn't bored after 5th eps. I'm looking forward to Jang Ki Yong and Jin Ki Joo's careers and I hope they will get a lot of opportunities after Come and Hug me because they acting is very promising.

But anyway I enjoy the drama a lot
