the ending is def not that random considering that the writer of this drama also wrote 'what happened in bali'.

hahah i left off around ep 14 too. it was good but i don't think it needed to be 20 episodes as this is a story that could have been wrapped up in 16

such an amazing first episode.

i definitely enjoyed this but wish the final episodes were subbed. the group doing the english translation after expecting people to fill out a really personal survey (JUST TO GET SUBS) basically disappeared and dropped the project.

it's a pity bc this was a great show! yeah and if english subs of 7 and 8 appear, shoot me a message too.

fair enough! i agree that this might not be for everyone. i def agree about the writer (kim in young) as her previous work is mostly romcoms. she managed to surprise me with this one. she wrote women of the sun and 'the women who still wants to marry', two of my least favorite dramas.

lol. first episode is goofy as hell. i might watch this to compare it to the japanese version but not betting that it's going exceed the quality of JIN.

the writing is poor? this is actually one of the few dramas where solid writing is its strong point! it may seem tedious and boring but realize that this got an extension early on so they had to rewrite episodes to make the drama stretch for 20 eps. so yeah you are going to get that "hooly crap this is long" effect.

the action doesn't get started until episode 10. i admit i was bored at first but once you stick it out, it's extremely rewarding.

glad i jumped ship around episode 2. this show did not need the 4 episode extension and i have no idea why it wasn't a 16 episode show. awful writers. waste of acting talent

this is one of the few detective/crime procedural dramas that actual stands out this season! plus, matsuko deluxe!!!!

if you like a revenge story that doesn't have the typical hackneyed 'chaebol/poor girl' love story, this drama is it.

i seriously cannot get why they chose to just dub her over rather than hiring an actual taiwanese actress to do the job. i would just like to see GHS do the korean version as i think her talents can shine better.

i find that the japanese version works a bit more than the korean version? i guess because the former is way shorter than the latter. by the end of the korean version, i seriously didn't care if he got the girl.
