Yeah, I'm also not crazy about the sexism that exists in the original story/other versions either, but it's not as bad in this adaptation. Naoki has some redeeming qualities and Kotoko isn't as dumb. It makes the story a lot better imo

Most sources now say it only has 13, which is a lot more likely for a Jdrama
