Bai Jiu Si is only trying to find ways to fix his relationship with Hua Ru Yue as he had never hated her. As for their powers, it is not gone but only sealed. When they descended down to the mortal realm once again after their fight, they still had their powers in them. Then they had a discussion, however, it didn't reach a successful conclusion because Bai Jiu Si still couldn't understand Hua Ru Yue which is why they made a deal to seal their powers in order for Bai Jiu Si to truly experience being a mortal and know the sufferings which mortals goes through.

I've seen their interactions before but I never really wanted them in a drama together, I had another actor in mind but now I changed my mind. Congrats on achieving your dreams 😂...their offline chemistry is really good too! I think it's the same number of promos she's done for 'only for love' but i'm not quite sure either.

I don't know which episode you had watched already but it was pretty much explained why she acts the way she does. Her choices might seem like she is a rogue but she is clearly far from that. There's more to her than what you currently perceive her to be.

this is the reason why xianxia dramas are more complex compared to modern dramas, if you miss out even on the tiniest detail you will end up lost in the plot

This was the worst season out of all the four seasons the show had. Some of the women were lovely but some of the men on the other hand were too immature and fragile, they lack emotional maturity. I only got to finish because of Qing and Mumu they were the most mature cp on the show and the ones that seemed genuinely inlove. Twinkle love S3 remains the best season of this show.

One thing I really love about this drama is its osts, although they aren't the usual powerful xianxia osts that we usually hear from well-known singers, I love how Bai Lu and Joseph sang respective osts for this drama and each song they sang speaks closely towards their characters. It felt more heartfelt for me rather than being an iconic ost. I really love both Bai Lu and Joseph's voices, they are enough to melt in my ears.

Bailu really nailed as Li Qingyue and Hua Ruyue. She carried the complexities of both her characters very well. The way she executed her emotions through her facial expressions so distinctively had me wrapped around her fingers.

It'll take time to reach explosion level as iqiyi is more challenging to breakthrough compared to the other platforms. A total of 60M views is needed to reach it.

I'm the opposite, I have some preferences but Lulu widened them. I usually don't watch genres like Northward but I gave it a shot and fell inlove with the story. You couldn't have said it any better! I get you, after suffering drought in 2024, I wanted to be greedy and watch her dramas all year, but yes she needs to rest too. It's sad we won't see her again in the 2nd half of this year. Yes! I'm keeping my eyes out open on those two. One thing I noticed about Lulu is that even if you are just a casual drama watcher and not a super fan of her, you will end up loving her.

It's the same for me. Bailu is the only one who I have never dropped or skipped a drama of. As long as she stars in it, I watch and her dramas had not disappointed me so far 🩵
