I think TFF is really one that is worth the hype. Right, it hits on a different level which goes to show the depth it has. Sang Yan has set the bar so high, like I never knew a ML character like him could exist. He is now my most fave ML character. Totally! Like the way he loves Wen Yifan so effortlessly is so beautiful to watch. During my rewatch I could feel Sang Yan's yearning a lot more compared to the first, because I was focused on Wen Yifan. Enjoy your rewatch!

It's the same for me too. This is actually my least expected drama but it got me so attached to it that I forgot the rest of the other dramas I had prioritized over it. Honestly, it is the first for me as well to be this attached to a drama for this long, usually I could easily start a new drama right after but ever since TFF ended it has been a month for me since I have not been able to watch dramas. I am just coping by rewatching, watching TFF edits and talking to friends who are still also unable to move on from this.

Bai Jingting truly gave life to Sang Yan ; he gave his all. I read through an interview of his where he said he stopped living as Bai Jingting for a while because they had great contrast in reality. I have shared it before here in comment section, not sure if you knew already. The assistant director of TFF did a livestream before and he mentioned how he had seen BJT secretly crying alone in the car, this wasn't captured by cameras. He had understood Sang Yan's emotions so much which I think what makes his Sang Yan so phenomenal.

I completely agree with your statement. TFF showed us such a healing and a love so safe that it feels like home. The yearning is also so beautifully depicted. Even gave us the most memorable proposal scene to have ever existed in dramas, the rawness of that proposal scene blew me away.
