Just as the first season's finale was Minato accepting Shin, this year's will be Minato saying "I like you" to…
Yes, and Shin is so forthright and mature, facing their difficulties head on and not attempting to hide. Clearing up the misunderstanding while Minato would leave it going on forever. I'm sure that it's plausible...people are different. But I am looking forward to Minato getting jealous--ONLY if it shakes him up and makes him realize he could lose Shin if he doesn't show some affection. No matter how he feels about being older than Shin, he should be over it by now. (And how ironic that he was once infatuated with an older man.)
More than Minato's relationship, Aksuka and Shu's relationship frustrates me so much. Like are they even compatible…
I feel like Shu is emotionally...something. I don't know how to put it. He just doesn't know how to deal with his feelings. But Minato makes absolutely no sense. Get over it, dude.
I love Shin & Akira, they’re hilarious, but Akira jumping every time Shin touches him is getting old. You would…
Minato is one backward guy, for sure. I agree, and I was looking forward to the jealousy this week, but looks like it's going to be next week. (Evidently he isn't jealous when girls talk to Shin.) Same with the other couple.
Honestly, now we have to wait another week for the jealousy. Only, knowing Minato, he'll probably just crawl up into his shell. He really needs to see that the way he treats Shin is not the way you should treat a boyfriend. Same with the other couple, and we saw no headway there this week either.
I’m having the hardest time trying to figure out if I want to start this or not 😭💀
I guess watch the first episode and see your reaction. I think it's cute. I'm not sure why some people are saying it's cringey. I find Be Mine Superstar really cringey, but not this. There isn't really any second-hand embarrassment.
I'm surprised at the negative comments I'm seeing. I enjoyed the episode and didn't think the acting was bad or the plot any more contrived than most bl's. The only scene I would have left out was the water skiing one. What was the point of that? Plus, it looked really fake. How can Lom be in love with Nuea already? Has he known him before? And if he has, where? And exactly why are he and this girl getting married in the first place? And how could Lom pursue Nuea if Nuea thinks he's with Yiwa? These questions are probably why people are annoyed, but we don't know yet what's going on. I know some people have problems with Mame, but I'm not one of them. I've enjoyed her other works, so I'm not expecting to be left with huge plot holes.
Minato hasn't really changed much since season 1 and confessing to Shin at the end of the season which is really…
You would think Minato would treat Shin more like a bf in private (although he admittedly is better than Shu at that.) He doesn't even want to make out with him. One thing I like about these couples is that the young ones are the aggressors. It's different.
Lord, yes. But it looks like he does? (Can't remember if it was at the end of this last ep or in the trailer for the next one.) I just hope he ended things first. But I almost give Asuka a pass on that, too, the way Shu acts. I think he's emotionally clueless.
I completely agree with all this except I don't think Shin is immature for his age.
I figured they were talking about the other older man. He obviously has difficulty expressing his emotions. But it looks like next week's episode may help the two older guys figure some things out.
