My thoughts after episode 11: Suar really, really needs to learn how to cry on cue. He keeps doing scenes that should have tears but don't. I knew we wouldn't get any resolution today. I want to rant about wasting so much time on the parents' story, but I know it was important to the plot. I spent half of this episode--maybe more--angry at how cold I feel Tai is. I hated the misunderstanding they had to throw in there when Patt saw Tai and Lomfon together, and my heart broke for Patt in that scene afterward when he was crying. I'm happy that Tai is going to have to chase after Patt.
They always do this to us--show us this great trailer that gets us all excited and then eff it up. I expected…
I liked all those a lot, too, although parts of MSP I found to be dull. I really enjoyed Love Tractor (Add Chains of Heart to the Had Potential list), and Our Dining Table was so, so cute.
Wonder if he comes back after two years really self-assured?
Kind of looks like he gets a job somewhere else (Jeng should have let him resign in the first place , so they wouldn't have Jeng micromanaging him when they are in a realationship) and Jeng has a job now at the same place??
That's why I'm so pissed off about the 2 Years Later thing. This really couldn't be resolved before then? I agree…
The only thing that could make the time skip more acceptable is if they show them meeting beforehand. Not have that angry office scene the very last time they talked. But I doubt we'll get that.
I actually do understand Pat's reasons here. Ever since Jeng told Pat he liked him, Pat felt like he was getting…
Yes, for sure. And that's why I'm angry that there's a "2 years later" in the preview. It means Pat didn't relent and talk things out after he cooled off.
“There wasn't a single scene where Phat was shown to be too jealous or violent to be the 'reason' for Saengtai…
I agree! Phat became insecure when Lomfon told him what he did, and Tai's lying and refusing to "choose" (because at that moment Phat had no idea why Tai would be lying and spending the day with Lomfon) set him over the edge. Tai accepted an all-day date with Lomfon and used the excuse that Tai didn't want Phat "to think too much." What was his reasoning for going, anyway? Even though he didn't know about Lomfon's hearing loss, wasn't he essentially testing the waters with another guy because he's so freaked about his parents' soulmate divorce?
With one shot, they destroyed the relationship build-up of both couples (and so far, they'd done fine with it)…
Right? Why did they do that? Only Tian has remained acceptable. And to top all of this craziness off, Tai sits up, screams he doesn't want the soulmate thing, and it goes away???! How are they going to explain that? And how Lomfon heard Tai and Phat?
I agree with you. I feel bad for Platt too. Tai behavior was insensitive. Platt is so in love with this man. Knowing…
I think maybe Phat went nuts with jealously when Lomfon told him he was Tai's soulmate, too, and then they slept together and all the feels, and THEN he finds out Tai's lying to him and meeting up with Lomfon.
i feel bad for everyone here. it seems like they’re all confused and the way each of them is going about their…
I think the obsession of it has to have something to do with the plot. Because, obviously, not all soulmates are meant to be forever, and there's a glich somewhere, because Lomfon can hear at least three people. Something at the wedding is going to make Tai have a clearer picture. But why did they have to make Phat go from the calmest, sweetest, most understanding guy to a violent one crazed with jealousy and insecurity?
