the audacity to say you want to break up and then get upset when the other person agrees wtf, this episode was…
I've wondered if the father didn't do something to spur the divorce. In the beginning, the mom says something to the kids like, "You don't know both sides." That wasn't what she said, but something like that.
Is there somewhere in the bl writers manual that says you must take a perfectly happy scenario and make a perfect…
To answer your question, I would say yes. There must be because everything that made the episode turn out the way it did didn't even make any sense. Why accept a date from a guy you know has a crush on you? Tai seemed to be trying to help Lomfon figure out his feelings---he said something like that. "Give it time," or something. Why lie to your boyfriend not just once but twice? If I were Phat, I would have hung up and sent the picture, not gone running over there like a maniac. I don't even know how they can plausibly straighten all of this out at this point.
I feel the shock of the two soulmates thing only excuses Tai from letting Lomfon his him. Why did he go out with him? All I can think of is that he wanted to see if he liked Lomfon better, in which case he shouldn't have lied to Phat. I'm not excusing Phat's ballistic behavior, though.
I guess Tai has a problem with it because he has the soulmate "curse"? I'm just guessing-- Tai's motivation is…
And as soon as they reminded us with the flashback that Tai knew Lomfon liked him, I was even more confused and angry. What it appears is that Tai accepted a date with Lomfon (all day, not just the meal he owed him) knowing full well that Lomfon likes him. Why accept? The only reason I can come up with is that he wants to check to make sure he and Lomfon don't mesh better than he and Phat. Yet Tai tells Phat that Phat should know how much he loves him.
Patts was way more relatable in this episode than Tai. Tai went gradually from my favourite character from the…
As soon as that flashback reminded me that Tai KNEW that Lomfon liked him, I was even more angry at stupid Tai. The only way this could have been any worse is if Tai knew that his brother liked Lomfon. In my opinion, Lomfon is an idiot. Who falls in love with someone they only see for less than a minute just because they saved their life? Did Lomfon recognize Tai right off the bat? I can't remember.
Phat became human this ep. But also showed that his temper is quite questionable. Red flag if your bf grabs you…
Right. Tai lied to him twice and then pretty much cheated on him. Then he expected Phat to be okay with it all. Why does Tai think Phat should be so certain of Tai's love for him? Tai needs to have to grovel to get Phat back.
I guess Tai has a problem with it because he has the soulmate "curse"? I'm just guessing-- Tai's motivation is…
I was commenting on your final paragraph, not disagreeing, but trying to figure him out. I totally agree with the first thing you said. What was so different about that moment that made it all change?
This episode showed us quite a few red flags about the main couple. I mean a liar dating someone that could get…
He wasn't drunk when he was violent, although he did yell. If Phat hadn't acted so violent, throwing Tai on the ground and beating Lomfon, I would completely be on his side. Tai lied, cheated, and acted cold when Phat was breaking down.

Its hard to believe that someone like Tai who hated the concept of soulmates had never screamed "i don't want…
I guess Tai has a problem with it because he has the soulmate "curse"? I'm just guessing-- Tai's motivation is completely unclear. So, maybe he grew up romanticizing his parents' bond and then was freaked when they split up and now feels like he's got a f'ed up gift or curse or whatever it is. Is this why he accepted Lomfon's invitation? That part just doesn't make any sense to me. Bad writing to have us all trying to piece things together, same as last episode. We're not watching a damn mystery. *grumble grumble*
Still unboxing this mess. Phat (Patt, whatever) seems to take the stance that he doesn't give a fig about the soulmate thing--that he loves Tai for who he is. He's said that more than once. I think Tai came to the same conclusion after he found out Phat is "the Kind One." (Lol.) Phat reinforced that when he told Lomfon that no matter what he can hear when it rains. Tai is Phat's boyfriend and Lomfon needs to stay away from him. Now, with the voices stopping all of a sudden, the universe seems to be saying that the soulmate thing doesn't matter. Nobody can hear anybody when it rains anymore. So, what are they left with?
Welp, I went from "Tai, why the hell are you lying to your boyfriend?" to "dump his ass like, yesterday!" really…
I am disgusted with them both for different reasons. I don't think Phat's violence was a good excuse for Tai to bow out of giving a good explanation, though, or to give the sorry-ass answer that Phat should understand his silence, or whatever.
Bro why TF did you LIE??!?!?! 🙃 your colleague told/warned you, even Patt warned you and yet you still went…
I feel the same way. What's so difficult about saying, "Of course I choose you." I don't even understand Tai's motivation for agreeing to an all-day date with Lomfon!
Right! It's 10th episode and it's getting messier. Like bruh, if they want to get a good writing make a drama…
Right? I feel like there isn't even time to fix this. After seeing the previews for next week, I'm not even looking forward to it. I mean, does Tai learn something important at his mom's wedding? I feel so sorry for Patt, because Tai LIED and basically CHEATED, and even though Patt has a terrible temper, he doesn't deserve the cold way Tai's treated him!
In my opinion, Lomfon is an idiot. Who falls in love with someone they only see for less than a minute just because they saved their life? Did Lomfon recognize Tai right off the bat? I can't remember.
