I see a lot of people not liking how they used the convenient accident trope and yes I agree, sometimes it's a…
i think the hat scene was also showing how she had already come to terms with her feelings and it was just a matter of when she'd say it. and then the accident happened
Whilst I was glad that Minha got her guy I kinda wished we could've seen Suk Hyung chasing her or being jealous…
i'm assuming the whole i'm gonna go to US thing is let his mom think that min ha was the reason he stayed so she better not harrass min ha. i guess that's seok hyung's way of chasing after min ha, by setting their relationship up for success
Ik Jun's wife didn't die. They got divorced, and she continued to live abroad.
iirc (a bit hazy) she came back to korea after living abroad for very long and had dinner with uju. when ik jun went to pick up uju, the waiter said something about how uju must've had a great time with his dad and mom or smth like that. so that's how ik jun knew she was with another man. when he confronted her she admited it and i think she said something about how she came back to ask for a divorce
i was wondering why i didn't see anything about DP from him on instagram then i realised his ig account is gone :0 i hope it's just a temporary deactivation omg
other than the fact that ikjun was not shown in the preview (which isn't really trustworthy because they have psyched us many times with that), i think it might also be ikjun because iksong needs some god damn fire starter. those two are the only ones without an active love line right now
It's going to be Ik jun, seing how Song Hwa was nervous in the preview and the fact that they showed all of them…
junwan was also out in itaewon. but like the person above said, it could be a misdirection and it's not any of the main 4 boys (fingers crossed). that said, what you said about ikjun not really having a plotline makes it most probable to be him
Was it only me who got annoyed from the way that doctor's face expressions were while announcing to Je Hak's wife…
same wtf i was like how do you read your script and go "oh ok i need to deliver these lines with a bright and happy face and a voice that's soooooooo full of sympathy"
And Song Hwa was in love with Ik Jun when they where in university?? Gosh I wasn't expecting that
it was hinted at in s1! after s1 ended people were also speculating that that drunk game confession was probably painful for song hwa, because she watched him date, get married, have a kid, divorce, then now he’s saying that he’d liked her and still likes her
Aah our cupid is working hard as always but where is his cupid??? Like come on! Ikjun and Song hwa are almost…
our cupid just can’t take a break lol. but i think song hwa would be the one to make the move. ik jun wouldn’t do anything after that rejection and it looks like song hwa already knows the answer in her head (like that bear seok hyung)
i think the reason why a lot of people are falling out of love with season 2 is the vibe being quite different from season 1.
if season 1 was a lighthearted wholesome getaway from all the stress that covid and having to stay at home brought, season 2 is probably adding on to that stress. we're getting more wayyy more depressing cases at the hospital, the love lives of our leads constantly make us heartbroken, and there are just less scenes where the whole group is just together being happy goofing around. and also omg how did 1 year just fly by with zero progression in anybody's love life
personally, i'm fine with this change in vibe (i tend to like sad stories better), but i can understand how some might not like it. oh but pleaseeee let's have some progression before the end of the season, there are only 5 episodes left
after watching stranger and designated survivor, this definitely falls more on the designated survivor side of the scale of politcal drama. entertaining but not the realistic and tightly woven political plotlines i was hoping for. all the politics in this show revolves around their little bubble and while i guess it's hard to feed too many characters to the viewer, its disappointing how they made a few assemblymen look like the core power that runs the entire nation
can't say i didn't enjoy it though. definitely a guilty pleasure drama for me, especially since 70% of why i kept watching was to see tae jun x seon yeong moments because that couple is seriously driving me maddddddd
idk why but everything about this show feels too dramatised and too cliche.-crazy psychopath murder boy turns…
i went into it expecting a crime thriller that would blow me away given it's good reviews and awards won. i came out of it thinking it was a passable cirme show at best and just not being able to understand how it was rated so high.
regarding what you said about the character, i can definitely relate to that. every show i watch, i overanalyse characters and understanding a character's emotions and motives makes up more than half the fun of watching a drama for me (that's why character focused shows like my mister and beyond evil are some of my favourite). i'm not trying to invalidate your experience with this show, but just personally, this show could never really drag me in, neither with the plot nor the characters. as mentioned in an earlier comment, the plot felt too dramatised, and the characters felt to much like caricatures for me to really have 'suspension of disbelief' moment
