Are you saying that got7 is bad??? (ㅠ_ㅠ) Got7 is my fav band.
I was only asking because I didn’t expect to see your comment (which wasn’t a bad comment). But if the video/show involves and showcases typical (abusive) JYP behavior towards GOT7, I don’t want to see it. I was genuinely curious to that extent.
I hope that BamBam will appear in more variety shows and host more shows too. He’s naturally funny and knows how to read a room. I hope he continues to hone his skills, and promote. I really enjoyed his newest album and the promotion behind it. I enjoyed Bam’s House, and I hope he’ll continue to release episodes. Only time will tell!
Ah, Jackson. I’m so glad he has a lot of flowers gifted to him. And it’s funny that others think he’d be great in a C-DRAMA. It’d even be great to see him cameo in any movie or show. Or even voice act. He’s good in variety, and he acted well in the LMLY music video (which reminded me of classic Hong Kong movies).
Yet, I hope he’s able to healthily juggle all his projects smoothly. I know he’s had a couple hiccups this past year (the Magic Man era has been quite eventful), therefore I hope that he’s able to take care of himself since he’s spoke on his bouts with depression and how lonely he is. His tweets and interviews regard this. He looked really worn out and tired a couple months back.
Either way, I wholeheartedly wish Jackson the best! He’s made a lot of accomplishments and I’m sure he’ll continue to do so gradually. Always a fan.
Although he won’t be acting anytime soon, I think that since he likes video games and constantly streams on Twitch, I think he’d make a really good video game protagonist. He could provide his good looks by motion capture, and could provide his voice (with a hint of Californian) as well. I think his character would be a burned spy, former military soldier, or or Intelligence worker who comes back to California and goes after the villain who crossed him and reconnects with his family while completing side missions. His band mates would probably guest as separate characters in the side missions. Namely BamBam and Jackson. His character would be good at parkour, driving/drifting, tumbling, and martial arts. And is multi-lingual.
But the video game industry is chaos right now, and a new franchise isn’t starting up anytime soon. But a new game with an Asian-American protagonist hasn’t come out in awhile (like Sleeping Dogs and Streets of LA), and it’d be great to see that again. Sigh. I can only imagine.
(I might cringe at this comment in the future, but I wanted to get it off my chest).
I really do wonder why Jay B didn’t continue to act like his bestie Jinyoung is doing. He was believable in Dream High. At the time it was airing, I genuinely thought he was an budding actor instead of a rookie idol. So, maybe acting was something he did decent in (Dream Knight, Dream High, and When a Man Falls in Love), but it’s not something he would LIKE to do. Which I can respect. Hm, but it could change in the future…right? Or he could become a big time producer/composer, and that’s definitely alright. And he could make cameo appearances in Jinyoung’s dramas and movies when Jinyoung has won a couple rewards and receives top billing. He could hook his friend up with making a cameo or two.
Side note: I really think Jay B rocks an edgy style, piercings, mullets, and streetwear are effortless.
Ah, I like his profile pic. BamBam’s right, he does share a resemblance with Lee Dong Wook. But his features are more delicate. The long hair doesn’t help.
I liked her in Love Rain and K2, but since people also applaud her acting in her later work, I’m sure I’ll enjoy her more recent work as well. Very pretty, humble, and nice to watch.
I really did enjoy this drama. For a revenge show filled with abhorrent villains and such, I think it had a fairly…
Although, despite what I enjoyed and how much it kept my attention. I can see why people feel the way they do about Choi Yoo Jin. But the relationship between her and K2 would’ve been doomed from the start. They wouldn’t be able to ever fully trust each other, and there were the politics, her past actions, and she had a hard time saying what she meant when it came to her good deeds in contrast to her not-so-evil deeds. Everything was a mind game for her. Yet, I thought she at least deserved a happy ending. Heck, she could’ve turned to the good side and become a nun (like they do in the Thai dramas)…or simply keep what little power she had left and become good; try to establish footing elsewhere, like she urged Anna to do. But in a way, I think the ending for her fit. But I couldn’t help but feel sorry for her. And she was a bad person but she never tried to convince Anna and K2 otherwise, unlike Anna’s father who always wanted to act innocent and nonchalant even when he was just a lying and disgusting politician. The ending made him somewhat redeemable. They both kept their dignity. It was kinda sweet for both him and Ms. Choi. Almost romantic, like they’d forgiven each other.
Also, she never slapped Anna (unless I have to go back to the 1st and 2nd episode, but I’m sure she did not slap her), and I think that was fair and said a lot about how she didn’t necessarily say what she meant sometimes. And she didn’t use K2’s weakness against him so much when she could have (episode 10 and 11). Therefore, suffice to say my heart really went out to her in episode 11. It made me think that if she hadn’t been so evil she could’ve been a part of what she wished she had (friends to laugh with and love). I felt empathy towards her because when she glanced out the car window that was something I could resonate with. It made me tear up. But of course everyone has to take accountability for their actions (she participated in what all the conspiracy theorists talk about when it comes to the political parties and such), but I do believe she was simply a product of her environment (plus a woman) and I understood why she was holding on to the things she had left. Low-key, I wanted her to put the celebrity reporter back in her place. Who makes a living humiliating celebs? And I think people (at least 50 percent of the people) do like to comment about Yu Jin the most because she’s really the most pitiful and sad. At least Anna got a happy ending.
In the end, I enjoyed the show and fight scenes. I think everyone played their part well, and nothing seemed too out of place. The ending was great, but I wished there could’ve been 1 more episode just to fully establish where everyone was at in their happy ending. Alas, it’s 16 episodes, and that’s the most that can be done. I also like how this had parallels to Snow White. I can definitely see the connection. The bodyguards were the dwarfs, K2 is The Huntsman, and the Evil Queen is Ms. Choi. Then there’s the mirror device Ms. Choi owns.
Overall, I liked all the characters, and the actors did well. I’ll miss Yoo Jin’s haughty and powerful smirk/grimace, K2’s fighting skills, the bodyguard’s’ camaraderie, and Anna’s soft yet stubborn demeanor.
I really did enjoy this drama. For a revenge show filled with abhorrent villains and such, I think it had a fairly simple plot line. If anything, I really enjoyed the soundtrack/score/OSTs and how each episode was divided up. I like how the romance was dealt with; it wasn’t bad at all; it was very sweet and sure. Tbh, it made me smile, and I don’t know what it is, but I really liked episode 8. The way both leads smiled at each other and comforted each other was refreshing. I’ve become a JCW fan, and I’ll also check out the other cast mates’ filmography as well. I won’t be able to move on from this drama.

Jo Hyung Ki Killed a woman in her 30s 1991 in Drunk Driving and he Attempted to conceal it, By Disposing the Body…
Yeah. Cancel-culture is real, and she made a lousy miscalculation. People have done worse. She didn’t exploit or violate anyone, or unalive them. I don’t care if someone thinks different. The entertainment industry is a mystery too, and ain’t no telling what happens (or happened) there. Hopefully, retrospectively, this incident can be reasonably acknowledged and then Kim Sae Ron can come out the other side winning when she’s received greater success despite those who judged her.
I think Sae Ron shares a slight resemblance with Yerin Baek. Especially during the latter’s pre-The Volunteers era. Then Sae Ron kinda reminds me of Zhang Zi Feng and Zhou Dongyu.
Anywho, I’m not sure what happened but I hope Kim Sae Ron is doing okay. If all, maybe she can think of this period as a break to find out what she really wants in life. She still has time. I’m sure the mistake stems from somewhere within, because no matter how little a mistake it may seem, I know she’s probably being hard on herself. Either way, I know she’ll be able to persevere.
I watched K2 recently, starring Ji Chang Wook. And someone here, in the past, mentioned how Mark was the Thai iteration of JCW, and yeah, I definitely gotta agree. I think it’s their vibe and ‘isms and looks.

Edit: saw the new pictures. It definitely looks promising!
