The lover who betrayed Tian Yao is Su Ying, one of the antagonists. Yan Hui is a completely different person.
will he ever try to get together with SY? ever hold any feelings for her after the betrayal? i don't like wishy-washy romance and love triangles. also, is the male lead a cold, ice-block kind of character?
guys, there are so many comments below, telling to read novel.like susu is not the villian and she is not bad,…
SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK 🗣 ! The book is fantastic. YXW's character really fits well in the story and TTJ truly is a devil fetus especially in personality. But the drama changing his character essentially makes it an entirely new story that should be treated as such.
It's really not LSS's fault this time. LSS kept going back to him asking for explanation but TTJ is hell bent…
I think she keeps asking because she regrets mistrusting him for so long. So she just wants to be right this time. It is quite easy to realise that DG is actually TTJ but she herself can't see that.
My problem is, he hasn't done anything yet and she already says she regrets loving him. All he did was become DG. Script wise, that line makes no sense here. If like you said, she knew there was a reason he broke that promise, why would she say those words? Also, why would she ask him if he'll kill her?
She always put the world before love and now finally, TTJ is on the same page. He wants her to hate him so she can kill him. He is doing what she wants so how can we blame him?
I don’t understand why they changed the original novel and made YXW the villain. they completely whitewashed…

I honestly didn't mind the open ending. We're talking about misunderstandings here and that drama didn't have any. Their love for each other was quite obvious for the audience to see. I don't mind tragedy when it upholds the integrity of the plot and the genre.

Bruh, see for example. If I loved you and I knew that you're someone who tries so hard to be a good person just like CJM did, I would KNOW for sure that there had to be reason you would break a promise as important as that. If you were lovers who understood each other's character then the intention would be obvious even if the action itself is detestable.
i agree. to me his love is quite onesided. i have a feeling that she doe snot really love him that much but simply…
IFKR. she's really such a cold character and all this "love" is really pity. What did he do to deserve that line? He didn't even plan on killing Xiao Lin. All this girl knows how to do is be distant, make hasty decisions, misunderstand TTJ and hurt him in the process.
