Di Mian is such a freaking hypocrite. He acts so righteous, hating on the Devil foetus when he betrayed the Heavens first. Now he gets to come back with a clear plate and called a hero?? WTF. Not just that, people don't even acknowledge him as the traitor, he was apparently a "spy". yeah right. He only turned against DG when his wife died, if not, he would have still continued to be evil. He is entirely selfish and blames the DG for his decisions. I fuckin hate him.
Even couldn't feel any emotions in today's episode just skipped a lot of parts including YBC part with GJW ...why…
I think she feels guilty and wants to protect him without expecting anything return. YBC was a drop in the water - just one of her countless mortal incarnations. Her true identity is an immortal demoness so she only cares for him like you would care for one of your pets- a relationship that blooms and dies quickly. Treasured but not meant to be.
I am at episode 32 but what just happened? They meet after 500 years and they don't even look suprised. Tantai…
LSS's reaction was really underwhelming, she literally looks like this 🗿. She's clear about who she likes- I like that but she's too cold for a passionate romance which this drama seemed to promise in its premise. I understand her reasoning but for the aesthetic of this drama, it does no justice. The romance is handled poorly imo. However, we still have several episodes to go and my rating of this drama would solely depend on how they develop their relationship this time around.
It's not a terribly bad reunion scene but if you're meeting your dead lover after 500 years of searching for her in the river that wounds you every second, I would expect tears, passion, trembling in each others arms, disbelief even if LSS tried her best to withhold her feelings for TTJ. You have to make the audience feel something but all I felt was annoyance at the scene.
if they really wanted to cut scenes in order to get everything in 40 eps...they should hv cut all the scenes YBC…
I think they should have cut Yue Ya and Nian guy's relationship as well as Jiwu having a crush on LSS. I feel Mo Nv is an important part of the story as her relationship with XL in the mortal arc was very dramatic and tragic. She holds a lot of potential for redemption and I'm looking forward to her learning from her experiences. She also seems to be more comfortable as a demon than a mortal, which just makes her very attractive to view on a screen.
fr, and I saw some leaks where she always protects her man this time around.
Yeah her victim mentality pissed me off. She seems to stand in her power now and is confident that people like her for who she is. There's no insecurity here and that makes her soo attractive to me.
Is it too early to say I might actually like Mo Nv? She is so alluring without those evil bitchang traits and her relationship w Jiwu could actually be interesting this time unlike the mortal arc
So XL likes LSS now? and apparently, Bitchang is in this arc as well? Oh the misunderstanding and the drama.... I can already predicts how the plot is going to go.
