obviously this rating is just boatoat fans giving it a high rating bc that plot, pacing and acting choices are not it. i feel like watching a 2016 omegaverse wattpad fanfiction coming to life. they just. put all of the abo characteristics they could find in this series but couldn't make sense of it. it's all over the place. plus the really questionable choices of communication, consent as explained in this au and overall character profiles are making it worse.

i know some people are complaining but THIS SERIES is doing the manhwa justice. i had expectations and was ready for whatever they were giving us bc payback is one of my favorite manhwa but they literally did it. i'm so impressed. i'm feeling everything i felt when reading all over again. the story, the characters, the complex relationships and emotions. the choice of music and editing is excellent. i could go on and on....... even the nc scene was as close as it could get to the source material. please show the actors some love for this masterpiece! they deserve it so much!

northotto have insane chemistry and will be complementing each other so good. ryujinpatji are so cute together and feel familiar. I think they'll make it work! not really fond of neither phungcopper nor copperfifa though. first one seems to lack honesty and communication, second one has skills but the chemistry feels off. also too much fighting in the fan community already. people need to pack it up.

finally a series by gmmtv that has me impatiently waiting for the next episode! it's been a while. the vibe of my magic prophecy remembers me so much of a tale of thousand stars: the emotional weight the characters carry, the atmosphere and the supernatural element of the story. the kiss was perfect. they really delivered!

idc that last ep felt like a messy fanfiction plot, it's still so good and I'm having a good time!! The chemistry between couples is insane and sth I haven't seen in forever. Can we please appreciate the incredible workshops they must have had to make nc scenes work like that without being cringe while using unrealistic angles and cover ups. I haven't seen anyone talking about this so far.

why is no one talking about the insane chemistry thun/keen have with each other?! it's been a while since I've seen such natural raw chemistry that doesn't come off as awkward when flirting or during certain nc scenes. they're doing soooo good and not only for nc but also the cute and emotional scenes are so well done. love their facial expressions! i didn't expect this series to be so good tbh. music, story, other characters are great, too!

I see! I mean, I'm happy it got adapted for a series but I kinda hoped reading the manhwa without any spoilers from it because it's still in early chapters. So the timing is a bit meh for manhwa readers but I guess I have to just ignore it until the manhwa finishes.

I've been watching Thai bl since Love Sick back then and believe me when I say I watched a lot of bad and good series until now. I simply skipped through it because I was bored but WHAT THE HELL are they up to in ep 5?! In big 2025 SA themes should not be handled like that in any bl. they really tried to pull a vegas/pete situation and made that mess of a storyline even more messy. I thought this was gonna be one of those bad tropes bl when it was about the damn glasses but I was wrong.

Just finished it and I totally understand people going off on the last episode. Aside from the obvious outrage and discussion about translation issues episode 12 itself is so dull and random, it doesn't feel like the same drama at all - it seems they just fit in all unsolved plot bits and pieces and called it a day. I had high expectations in the beginning since the tension and mystery was built up ep by ep but they failed to make it work in the end. I know this comment section is a mess but tbh it's not a lie that episode 12 ruined it. It felt ridiculous and out of pocket.

Am I really the only one that thinks this kinda ending is the best we can get and they did perfectly fine doing so? This is not about satisfaction and happy ships after all. Did we watch the same series or why is it so unfitting to end it like this? I really did love how they handled it and also the omnious Phee and Jin scene at the very end was a great twist. About White dying and Tee being the one who did it - I think you're missing the point here. The actors did great and I hope we can see more of them soon. I especially liked that the drug made them hallucinate their guilty conscience, meaning no one is innocent and they all deserved to be in their own hell.

This gives me 'Dreadful Night' vibes.... not the overall story itself but maybe the ones who read the webtoon do get what I mean

You're entitled to see it that way though I'd say your reasoning, at least in my opinion, would make sense if the production and acting would be on par with the storyline and play into the overall execution. For me there was just too much going on (messy scenes and music) but I still got bored. I guess it's a preference after all.
