It must be sad to have such internalized misogyny.
Oh, I wish YOU'D come back to reality because it's so sadly obvious how I just tried to finish this whole one sided nonsesne debate and you are still in your element, great! Hats off to you for coming on to the internet to feel good about yourself by shaming women. I hope you're happy about that. If you want me to be vulgar like you and give you the reaction you want then I'm sorry for disappointing.
Also ironic of you to say stick to the 'TOPIC n Subject' while throwing in a bunch of nonsense as filler because you have no point to prove. What a joke lmao. Touch some grass.
It must be sad to have such internalized misogyny.
I honestly pity the projection. Just because you might act irrational and aren’t aware of it doesn’t mean that applies to every woman. Deflecting the point with random insults doesn’t prove your argument. And calling women irrational while acting like this in a comment section is pretty ironic.
It must be sad to have such internalized misogyny.
Okay lol, you seem really pressed. And yes, I’ve watched both seasons.
Two edited reality TV seasons are not scientific evidence about half the world’s population. That’s not what ‘fact’ means. That’s confirmation bias. You’re noticing the women who argue and ignoring the men who do the exact same thing.
If we’re using reality TV as proof, then men screaming in professional kitchens would also be a ‘fact’ about male rationality. But that would be unfair, right?
A heavily edited competition show isn’t a controlled study. Producers literally cut footage to create drama. Two seasons don’t prove women are inherently irrational. It just proves you’re generalizing based on what fits your narrative.

It’s not a fact. It’s a biased opinion. The industry is male-dominated because more men are in it, not because women lack talent. If ‘rationality’ decided success, professional kitchens wouldn’t be famous for men yelling and throwing things.
I don't get the hype. Of course I dont have to, but I don't see him as a ML-material. Great actor tho
As someone who followed his career since tasty florida, i think its because we havent really seen him in a main role-- except for the tasty florida, which it feels like most of the characters he did after that were drastically different to the one in tasty florida and its just changed his image a lot so its kind of weird to imagine him as a main lead myself too but he has great ML-potential imo and im looking forward to seeing him as one!
Her character is a doormat woman from 1950s. That is why nobody should stand her!!!!I could not stand her cutesy…
yes JH is shallow and immature but somehow shows manage to make it a competition between two girls who are friends checking whos more eligible for a guy, thats what i dont like maybe i was trying to gaslight myself into not thinking too much but now that i have this is what ive come up with.
yes mass manipulation for sure, u really need to THINK to understand whats going on here.

you are so right about this, i wouldnt have thought this deeply into it if it wasnt for your comment. so thank you! i was so focused on liking yeongrye i forgot that still this type of thing caters greatly to sexism,
if yeong rye was like this without jae pil maybe it wouldnt have felt to sexist like its catering to men but with jaepil added the combination is so obvious. even without jaepil it feels a little sexist promoting yeongrye as the "good girl" and joghui as the "villian" i thought about that too. why must jonghui be the villain just because she wasnt the female lead, thats how they do it always, making other women look bad for the main one to look better.

ohh okay i thought u were fully serious lol. but thank u for seeing my POV too.
i get that watching another female lead like that can be frustrating, i was frustrated too but like you and me both agree shes so realistic i had no choice but to give in. unlike many other shows where the cutesy female lead doesnt even have a working brain she stood out she had the cute charm and she had the intelligence of a functioning adult woman.
i get the story being solution-less too they shouldve focused on that a bit more but for me i was into it so much i didnt really care but yes thats a problem.

i can see your POV for sure, question is do you see mine? yes, she did give doormat before (thats a realistic thing too, not healthy yes but so many women especially in aisa and considering the times struggled with that and still do) but later an example of her trying to set boundaries or make herself known was when she told Jonghui about liking Jaepil and not wanting to hide it this time. i applaud her for that. some people have that natural cutesy side to them not everything has to be infantilization? like i know we should advocate for more mature female characters because most female characters are played off as cute little girls but to me yeong rye is more than just that. she has her cute side yet shes firm, determined and courageous! she tries her best to be brave when she can, realistically i relate to her. i cant always be expected to have the demeanor of superwoman right? even superwoman needs breaks, even superwoman needs to reject bold choices sometimes and keep her inner peace. well like you said fact is she is from the 1980's not saying that women from the 1980's have one fixed personality but shes going to be shaped by those times, her character is going to have that influence. even us now we act based on the settings we live amongst, not everyone has the privilege to do what they want you know? her cutesy mannerisms or her passive personality isnt the gateway to her intellectualism, her growth and choices are. So no, you're wrong. that is not why nobody should stand her. its why everybody should try to.

art with solutions makes perfect sense.
