You Are My Glory is definitely her best work so far. I'm so upset she went back to xianxia after it :( dilraba was my first introduction to the diversity of chinese people! I always wonder did she got a lot of prejudice and hatred at the beginning of her career for that?
there's something with wu jinyan's acting that take me out of my watching experience :( but his chemistry with liu xueyi is too good. i'm torn between continuing and dropping this.
i remember disliking this drama, felt like it wasted so much of wu lei and zhao jinmai's talents. but these days i can't stop thinking about their character being sweet and lovey dovey lol
what's the deal with seunghyo's mother and her boss? I'd like to think that the advances were just the boss being…
thank you but i just got spoiled lol i'm quite an anxious watcher. most of the time i'd rather know what happen next than enjoying plot twist. but yeah, i'll definitely look forward for the hints and reveal!
i'm currently in ep 7 can someone help spoiling what happens next? (question in reply below)
what's the deal with seunghyo's mother and her boss? I'd like to think that the advances were just the boss being a classic bastard pervert boss so the mother felt pressured to just 'accept' those advances. but idk i'm reallly sad if it's not true. can somebody spoiled what actually happened between those two?
rewatching twice because this is just so good! i like how unusual the characters set up are. there's no clear divide between black and white, something that is very often found in cdrama (and asian drama in general)
i'm currently on ep 3 and I still don't get the characters' motivation. Wby is the god keep irritating the doom? why do the female lead being stubborn on saving her wish and suddenly she wants to love the doom? why do the doom wanted to befall to the world and die?
