ep 36! i was upset at first when LRQ immediately set to abandon li chuan after knowing the past. then ep 36 happened and realized (despite the drama is titled princess royal) rongqing coming back might not only for her to remedy her mistake and save her loved ones, but it's for something else, something a lot bigger than just herself: the people, the whole country.
might be a pill hard to swallow that the world doesn't really revolve around the main character but hey, that's what the main characters have actually preached about, right?
i swear there was a scene where princess haoyue set lirong up with su rongqing so pwx tattling on haoyue to the emperor about the jade hairpin becomes a lot more making sense.
You never felt she is acting , you felt she is LIVING the role. Incredible actress. May be the role fits her.…
i enjoyed her performance in Reset so when she is in the snowstorm drama I'm elated but the story didn't do her justice and she just looked like a deer in a headlight all the time. but here she's very animated with her expressions and gesture.
so it's only 6 eps which is basically just 2 eps, too short, :(made me miss Great Escape a lot T_T The cast here…
I agreed! lol the moment Kim dohoon, lee yongjin, and karina offered to do something that put them at risk, I immediately think "kang hodong would've cornered kim jongmin and kim donghyun to do this lol"
the great escape is more entertaining simply because the casts there are dumber (i'm saying this affectionately) are compared to this one. The Agents of Mystery are just too capable lol none of them are a coward. hopinng this one has more episodes, especially episodes where they have to go against each other or maybe themselves (we know JJY is really good at this kind of thing)
yeap, but he chose to marry her anyway, like marry his non-biological mother ( ewwww !!! ) , to gain her father…
i was stressed out by a scene where the emperor visits the consort and he confided his feelings and she said, "you know I always like children right?!"
i'm on ep 10 and I wonder how the creative pitch on the guqin competition went down lol "you know, she played qin so good that it could attract a swarm of butterflies and move them at her command." "you know, she played qin really well that the audience gets a live view of a xianxia drama on the sky."
currently in ep 9 and this drama is such a rollercoaster! because the lead were married, i thought this was going to be a 'mature' romance drama, but then it turned into high school rivalry genre, and it probably will become jianghu themed in the future (?)
