You spent an awful lot of time typing all that out but I feel like saying Smart is a better actor is just ?wrong. Did you get smart and Boom mixed up. You mention the hair in the eyes which is Jin's character (smart.) lol

Boom has some of the best acting I have seen in a very long time. He's absolutely owning this role and I love it!!

The lack of critical thinking here is hilarious. This is a comment section for people to comment...opinions 😲

The rating is so high for this show but I can't seen to understand why. I really am enjoying the lead couple and the acting of the main characters but as we get more episodes, I'm becoming more and more unsure about the story. The premise is great but the execution- not so much. It's not only becoming repetitive, but there are lots of plot holes or silly solutions that take away from what could be a good action/intense scene. I know this is often done in many Thai dramas but the humour isn't included seamlessly so it makes the scene feel disjointed and the characters have what feel like a personality change.

I will continue watching for the leads but I really hope the story picks up a bit.

I enjoyed the show a lot, I just wished they had some more time/episodes to flesh out the ending a bit better. It was all rather rushed with things resolving unusually seamlessly.
Despite all that, this has been an incredibly gripping show that constantly had me at the edge of my seat- not to mention there was some great acting shown too. I am a fan of slightly darker themed BLs, so this was definitely an entertaining watch for me!

During the boat scene there was a mention of bail being granted because he owned up to the crime. It was rather swiftly mentioned and then the conversation was moved on.

It's devastating how many years we have been waiting for this. I remember reading the novel in 2019 and once the announcement of the live action was released I was soooo excited. Pleaseeeeee give us something, even just an update 😭😭

I have just started this, can someone please tell me if the ending to the novel is sad. From what I'm gathering, the drama ending is sad but I need to know whether to ignore the last part of the last episode and go to the novel instead.

The way part of me is still hoping that Joe's old body is chilling somewhere. My initial thought was that Tong kept telling Ming to move on from Joe, so maybe he had arranged a fake corpse to look like Joe and they never actually found Joe's old body. Or maybe this is just wishful thinking.

I work as an eye care specialist in a hospital, I often encounter patients with varying degrees of visual impairments, facing deteriorating sight without any treatment options. The show resonates with me because it shows the emotional journey of those dealing with sight loss. I've been so moved by Day's vulnerability, and the show as a whole has made me reflect on how I do my own job. It really highlights the guilt I feel, regularly monitoring patients' sight decline where no treatment options are available to them. This show captures the emotions I witness daily, and I can't wait for the final episodes to bring even more heartfelt moments which will undoubtedly make me sob.

That's a really interesting point. I think this does play a part. I also think TopMew's development just wasn't as convincing. Boston and Nick's desire for e/o was very apparent from the get go. SandRay started out as frustration/annoyance at e/o but that developed to craving for affection from the other. For TopMew, I just don't think there was much there ???
