I have zero idea why I rated this drama so high. I watched this a while ago, but suddenly I got reminded of this. While I absolutely adored the cinematography of this drama, this was fucked up. The leads definitely had chemistry, but both of them were fucked up, and to make the ml's mom seem like the villain when she was just trying to protect her MINOR son is insane. I also remember finding her annoying, but she was possibly the only sane person in this drama🙏🏻

I read a few chapters from the webtoon, and tbh I loved the drama adaptation more. I never thought I'd be saying this, but removing the BL parts made this drama more enjoyable, and definitely less awkward to watch. I was still shipping Song Yi Heon and Choi Se Kyung throughout the whole drama tho lol😭 They literally had all the typical Kdrama couple moments, and the way their relationship developed felt way more genuine in the drama. Romantic or not, they are definitely soulmates

this might be a huge spoiler but i think ml has fl's mom's eyes

that ending was ridiculous. it lowkey felt worse than the “it was all a dream” ending.

i remember this was one of the very first drama i watched, and i didn't know the age gap between the leads, so i really enjoyed this. Kim Sae ron looks so pretty like a real angel, and I had the biggest crush on her since then. its genuinely so sad how the industry and her parents failed her. Aside the whole KSH situation, the age gap she had with most of her co actors in the romance dramas is disgusting, and to think that she wasn't even 18

What an ignorant way of viewing these toxic beauty standards. How can you blame the victims, instead of the toxic industry? blame the people who are forcing these actor/actresses to go through such a rigid diet, and remain unhealthily skinny in order to just get a role. Bodyshaming a person won't make them gain or loss weight in a healthy way. Its just not the solution.

Hey, so by calling them “walking skeletons”, you are basically bodyshaming them too. I understand your concerns. I totally think its a valid concern. But bodyshaming these actresses while trying to reinforce body positivity isn't a good look. You just seem the same as these people.

I feel like this isn't talked about much, but they totally justified LDJ's stalking behaviour by saying “its all for an experiment”. While I do understand that he did a lot for PMJ, but if this genre wasn't romance, then his behaviour would be seen as creepy. He is obsessive, and doesn't have any other goals, or motives to live. Like what else do we know about his character, besides his mom dying, and his obsession towards PMJ? i love a nerd obsessive character ngl, buttttttt he was boring apart from his obsession. I don't like that.

I genuinely liked this drama until episode 8. It just kept getting dumb. The plot was so interesting. Like it got me so hooked. But the delivery was so lackluster. The ending was nothing special. Like bro what was all this angst for? The fl got the ml so easily. She had to do nothing, but the male lead almost died multiple times for her. I know some people like stuff like this, but its just not for me. The second couple just spawned out of nowhere, like there was no build up for them. Who is gonna tell them that 2 good side characters don't always have to end up together? They could've done so many other things, but they choose this ending

the story was interesting, but all the actors lost their acting skills in this movie. its almost like they didn't get paid enough. ig its cause the source material is pretty short, it felt pretty draggy too. i still liked some of the scenes cause the mcs looked cute together. it would be nice to see them in a rom-com

no matter how many dramas i watch, i keep coming back to this. idc if it was cliché or toxic, i still love it sm 😭
