Wow! What a ride. This show has one of the most interesting characters, conflicts, and interaction between them all! The mystery really grip you at the edge of your mind, and Jang Hyuk nailed it!
The last two episodes were fast paced it's really acceptable since it's cut to 2 episodes! The writer had done a great and wise job on the ending. It's completely understandable, KBS just don't want to accept that this is one of the low rating dramas that doesn't depend on the rating to shine!
I'm not usually okay with long episodes like 20~, but I really think this show deserved a 20 episodes. Yep, just said that.
Still, you have to watch this show. At times, I didn't feel like watching drama.. but more like I'm watching real people dealing with their challenges on the screen. This drama also nailed the realistic atmosphere you'd often find in real life.
So, 10/10 for me.
Am I the only person who aren't charm by his looks nor acting skills? I've only watched 2 dramas of him, Choon Yang and Wanted and he gave me the rigid, flat and bland expression. When I watch a glimpsed of his scenes on Can We Love I felt that he was hilariously boring when he tried to be a playful guy. I curiously want to know what make you guys like him, as I can't find a reason to be fond of him.
Of course I'm not saying I can only be charmed with flower boys, as I can be fond of Jang Hyuk in Beautiful Mind. It's just seems like his presence on-screen makes me uncomfortable and I don't know why.
I enjoy the first episode despite the slow pace but I also have watched Cellular (american movie) before Wanted, which has similar stories, child kidnapping, and I can't help but keep comparing Kim Basinger and Kim Ah Joong acting. My bad~ :( Kim Basinger was so good in Cellular as the mother and I just felt Kim Ah Joong lack the losing, stress, and depress feeling when she's under the pressure when losing the child. But overall, I think this will be an interesting drama. Maybe Ah Joong will improve more in further episodes.
