The section on Chinese college dorms made me smile because some of my fondest memories from when I studied abroad were made in my dorm while in China. They're not glamorous buildings by any means, no matter how expensive or prestigious the school, but there's something so comforting about them that I can't quite describe... Maybe it was the solidarity in everyone breaking the dorm rules together? Guest curfews could be avoided in some truly hilaripous ways, and I didn't know anyone who actually abided by the 'no cooking' rule. Some people even had illegal pets haha. It was also my first time having a dorm room with its own bathroom and that was amazing!
I agree about My Love Mix-up. I despised the original Ossan so I'm not as invested in that.
literally same although there's something so ridiculous about earthmix being cast for ossan's thailand that i have to wonder how much of the script they've changed lol
I understand that the show is unfiltered and bold on portraying these ugly truths about the 1920's and not everyone…
Ah yes, because a show with over 2.5k votes will have its rank affected by a single person’s opinion. Right. Got it.
I dropped it because after giving this show literally more than six tries, I couldn’t bear to keep going. Like sorry this specific trans sapphic viewer couldn’t appreciate the riveting historicism of a show with a supernatural plot. I didn’t even get into my gripes with the show itself, but sure, even a single criticism is too much. Noted.
