I was a little shocked by the nudity! It's a body double, but still not something you see often in kdramas. I don't know if that character is just acting out or if sex will actually be integral to the story. Maybe someone who has finished it can chime in and tell us

not sure if it works in translation, but the perfect english title for this show would have been 'Baggage'

not sure, but I've only just finished ep 2. I like it so far, it's a good setup and I'm very curious where it all goes. When every character is messed up, sometimes it's hard to have a satisfying resolution at the end so maybe that is why it isn't rated very well.

9eps in so far and its really good. I hope it ends well. This might have the best pacing of any kdrama i've watched. Most shows have to waste a lot of time with silliness to fill up 16eps but this is a strong storyline all around. ML is good as usual and I think this is the best thing the FL has done. She is so beautiful in an unconventional way.

I like it so far as well. JSM is really good and I like the ML as well. Let's hope the story can sustain for 16 eps

It is truly a compelling story. I won't usually watch 3 versions of anything but I enjoyed each of these in their own way. I'll have to look up the writer to see if they have done anything else I can watch.

anime is the most wholesome version and the only one with a happy ending. Funny how much less trashy the story is when they horny young guy isn't bedding the disabled girl only to dump her in the end. Not saying it's the best version but this story deserved a happy ending.

I agree that the 2003 is probably better, but I like them both very much. I praised the FL in the 2020 version above, but this FL was amazing as well. I still don't like the ending. It's probably realistic, but who the hell watches movies to see reality. 'I just ran away' I will be thinking about this movie for a very long time... On to the anime version

loved it up until the end. I hadn't really liked anything the FL had done before this, but she was exquisite in this movie. She opened like a flower. I'm from the US, Hollywood is dead. If you're looking for good movies/shows, you need to be looking in Japan and South Korea. I'm going to see if I can find the Japanese version for comparison

interesting idea that scotland was in her imagination. I hadn't thought of that. I'm a little torn on the ending because it was so good until then. In a way, breakups can be ambiguous. Man/Woman drift apart and often not for the most obvious reasons. I assume the pregnancy ended in miscarriage, but they never said anything about it?? Great movie but not a great ending, IMO. What does everybody else think?

just want to echo what everyone else is saying. This is so good 9.3 at least. A very simple story beautifully told.

I'm on ep5, much better than I thought it would be. FL, in terms of her acting performance is very good. I don't know how this ends, but there's a part of this writing that is really stupid. As far as we know, the ML has never shown interest in any woman. He's pushing 30, wealthy, successful, good-looking so he could have had many opportunities, but not one relationship with a woman!? I could see the FL getting hung up on him when she was younger, but anyone with half a brain would have to question that there is something seriously wrong with this guy?! Maybe the show will address it at some point, but it should have been addressed by now. I complimented the FL because I like her and I think she is putting in a good performance, but so far the writing is letting her down. At this point, her character just looks really stupid.

I'd say 7.8 is about right. Love story was good but the drama around the teaching was not that compelling. I thought the FL carried the show. She is a beautiful woman and played an authentic character. Has she been in anything else that's good?

I'm only on ep12 so I guess this could change by the end, but am I the only one who thinks JunYoung is a total bitch?
