Thanks so much for sharing. It was nearly impossible for this to live up to all the hype, but I thought it was a fun watch. I hope they get to do a sequel.
Fans of Godzilla franchise never expected they needed this in a godzilla movie. Basically this movie gives viewers…
I haven't seen it yet so I can't comment on the movie, I just wanted to comment on your last sentence. I've lived in the states my whole life, and I am watching asian entertainment almost exclusively (mostly Japanese and Korean). Hollywood has completely lost its way, I can't remember the last good thing I watched that was made here.
I absolutely love the actress. So sad that it is the only one romantic drama with her as FL. Would love to watch…
I agree, the FL is lovely indeed. There's a lot to like about this. Is there a name for this type of show? (Silent, Piece Of Your Mind, Do You Like Brahms?, Call It Love etc.)
I don't know why so many of these shows rush the ending like this. You could devote the final episode to it, but instead they usually throw them back together in the last 3 minutes.
My other main criticism is the breakup. This also happens a lot in these shows, the reasons they split are so trivial that I keep asking myself: Why did they break up again?
Men code 101 : Don't go after your friend's or Brother' s Gf . That's the ultimate code which no men should ever…
What if you actually like her and your brother doesn't, he just wants to use her to hide his homosexuality from his family? This men code is getting complicated!
I don't have much expectations for the ending. All i want is a happy ending for Huijiu, but one thing i hope the…
I can't remember if his meeting In Ha was by chance or if he orchestrated it? If it was by chance, then he just chose Kang Oh because In Ha was connected to the family and ML saw that as an opportunity to exploit.
Can someone explain to me why people who like HJ are shipping her with ML?
FL was so cold in the first few eps that it was hard to take her seriously as a romantic interest. Also, how could the ML consider her seriously after she's been sleeping with his friend for 10 years? Hee Joo provides an opportunity for that and it feels like she is kinda being wasted here. I thought the FL has improved in the later episodes, but it still hard to accept a relationship with her. I know this isn't a romance series, but it is definitely a strong motivation for all 4 characters at play here, even when they're trying to ignore it.
I would have rated this somewhere in the 7's before eps 7 & 8. I must be in the minority, I really like these last 2 episodes. I'm not really sold on the love story, but we'll see how that plays out. For now, it's just 3 ruthless people competing for power and it might well be impossible to have a successful relationship when success is your only goal no matter the cost.
Here's how this show should end that would make me rank it somewhere in the 9's: If the FL turns on the ML at some point and Hee Joo comes to his aid. In the end ML and Hee Joo rule atop what is left of Kangoh. That would be epic!
I don't hold out much hope, but we'll see how it plays out. Much respect to LJW, he is one of the best ML's out there and he can carry a show even when the writing isn't that great.
There was so much to like about this show, but like so many kdramas, the ending is just so stupid! Please, can someone try to justify this? What in the world was keeping them apart at the end, other than we had to fill up 2 more episodes with pointless filler?
Who is a better ML than LJW? I don't think he exists. If this show succeeds it will only be because of him. The love triangle is ridiculous, it would be much more fun if he ended up with Hee Joo
This would be much more believable. To revive a love triangle after a decade is just ridiculous. I've been sleeping with your friend for 10 years, but it's you that I really wanted all this time. GTFO!
