I am very unconfident when it comes to anything music... can you explain what you mean?
Woah cool. Thanks for putting in that effort for me.
Music is beyond me. I have no tonal memory, so even when I go back and forth between the videos I can barely catch what you heard just while watching. Lol
I agree with u but one thing bugged me. What kind of parents would allow their daughter to go meet with loan sharks.…
Oh I think it's easy to assume she didn't inform them. She immediately ran upstairs to grab her own bankbook, and took the initiative to grab a shovel before she left.
Also, think of the scene when Thyme knocks on the door and Gorya is delegated to open the door. Clearly, she is a very strong family member who looks out and takes responsibility for the whole family. <3

I saw this comment on YouTube and it's such a great observation:I watched Hana Yori Dango, Boys Over Flowers and…
You know, it was also a smart move because there's no way at this point that I would believe any of the F4 would see photos of a girl passed out in a hotel bed and not see it as assault, correctly.
I loved how the Magic Pork was split into 5 pieces instead of just given to Thyme. In a time where people try…
Okay I need to say more about this scene because I love it so much...
It wasn't like Gorya and Glakau really said a "sad story", they just turned up the aegyo as they made their lives sound like the most tragic thing in the world (which is a great game idea btw). Gorya even teased her father for their debt in her answer. None of these things are truly sad in the scheme of their family dinner together, and they know it. It was awesome to see them make light of their difficulties, because that's what we all do, don't we?
Thyme's moment of openness and honesty was so moving because this contrast was drawn so well.
And, though Gorya and Glakau play off their problems like a joke and they laugh about it, Gorya still splits the magic pork, because even though we can laugh about our tragedies, our problems are still valid.
Thank you for pointing that out. I was wondering why she never reacted negatively to being called "chipmunk" but…
Oh! She reacted negatively during the party scene. She legit tells him, "My name is Kaning, not chipmunk".
Without knowledge of the language, I would guess the translator was trying to convey that "tiny" or "little one" is more of a cute nick-name than the English would make it seem.
THANK YOU. I've said this before, but Flower Shop Uncle doesn't get nearly enough coverage on this forum lolol
Ikr! His delivery for everything is perfect too. My favorite moment in probably all the episodes so far is still him saying, "F4 comes from Flower Four.... there's a fine line between cheesy and cool." It was THE defining moment of the show for me.
They also changed about the FL fantasizing about 2nd ML. When the hag said "whether you want a bf or not you should…
Oh I loved the scene with the creepy old dude! Like, Gorya kind of gets complacent and listens to him as if he had some kind of sage advice, only for the guys to literally swan dive on the other girl and her. pfffft. I loved how it gave us a nice moment of reflection for Gorya, but still made the creepy part obvious (these are not friendly, advice-giving uncles) and also didn't make it too gross for us either.
I've just finished ep 1. I don't care what people say but I'm totally invested into this.. I thought it won't…
"thought it won't be good since it's not bl" haha I always figured there were people out there who missed out on great dramas because they didn't watch bl, but I didn't really expect it the other way around lol. Glad you found F4!
Those of us in the know are, you know, in the know about her character, but I have to say that I'm super excited to see how F4 approaches it.
One of the amazing things about this version is that it provides all the same storytelling beats that we expect, but the show digs deeper into the motivations for the characters' actions, which makes each storytelling beat seem almost entirely new, and also somewhat unexpected.
And I am just SO CURIOUS about Hana. The set-up with the loan sharks/bar-girl pictures is an awesome set-up, distinct from previous versions (see lilili's post below), and I honestly can't wait to see how it plays out, and why.
I love it though because when episodes drop you get to experience the reactions in real time and the conversations…
Absolutely agree. I'm a compulsive binge-watcher so this is the only way for me to slow down and digest a show before moving on. I'm really glad I jumped in at the beginning of the airing schedule.
"YES SIR.... there's only iced tea."
"Take some out and microwave it then!"
🤣👍

love love love the family moments in F4

Phenomenal set-up.
