Both of the shows main guy is Lee Junho, so if you enjoyed his acting in one you might also find the other really good. For his character love pushes his character to confront his past wounds, trust issues, or insecurities, which creates some character growth.
His, Lee Junho, chemistry with the lead actresses are amazing and can be seen in both shows already from episode 1.
King the Land lightly touches on corporate and family expectations, while Tycoon Family goes heavier into internal conflict within the company due to the IMF crisis so in that sense they are a bit different.
