First half of both dramas focus on leads' getting to know each other better, getting closer and progress while second half is a lil more dramatic.

LotFG is only a romance while D&D has the edge that LotFG lacks. LotFG drama is in some regards well adapted from the novel, but the ending really did not add much to the story and overall sense of satisfaction

The story is also a bit dark, and is an investigation of grave injustice that happened in the past.
