How beautiful the storyline of Immortal Samsara actually is
I'm one of the ppl who rarely watch xianxia dramas but Immortal Samsara changed my mind completely. At first I decided to start watching it because of Yang Zi & Cheng Yi. And I never regret abt it, the best decision I've ever made.- The acting
The chemistry between Yang Zi & Cheng Yi so gold, rare and yet, no joke!! Their acting skills are on next level, Everytime I see them together, my heart flutter for them, can't help but smile like a fool all the time. Yang Zi is known for her amazing acting skills, she can express different types of emotion to show ppl what's inside her mind or heart, her face says it all. Cheng Yi never disappoints me as well, ofc when he cries, I feel so heartbroken for him too. His expression can show his true feelings and the way he portrays Ying Yuan & Tang Zhou differently is what surprise me the most. I can completely see the differences! Huge respect to Yang Zi & Cheng Yi, including every casts and crews of Immortal Samsara
- The storyline
Yan Dan may looks like she's weak but not only she's so powerful but also so intelligent and knows how to use her head!! Also, YD is one of the mature female lead characters who always thinks for other ppl's feeling and never act recklessly for once. Yan Dan also understands and let go of her feeling over Ying Yuan as she completely understand Ying Yuan's action on her and Three Realm. On the other hand, I love how Ying Yuan is not the typical male lead who think love is everything. He put the peace of Three Realm in front of his love for Yan Dan. Many ppl blame YY but without the peace of Three Realm, YD will also be in danger as well. He is the emperor of the Heaven, he still thinks abt his people even tho he truly loves Yan Dan so much, Ying Yuan's true love over Yan Dan is so pure!
By watching IS, you still can see both of them are ready to sacrifice for each other, both YD and YY sacrificed their lives to keep each other safe and sound. No matter if he/she loves her/him back, they will still save each other at the end of the day. But this also teaches us that love isn't everything as people's life and the peace of the world should be the first thing to put in front of love. As long as their love are still growing with pure and true love, YD and YY can store the peace of Three Realms with their love together.
I totally recommend everyone of you to try watching Immortal Samsara, the pure love between the main lead can totally flutter your heart, I promise! Even if you think this might not be a cup of tea for you, please just try to watch at least four or five episodes. When you start to develop interest in IS, it will never disappoint you! I finally found my home now, Immortal Samsara family including the casts and the fans of IS becomes my family!
- My opinion over the script
(However, I might have to complain a lil bit as the scriptwriters are more focusing on background character's story rather than focusing on YD & YY's love story. I feel so bitter abt it since the main reason why I watched IS is for YD and YY only!! For example, Xuan Ye & Ran Qing love story might be even more than the main lead's story! Also, everytime the sweet scenes came, they all turned out to be dreams, illusions or one of YD and YY is unconscious! WHAT THE HELL! The scriptwriters suck! Are they taking us as a joke or smth, having Yang Zi & Cheng Yi as a main lead couple so rare and gold but they made the script like this, like how!)

The story of closeted lesbians in ancient history
Unlike many historical dramas that dive into politics and betrayal, Mhom Ped Sawan takes a refreshing turn of exploring the issue of เล่นเพื่อน, or ‘len pheuan'. This term translates to ‘playing with friends’ that refers to the intimate female companion or, in easy words, the lesbianism. Set in the 18th-century Rattanakosin era, this series follows a typical template of Thai historical drama with some politics, strong misogyny and sexism, but with a sapphic and gay twist. For those unfamiliar, ‘Mhom Ped Sawan’ is an ancient story penned by Khun Suwan, a well-known poet from that time.The series takes a wider look at how same-sex relationships were perceived and accepted in that time period, along with the complexities of love across different social classes, particularly within the palace walls and its social circles. It also highlights the presence of LGBT allies during that era. While the series is more focused on drama, it still has some interesting moments of romance and the tension that come with it. But with 30 episodes, some plots are a bit draggy and repetitive.
One worth noting feature of this series is its skillful incorporation of Thai culture throughout the plots. The elements of poetry, literature, dance and play, cuisine, and palace etiquette are beautifully represented through the characters and their arcs.
When it comes to acting, all the cast members did a fantastic job. If there's one problem, it's Film and Tubtim’s chemistry. While their individual performances are good, their on-screen chemistry isn’t strong enough. Some scenes come off as a bit detached and lack the warmth you'd expect from lovers. In contrast, Princess Vilas and Khun Suwan's chemistry stand out more. Their companionship is endearing, and even though they’re not romantically linked, their dynamic is way more fulfilling than Mom Kham and Mom Sud.
This series has a good production quality and stays consistent from the first episode all the way through. But one drawback, in my opinion, is the use of camera angles and certain framing for the kiss and intimate scenes between Mom Kham and Mom Sud rather than showcasing the real kiss/performances. I wonder if this was done for the actresses' comfort, perhaps due to their inexperience with such scenes, (which I doubted that was the case), or if it was the director's choice or the channel's restriction. But regardless, it really detracts from the authenticity and believability of their relationship and undermines the emotional depth of their characters.
Despite its LGBTQ+ theme, it’s quite noticeable that this series is crafted through a hetero lens. But taking into account the cultural context, the time and place setting, and the target audience of ThaiPBS, the overall execution is quite good. While certain aspects of the storyline may falter, it’s still a good drama for those who like historical drama with less complicated palace politics.

Easy -to-watch and enjoyable enough .
✅️ The plot:▫️Remind me of The Princess Royal except in this one , our leads get to redo 3 lifetimes.
▫️Fast paced as expected of a miniseries .
▫️Interesting beginning and middle.
▫️The ending was quite lacklustre. A typical c-drama's ending.
✅️ Character, Acting:
▫️I liked the fact that both leads know how to fight and are equally wise .
▫️ It was refreshing to see a new faces as main leads here instead of seeing the same faces in every drama .
▫️ ML reminds me of a more handsome version of P.O and FL reminds me much of Ariel Lin.
▫️ Good acting from FL while ML's still need room for improvement .
▫️Romance and chemistry rating: 8/10.
☑️ Cinematography, Costumes, OST :
▫️Just good for a low budget miniseries.
My conclusion: If you want an easy-watching, tired of watching the same faces in your c-drama, want to watch a revenge drama but has little time for a 40 episodes revenge c-drama try this one, you might enjoy it.

**I might have included some spoilers!!**Story:
The story at first is about a man who's supposed to be the most handsome man in the world and a girl who likes him, sounds a very typical RomCom.
It didn't sound so interesting for me, but from episode 2 it was interesting,
Ma Tae had to learn each thing from each woman in order to start living on his own and to receive a "password".
I liked that it not only talked about romance but also about opening a bussiness of your own, and I even learned things that I can say "I learned for life" from those women he had to learn from,I liked the idea of learning each thing from each person.
I think that from episodes 1-10 it was a good drama but from then I really don't know what happend and it turned to be a really boring and -trying to be a complicated drama .
Acting/Cast/characters:
The cast for me wasn't that "strong" .It was a nice cast for people that love Jang Geun Suk or IU .
Their acting wasn't that good or that bad but avarage.
It had a good point of many character's personallities but I think that except of JGS's character each character was shallow and not improving.(He, for at least changed and learned things)
Bo Tong from the first beginning was shallow and liked Ma Tae only because of his look and in the ending they tried to tell us "no she didn't only because of that" .
David was cute but as it kept going on , it was a bit pathetic for me that he still tries.
I was rooting for him all along but somewhat I couldn't bare to watch his behaviour anymore.
Hong Yu Ra had a pocker face the whole drama and could only stare but not show any emotion well...
The other women were interesting (until girl no.5) after that they weren't necessary for the plot.
Music:
I won't remember the OST for the rest of my life but it had a nice-main song .

The whole drama they show how much Bo Tong likes Ma Tae and how he doesn't even pay attantion to her, and to end this drama they made a stupid switch that he fell in love with her ,I really didn't like it at all, David deserved much more than that but at the end as I said I thought he was pathetic,
The others may had a romace parts in it but I don't see why I need to tell about them more.
I almost didn't even watch the ending...I thought that the ending of "trying to make everything too good" wasn't that right..
This review also sounds really bad, but it was a good drama at first.
But I liked the fashion of IU and Myung Mi etc. I liked some points of the tips we got . So sad it was ruined like that at the end...
I really wanted to give it a 7 but I'll give it a 6.5 although it's worth 6...but I remember the good parts in it so that's why I made it 6.5.

Don't even think about it just go an watch it
It is the next day after watching the finale episode of this series and I am still not over it. I'm just so happy.Story
The plot of this series is extraordinary imo. It didn't feel like a BL more like a story of two soulmates. And I can't complain about the ending at all, I can't even ask for another season because it was perfect just like this. (Still a second season or a special episode would be amazing ngl)
Acting/Cast
I haven't seen these two actors before but I fell in love with them real quick. Mix did an excellent job as a rookie actor and if I didn't read about that I would've never thought he is one. Every emotion he showed felt so real to me. And after seeing those BTS scenes of him fainting because he was giving his all gave me so much respect for him. Earth also is an amazing actor. He portrays the cold forest soldier who gets all soft for Tian so well. Also Earth and Mix are seriously two beautiful and handsome fellas. Kudos to the crew and rest of the cast as well.
Music
I always find myself humming the title song and it was sung by Earth in the last episode which was a nice bonus. But all of the OST's are amazing and made the series even more beautiful.

It's Easter holiday so I know what I'm gonna do. Rewatch this masterpiece. Rewatch Value is 100%.
So overall this series is amazing and a masterpiece and if you're looking for a nice BL series without cringy sound effects or sexual harassment - this is the one. And even if you're not looking for any series to watch - you should still watch this. You're not going to regret it.

High expectations, but it was a letdown........
The trailer seems promising, but this drama's got some loopholes and it was a letdown. The suspense wasn't there, and it wasn't thrilling. I got bored after watching ep 3 onwards. There were a lot of boring dialogue and fillers. The drama could have been better if the script was better. I didn't understand why the need for the neighbor's character when she didn't do anything major in the drama, or no major explanation for the high school girl that got murdered. Or what's with the husband and his relationship with the high school girl. Also, no explanation for why the sister's dead. Like did she get killed or was she died by suicide? There were so many missing things and loopholes. It was disappointing.Was this review helpful to you?
All members of the cast did a good job - especially the main cast, I really felt drawn in to the main couple while I also loved the supporting cast too. The story developed at a good pace and there was never a dull moment. The plot kept me interested and wanting to know what would happen next, and showed the typical Chinese culture and politics, the 'guanxi' that still exists today in China. There was no adult theme or shots while the love stories blossomed naturally and the story ripened over the episodes.
I would recommend this drama - I finished the 25 episodes quickly!

The good: In at least 4 different episodes I had laughing fits, the uncomfortable nature of the comedy in the beginning had me literally rolling on the floor. How hot is No Min Woo? I needed a few more fanservice shots, but we have a topless No Min Woo, a wet No Min Woo and a guitar playing No Min Woo. No Min Woo was so believable, that I thought he was playing a mentally challenged adult. But No Min Woo is not the only actor that stood out, the whole supporting cast was really good with few exceptions. I felt as if every character in this story had some development, change or epiphany, and unlike many other dramas the change was so gradual, realistic and well planned. In real life every event or situation we encounter challenges our way of thinking and sometimes our mode of operation causing us to evaluate ourselves- I liked that the characters also went through the same. The ending was sweet, but it should have taken 2 more episodes to complete.
The Bad: The first episode turned me away from this drama because the main female lead appeared to be manipulative (but she wasn’t).The second male lead looked so old in some shots and I could not connect with his acting plus occasionally Yang JinSung’s face looked frozen (maybe it was the makeup used?).
I would really recommend this drama as a rom-com that is funny, a little raunchy, written for folks over 17, and No Min Woo stans . The story has a great message, a great cast and a really good ending. There are no evil mothers, spiteful ex-girlfriends, and the love triangle formed was so super weak that there was no real need to “fight” for love. I liked it give it 3 episodes and you will too!

An uninspired change
The first season of the show was praised not because it had a good story or because of phenomenal acting - because it did not have either- but because the show was simply enjoyable. It was a pure, innocent, light-hearted romantic comedy. The second season, however, tries to make a 180° change and turn this into something resembling a drama. While I often laughed during the first season, during this second season I never even smiled, let alone laugh. The show wants to now rely on the story rather than an "enjoyable feeling", and it fails miserably.Firstly, the show introduces new "turns" every episode but they end never being fully developed . Some of them are simply forgotten and never mentioned again, while others are solved in a matter of minutes.
Secondly, the pacing is terrible : small issues who could be easily solved take up 80% of the show, while big issues that could make up a drama of their own and should strongly affect our characters are simply brushed off after 2-3 minutes. A lot of things are simply left unresolved.
Thirdly, the show becomes way too melodramatic. Every single character in this show has some amazingly overdramatic backstory regarding his/her parents. Not only that but once a character's "parents storyline" has finished, it's like they completely forget what they went through and when their friend/girlfriend/boyfriend has more or less the same problem, they act like idiots, like they have never gone through something similar before. They criticize other characters for doing the exact thing they did a week ago.
Fourthly, the plot is so predictable it hurts. Everything you predict is gonna happen, will 100% happen. And lastly, the ending is terrible - all problems in the show, some of which lasted for the entirety of the 16 episodes are immediately solved with no resistance, without any explination. We are just left to assume it is magic.
To sum the story up : it was so stupid, I simply couldn't care less about what happened to the characters.
And if all of this was not bad enough, by transforming this show in a drama, you also realize how meh (to put it mildy) is the acting. You clearly feel that with the exception of Ji Soo all the actors are either idols or novices - they completely lack emotion during emotional scenes and it is very clear they are reciting a script - it isn't a tiny bit natural. The only good acting in this show comes from Ji Soo.
The soundtrack is decent.
To conclude : the show should have continued with the feeling of the first season. But it did not.

I recommend watching this if you wanna watch something nice in a short amount of time.All, I could say is that it was good for me.

Story:
I though at first, how are they going to make this good with just 4 episodes with the duration of 18 min (maximum)? But it was good. I really like this trope where they have a fake relationship but actually one of them likes the partner or they both like each other but hides it (not for the viewers though) and after some episodes (usually the last), they confess their feelings to each other and founds out that they like each other. I also liked the ending!
Acting/cast or the characters:
I loved Rahee and Howon's insane chemistry and Rahee and Minyeong's friendship. It was good. Rahee's character is annoying at first but at the end, I realized and understand why she is like that. Howon's character was good too, I like it when the ML saves the FL. For Minyeong, I love her, she's always been there for Rahee. I wish I had a friend like her.

So I finally finished You are My Destiny. As most know by now, this was a remake of the 2008 TW drama "Fated to Love You" (also had a 2014 Kdrama remake and apparently a japanese one as well). I personally haven't seen the other remakes, so I can't speak for them. This review will honestly be a lot of comparisons to the original because FTLY honestly is one of my favorite TW classics, so it's really hard for me to not do constant comparing.STORY:
I think personally, I prefer the original story. The story was honestly classic TW drama. Over the top and dramatic, a bit ridiculous at times, and fairly unrealistic even for 2008. BUT all of that said and done, this drama had a charm to it that made me remember it even 12 years later. This remake modernized the story a lot and made it much more realistic and down to earth than the original, but honestly it took away that magic charm that the original had and turned it into basically another standard modern drama.

Main story changes:
THE PREGNANCY:
FTLY was an accidental pregnancy. The leads had no idea who the other was until after the slept together and their getting together was essentially a plot against the male lead.
YMD the two leads accidentally sleep together after a drunken night on a cruise ship. This is one of the biggest changes that I honestly didn't agree with. Obviously it was more realistic, but now you have an accidental situation turned into a guy cheating on his girlfriend and a girl who drunkenly sleeps with a guy she barely knows and becomes a third party in a relationship. Obviously the intention wasn't to harm anyone, but regardless, these two technically had an affair and even though they are both good people, this isn't anything that can be "redeemed" in any way.
-- this change to the story was the hardest for me to accept because in FTLY the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy were completely unwarranted and it was truly no one's fault. In this version, the FL just spends the entire drama feeling guilty - and rightfully so - and it really just made it hard for me to feel sorry for her at some points.
"STICKY NOTE GIRL":
FTLY this was the overall theme of the FL pre-miscarriage. She was basically used and forgotten by everyone in her life. She lived her days doing things and helping others and got NOTHING for it. This was not only in her work life, but also in her family where she was the least appreciated and cared for by her mother. This detail is really what made the ML so important in helping her become stronger and more confident. It also really pushes that change in personality where you see her become a completely different person post-miscarriage.
YMD: The FL is well loved by her mother, she has a great best friend/coworker who stands up for her at work, but yet she's still a "Sticky note" (only for the very beginning and only at work). There was honestly not as much reason for her to be this "sticky note" personality and it again, only really showed in the work place. This really broke down that character development for the FL as in this version, you already see her becoming stronger and more confident (after she joins the ML's company as the assistant to the Director). Then post-miscarriage, she's supposedly changed so much even though really she had already begun changing before she went to Hungary. Meh.
"THE REVEAL (of the truth)"
FTLY - They had this whole set up where the FL talks about what "happened" that day and it's accidentally recorded on camera, which is how the ML finds out about the real truth. It was such an important moment as you really saw everything just click for the ML and he finally understands why the FL ran away from him and was so afraid to be near hin that day. He confronts Anna and then is able to really love the FL without the feeling that he did anything to hurt her back then.
YMD - The "reveal" is just so downplayed. It felt super rushed to me, and then there's really no ending for it. Dylan "tells" Xin Yi the "truth", but XY knows what really happens from Anna's expressions. But he just runs to the airport, where he just so happened to have a copy of the real divorce papers waiting for Jia Xin? Meh. Anna honestly gets no form of retribution for what she did and then the story just ends.
Overall when it comes to the story, again, it is modernized and it's definitely more realistic - but honestly, there are so many modern dramas that are basically the same set up, and now this show becomes one of many.
ACTING:
Most people know that the leads of this show were the OTP in The Eternal Love and that was a huge selling point for this drama. I think honestly everyone loved this pairing so much because the Eternal Love was basically 75% cute romantic moments. This drama was NOT that. It was more focused on the real lives between the two and so it required a lot of actual acting and portraying of emotions. Personally, I think that even though these two have cute chemistry, they are still really young actors, and this drama showed that there's room for improvement.
Shoutout to the side family characters though. The FL's mom, the ML's grandma and aunt, I think were honestly all really good.

FINAL THOUGHTS:
This drama was ok. It is not my favorite of 2020 and it honestly isn't very memorable to me. But again, I think I had low expectations knowing that it was a remake of one of my favorite TW dramas. If I had never seen the original and watched this one, I probably would have enjoyed it a bit more, but again, when you want to remake a famous and classic TV show, you need to be prepared for comparisons to the original.

This 13-episode series is a moody, incisive exploration of human nature, fate, obsession, justice, and a flawed system that ensnares everyone.The story opens in a prison, its high walls and barbed wire shrouded in foggy mountains where time seems frozen. Beneath the deceptive calm lies a crushing oppression, a hallmark of Lu Chuan’s atmospheric storytelling. From the outset, the audience is immersed in a soul-destroying sense of irrelevance and extinguished hope. Subtle dark humor—rarely this well-executed in Chinese dramas—elicits reluctant chuckles at unexpected moments, weaving depth, irony, and emotional complexity into the narrative.
Du Xiangdong (Qin Hao), a top police academy graduate, is as much a prisoner in this isolated detention center as the inmates. The narrative veers into a riveting exploration of the broader fallout from a miscarriage of justice—a mother’s grief, a brother’s guilt, a lover’s unwilling betrayal. Scenes like the mother’s collapse under the weight of an urn or her heartfelt blessing to Sun Yunhong to move on are devastating and unforgettable. Lin Boyang’s silent, bottomless grief, conveyed through her taut face and expressive eyes, left me in tears. Yet these poignant digressions into maudlin and melodramatic arcs derail the manhunt’s momentum. Wenguo’s journey—his escape and reintegration into society—feels like an afterthought, despite Han Geng’s surprisingly mature and nuanced portrayal.
A highlight is Shi Pengyuan’s reunion with Qin Hao (from The Bad Kids) as Yao Binbin, a young man brimming with promise. Though his screen time is brief, Binbin haunts every scene, his absence a stark presence. Qin Hao delivers another complex performance as Xiangdong, a good cop trapped by the system. His relentless pursuit of the brothers—choosing his own "escape" from the detention center over his instinct that they were wrongfully convicted — is textbook prisoner's dilemma. This turns him from a truth seeker into a blind tool of a flawed justice system; upholding the law but betraying his conscience and humanity. I felt torn between anger and pity for him, unable to forgive him though his obsession ultimately ruined his life. The shocking ending twist, while unexpected, feels like one digression too many, piling on unnecessary tragedy.
This drama dazzles with its avant-garde camera angles, dark humor, and sharp societal critiques. Its fatal flaw is overambition—too many threads dilute the whole. The non-linear storytelling and melodramatic detours sap the climax of impact. Yet, its breathtaking visuals and emotional depth make it hard to look away. I rate it 8.0/10.0, a beautiful but flawed gem.

Love Zeng Hui but this one is a "no thank you"
I am going through all of Zeng Hui's dramas as he is really talented, this is the 4th one I've completed of his.This one unfortunately, is my least favorite so far in regards to the storyline.
Pros: Zeng Hui is of course giving a spectacular performance as usual, he really needs to be casted in proper horizontal dramas as his acting is really amazing.
Cons: (here we go). The storyline is incomplete, I didn't realize this until I watched and I was like "what happened?" I hope they release a part 2 so we can clear everything up and get a happy ending (for a mini vertical series, there shouldn't be a reason to leave the audience hanging). The characters are really subpar. This is the first time I did not like Zeng Hui's ML character. Wanting to be with the FL, expecting her to stay but not being able to give her a future - that be-together-until-bored is not acceptable and I am glad she turned him down at that point. The FL's character is very weak, which makes her prone to getting used and abused. The 2ML was very mysterious so his progression to a villain while expected was very abrupt.
Not a stellar watch, wouldn't recommend this one, but again here for Zeng Hui so plowed through.

"Is your love bigger than the love I give? What's the difference between your love and mine?"
a film about love and heartbreak that just left me in shambles. so beautiful in so many different ways.-it's a coming of age story that deals with every emotion life has in store for us like jealousy, confusion, love, anger, sadness, and heartbreak. it also revolves around religion as the two boys are in a Christian school and provokes the question of homosexuality and how it’s viewed as a sin. the inner turmoil when you’ve been taught that your love doesn’t belong. and you can feel absolutely all of it in this film. just by watching it's as if your own heart is being broken and being touched.
-the acting of everyone but especially the two main leads is exceptional. it’s such a raw and emotional film so it truly needed actors that could not only express it but make it feel real and man did they deliver. their intimacy, their touches, their tears, everything hit me right in my heart.
-the cinematography is absolutely stunning it left me in awe. the way the scenes were executed showed so much care and attention which in result, conveyed an emotion and intimacy you could just drown in.
this film will remain engraved in my heart. so please go ahead and watch it!

No, this drama is not a comedy. Is not remotely funny. It's sad. It's beautiful. Makes you feel kindness, and makes you feel hate. Makes you think, more than anything. Because the story makes me so mad! Children, who have hopes and dreams live in a institution without knowing the world beside those walls. And if this sounds awful to start with, we can see that they don't care. Of course they are curious about what is over the walls. But they can be happy, they can smile, they can cry, and they can love. And we think "How can they be happy". Well, they are. And it's amazing to see how cute they all are. They are perfectly normal children, so kind, so human. Suddenly they are told that they are clones, created to be donors. This is awful. This is truly nonhuman. How can we create people so that they would live their entire life surrounded with death and sadness? Because they can't only donate. Before that they will take care of those who already start the donations. This is awful. This is truly, truly horrifying.
I think that this story has so much more than most of people can see. I could see so much beyond the love triangle. AlI of the situations that those 3 have lived were really life lessons. I can see the awful path that humanity is taking (I would not be surprised if this is actually going on somewhere in the world). I could see the moral dilemma and the gratitude that the normal people have for them. I could see that, even after a life knowing that you must do that, you can still be afraid, you can still feel love, you can still scream for help. I could see Kyouko growing up with a tender heart, full of intelligence and kindness. Because in all the bad times she had a positive message to take. She was a great person, so human, so gentle. Because even though you wish to kill Miwa, and you think she was an awful person... Kyouko can see behind that, and made her really happy. You know the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness"? This drama is like that: Everytime you think they will finally be happy... Something breakes your heart a little more.
Manami was more than we knew. She was great character, I would love to see some more episodes with her and the rebels but... This drama is not about it. This is not a happy drama. They don't know what is a happy end.
About the rewatch value... I think that this drama has so much details that we can't see for the first time. I think I will totally watch it again. It's worth it. But not just now.
It's not and easy drama to watch. It's not to "only pass some time" and "just get my mind of my work". Makes you think a lot, feel a lot. It's not only a love story. It's the love story of people who are doomed, and, like any other human, fight with themselves over a doomed life.
