people might be scandalized, me saying this…

people might be scandalized, me saying this - but IMO Fan Xiao from To My Shore is a way bigger black flag then LuFeng is & if he is a black flag, then Xiao Chen is a red flag too. ***********************************************************************************1st off Xiao Chen knows who LuFeng is & yet he chose to meet him at his place all alone - why? **********************************2ndly after waking up, realizing he was drugged he didn't look worried / scared if anything he rushed to meet LuFeng at the door, cause to him that was LuFeng's way of showing he still loved him. he didn't know how to deal with the cold, aloof demeanor, as it indicated that LuFeng didn't love him anymore & when LuFeng walked into the room with another man, did Xiao Chen wake-up? demanded answers to what had happened to him? ask for his phone & other belonging in front of the stranger, making it clear he was being held against his will - did he? nope. no matter how many men LuFeng paraded in front of him, he took it as his penance for hurting LuFeng & breaking his promise to him. **************************************************in this ep it's clear that both men still love each other & they r both suffering. doesn't mean i think this is ok in any way - but i think both made their own bed & r now lying in it. as adults i would want them to talk & not act this crazy. but i guess they don't know how to communicate... in LuFeng's case he cant believe/trust the words - given Xiao Chen's betrayal. in Xiao Chen's case i think he just not into talking that much. he tends to bottle things up & needs a bit of coaxing to get him to open up... given everything LuFeng is doing he is shutting up tighter then a clam - they both at a dead end, as neither will make the 1st move, not that i think either knows what that move should be.

Religious Guilt ?

Overall this episode was so good.I was giggling and blushing over the 1st three parts of this episode but the last part...Damn those 10 minutes had me in a chokehold....I litterally forgot to blink and lost track of reality....The way Fourth portrayed Tanrak's confusion about his sexuality and his religious guilt... he absolutely nailed it.There was no dialogue in the last 10 minutes of the episode, but Fourth did such an incredible job that we could literally feel his fear and religious guilt. The direction, color grading, background musiceverything was perfect in those scenes.I really enjoyed this episode. So excited for next week

i don’t tnhikn I’ll ever get sick of this

i remember being really disappointed with this overall phenomenal episode. it’s mostly because i felt like nozama’s moment to be heard was kind’ve vague & not really touching on anything specific but i do understand why. she just didn ’t fit in & was isolated which many kids can grasp & relate to ,we also see how two other girls get out±casted & another girl who had the exact same taboo. shiho is a wondrous actress & she was really strong here. I’m happy to finally meet the scene+stealer. i also really adore miu’s characterization here. they all really live up to their characters everytime they appear & all their strong qwualities are kept persistent.

Five Stars

As gemfot said each ep is another level of heaven , i could totally feel the intensity of this ep especially the last part of the ep.I really want to compliment both gemini and fourth , seeing how much they hve improve (i mean they were already good in their first series but this is another level of acting) and i just love the way both of them act with their eyes and the chemistry between them is just chef's kiss. And lastly i cannot not talk about fourth's acting in the last part , i didn't realise that i was holding my breath while watching him from the wall climbing scene till the every end bathroom scene, i only noticed it after it ended. I could the religous guilt he felt, the fear in his eyes and many more i just can't put it into words. They truely deserve many awards for this series 👏 👏👏

For this first episode, I’m glad I’ve read the book, for the timeline of things took places’ explained in themBut other than that, this is a work of artTanrak, an orphan at a very young age, raised in a seminaryI think his eyes seems sad and hollow sometimesThe faith and boundaries fullfilling his maturing process but to whom shall he confide his inner child?

"Ticket to Heaven is one of the most emotionally powerful series I've watched. The story beautifully explores faith, love, and personal struggles in a way that feels raw and realistic. Gemini and Fourth delivered outstanding performances, bringing depth and authenticity to their characters. The cinematography, music, and emotional storytelling make every scene impactful. It's heartbreaking, thought-provoking, and impossible to forget

Still Processing the Feelings

It's almost 15 hours after the episode's out and I'm still here feeling spent and hollowed out. It was such a roller-coaster ride. The way this series approached this kind of plot is stunning. Tanrak is truly showing that he is a teenager in this episode that I was a bit uncomfortable facing it. At first, because of his way of handling and treating the people around him, he seemed an old soul and steady whereas other teenagers around him like Kongdech and Barth looked kind of teen-ish (if you know what I meant). Now, however, it showed that all of those are his camouflage.. This episode showed that Tanrak didn't truly know who himself is and what he really wants. When Barth and Kongdech showed their steadiness, Tanrak is still struggling to accept his feelings and wants. All the characters showed their reactions to Barth and Tanrak's relationship and they left me with this puzzling feeling, like something is missing but I don't know what it is. It's funnily perfect for me, tho. I think because the theme is too delicate for the director slash the scriptwriters to make it as realistic as possible, they have to leave some leeway to emphasize that religious people is not as bad as most people thought for queer community but the characters still look battling with themselves. I'm dreading the next episode because it will be the last I see BarthTanrak. I don't want to say goodbye to them. Again, a huge shoutout to the crew and actors behind every scenes!

Barth's backstory left me in pieces...

This episode gave me all the feelings that I probably shouldn't have this early. I cried almost through out all of the scenes. Their happy moments felt so fragile and bittersweet because we knew that the storm will come and hit them full force. We also now got the full story of how Barth turned the way he is now and damn... can we blame him??Some parts might be felt like cut abruptly..but I think it's also because the chemistry energy that both the actors showed just too good so when it was cut, it felt a bit hollow...it's only because we WANT MORE of that!Anyway, still kudos to all the crews, the actors, and the director! Can't wait for the next episode eventho I felt like I'm not ready too...

This is it! The MOMENT that we have been waiting for!

When people who have read the novel said that we will fall in love with Barth more in this episode...they are not lying! My heart just can't take it, this boy is just too charming for everyone's sanity. There's no way people can blame Thanrak to fall in love with him. The struggles are so real and it delivers perfectly throughout the episode. And that ending...WhatanEndingitwasGeminiFourth's acting and their raw chemistry, the music score, and the directing...Bravo to the crews and the casts!

THEY ARE NOT LYING!

When Gemini Fourth said that the more episodes we get, the more the intensity keeps going up, I believed them. But I didn't expect that it'll be this much! It was stunning. Their acting and the crew's works have made such a spectacular art! I can't wait for the next episode!
