A very well directed, well paced, well acted 1st ep!

It’s such a shame that some people are so insecure that they can’t compete fairly with confidence and gave this incredible drama a bad rating out of fear / jealousy. That was a very solid first ep! We get a good background on Dongjin and his relationship with Mijeong but we’re still left with a lot of questions. Dongjin was quite a popular kid in school, but become a loner / friendless as an adult. It’s so nice to see Jinyoung flexing his acting between a bright high school kid and a charming yet lonely adult. It’s only the first ep but we get to see a wide range of emotions from him already i love it!Also what I love about the first ep is the pacing. It flows really well. As someone who loves Jinyoung’s acting it’s soooo satisfying to see him just knocks his scenes out of the park every time. This ep takes Dongjin’s POV and we get to see the world through his eyes and judgments. Only time will tell how accurate they are.

Dangu and Choyeon are so cute, I truly wish the best for them, they passed very hard test so I think their love will stand a lot of hardships.Prince and Uk again together, I like this duo and my dream is to see their realtionship becoming as friends, together they can be powerful.So that mtfckr was he brother, now I understand why he got so involved, he and Jinmu should bpay for that.I wonder how situation with Soi will become, how long she will stay there, why Jinho Kyung was looking like that at Mudeok??WOW that talk between Uk and Naksu, the promises and what he will promise he if she keep the promises, it was beautiful and I hope it will change future.

The running towards one another had to come in somewhere.Okay, so parents not to blame for the break up. But it doesn't make sense. A pre-emptive 'you'll be unhappy' so end it now? Surely Li Gong does not think Ze Shou is humouring him by dating?! At least Nikita saved Li Gong from blind dates. Her behaviour towards Ze Shou was off but 1) Given his usual behaviour in the bar it's not that surprising she doesn't see them as a good match2) Her own feelings for Li Gong get in the way, not to mention her clearly seeing how he felt about Ze Shou when Ze Shou was 'oblivious'She probably thought they split waaay too easily - viewers would agree. story developing well, very high production standards

Story is coming along. I am impressed by the professional quality of the design, photography and direction. The school band scenes were well performed and no attempt was made to disguise the off-key singing, which was realistic. The cast do a good job, especially the lead boy New playing Fou4Mod, who has to show a lot of differet moods, being sometimes like a child when with his classmates, sometimes confident, and in this episode vulnerable. The attention given to false nails and stickers seems juvenile to me, but I am not Generation Z! The cast are mostly older than their characters, which is usual, but Pide who plays Chian has a very masculine face and shaved facial hair and looks significantly older than New. There is only 3 years difference, but in the last scene it looked like a man and a boy together.
