such a heartwarming and funny drama. i really enjoyed watching these 5 (well, 6) couples come together. some stories hit harder than others, but they were all lovely and clearly well-matchedi really appreciated the strong bond between the sisters (and their mother). each of them was so protective of the others, no matter if it was the oldest sister or the youngest. i also appreciated how some heavier topics were addressed in a way that felt light yet meaningfulalso, shout out to my qian kun and dong sicheng for the beautiful ost that is First Snowmy perfect match ranking: 4th lady > 1st lady > 3rd lady > 5th lady > 2nd lady

Episode 3: HongNing's determination. But what is her real purpose ?In this episode we find Hong Ning day by day making more mistakes and being forced to be punished on the lightning plataform. (I didn't know that every day she has to reach the payment of 97 rays). The chrysanthemum officer advised her to give up and fall into the mortal world, so she would suffer less, but she didn't accept it, as characteristic of HongNing, she thinks she is strong enough to endure everything. The chrysanthemum officer even seems to have taken pity on her and even helped her get an entry document for the flower festival that takes place every 500 years. I was a little doubtful if she doesn't know that Jinxiu is the king of flowers or if she's pretending not to know. For at a moment in front of Jinxiu she pretended to bow as king to the chrysanthemum officer and the official saying: I am not the king. And the next time, in another situation, she didn't treat the chrysanthemum official as if he were the king. Hong Hing went digging plants (the plants that were planted by Jinxiu). This was a punishment from the senior flower girl, but Hong Ning thought he could pull it off. When she dug up the red plant, the chrysanthemum officer arrived complaining about it, and she didn't realize that the flower magically reimplanted itself on its own again. The son of a king from another kingdom (a blue kingdom) was being punished in a place in the kingdom of Jinxiu (because the kingdom of Jinxiu commands all kingdoms). When he saw this young fox boy being punished, Jinxiu intervened and said that not being born with nine tails is not a crime, let him be released, the young man was grateful, but remained sad (because he thought: where am I going?). HongNing put on her new outfit so she could train with the other flowers. Jinxiu found her and realized that the clothes were clumsy and used (his power again) to repair Hong Ning's clothes (after all, he is the king of flowers, he takes care of flowers. Isn't that right? And this flower in particular). Jinxiu was bothered by HongNing's poorly painted eyebrows and he decided to do this task himself. Their eyes met. In this episode again HongNing is conveniently invasive in touching Jinxiu, though he is shown to be seemingly bothered, what it seems is that he is increasingly affected by HongNing. The girl, who is Jinxiu's real suitor, is from the blue realm, and she talked about her brother who is a bastard to them, due to having only 3 fox tails. The emperor of the blue kingdom told her that she needs to find a way to marry the king of flowers, and if she succeeds in that, there is a precious item of the blue kingdom that he will give her, but she complained that it is a very precious item of the kingdom that should not be used like this.When Hong Ning and Jinxiu were solving the problem of the eyebrows, very close, the hidden chrysanthemum officer was about to write, when Jinxiu noticed him and the officer ran away almost stumbling on the stairs. There is a moment in this episode that shows Jinxiu's brother walking in a somewhat arrogant way and with a villainous look, he makes a small blue stone disappear (I didn't understand this scene). Jinxiu talked to his brother warmly, and as an older brother asked him to sit up straight in the chair. (The scene in another episode in which two stars in the sky are mentioned, which means (only one should be) signifies the destiny of being emperor. (I was wondering that it could be that at the end of the story when Jinxiu becomes a mortal for Hong Ning, then Jinxiu's brother should take the place of this emperor's fate. (but we'll wait and see.....).My score for this episode is still 10.0 because I think the pacing is perfect, and the facts coherent. And it's such an enjoyable drama to watch.I'm going to put this reaction/review in the episode guide with my episode 3 rating.

Viola_prim As a person who loves this kind of stories more than rom, rom-com genres, i'm loving it!! the color grading is perfect for the vibes, but the camera angles are a bit weird sometimes but its ok i can let it slide. And as for this episode i loved the dream-ozone bonding they are so cute together would love to see how their relationship evolves in next episodes!! MY BOY TITLE!!!! bro is third wheeling as always!! gmmtv pls get my boy a partner he's been storming way too many ships lately, bro must be tired of it lol. after that blade incident i'm surprised how ozone was even able to talkkk?!!??! and i have theory abt the mystery man that is- this mystery man and prof. wat are just like day and night like they suffered like day and night in past but when they met each other the curse stopped so they are kinda overlooking (idk?) day and night like making sure they end up on right track or smth (?) cuz i hope they are good people cuz day and night have already fate against them so they need some enlightenment from some adult ig. gun is an amazing actor he exceeds my expectations everytime!! as for pond this character is very different from is usual one and he's killing it and dew-pahn relationship is better than it was in last episode but it can still get better. 9.5/10 for the episode. okieee byeee!!!

estar ok maybe just me, but when the person in black stood up (after the syringe got thrown) given their build, i am 99% sure - it's a woman (1). 2ndly when Wasan's mother was found, people commented on her lack of strength but suddenly she did her hair. not saying that there aint men that can style a woman's hair, but how hers was done-up, reaffirms my assumption that it is a woman that "helped" her. & lastly (more of a question) i assumed that the terminal patient's wanted out & were asking for help & the medical professional just granted them their wish, but if twice now there was proof of a struggle, that means this person isn't motivated from pity, but is a psycho... no?!? ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Kan "confession" was him getting out of a sticky situation, a misdirect. not that i doubt he is genuinely attracted to Wasan, but they haven't known each other long enough for 'like' to develop. & he needed whatever he & nurse Onanong r up too, to get exposed. i don't think they r killing patient's together, but they r up to something that isn't sanctioned by the hospital. will see if i aint wrong lol

this was a good start, it was interesting & loved the cinematography. hope this doesn't end up like Manner of Death which turned stupid pretty fast (yeah i am the odd one out, but it is what it is) that relied on the mains; their looks, their willingness to strip & their sexual chemistry, nothing else - that's why i dropped that ASAP. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************for now, this was an interesting ep & i liked the intro to most of the character's. the medical assistance in death issue is more of a moral question, not just if the laws (of a certain country) allow this or not. so i aint gonna address that. but if Doc Kan & nurse Onanong r helping terminal patient's "pass on". Kan is acting too suspicious IMO, not to mention (get he is attracted to Wasan), dude's a Police Major who is investigating the deaths of the terminal patient's & here Kan is playing with fire, always seeking him out. play it cool & distance ur-self. or maybe he is thinking if he gets close, Wasan could give him inside info that would help him avoid getting caught - idk. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: what is the Director's deal? it seemed like he has it in for Kan - am i wrong?!? ah & i hope the goat sacrificed at the start was CGI. that Uncle Som didn't even kill it, poor thing was still alive & kicking, that's just torture

Multilicus Like before, I'm all for Pond and Gun. Ozone's hospital bed monologue about himself and Day was the emotional core of the episode and Gun nailed it. The slowly developing mystery - providing more questions and no answers - is still captivating and enjoyable. What I was less fond of was the Night-Dream side of the story, although Dew and his character was less annoying this time and the comedy bit at the library was the best part of his performance in this series so far. Not sure, however, what the comedy was needed for - in a show about a curse killing people on a regular basis and constant danger.

KJ2025 This episode had me bawling my eyes out. The love between those two❤️💔The gentle soul he remained even after everything they put him through. Her strength and courage along with unshakeable love was his equal match. Together they would have been a formidable pair in all the right ways. The love of the carp demon equaled theirs . His beautiful sacrifice to show Mu Xiao Wu snow was a loving tribute to the human who showed him the sun. I was hoping Yan had a different use for the sword when she first drew it. Sundering herself from her family was the next best option. The fact that old man asked for and got mercy makes me grieved. He and eldest son should have gone to prison because they were equally guilty of killing him. I cannot say I shed a tear for the fate of Nangong brat. This was a time when justice was served with vengeance and in this case was well deserved. HongYe’s choice of words severed the tie he had with Huai Zhu. I can’t blame her for her sentiment but I hope he finds a way to dig himself out of the pit he made with his noble family assessment speak. It will be actions not words that rescues him. There is no way this episode should be a 7. Please rate this what it merits.

I despise the elders in Yang family. It wasn’t enough to malign and demean the groom at his own wedding. But the lengths they went to put him in prison knowing that he is to be a father and had a gift that would have improved their lineage is reprehensible. The betrayal and cowardice of those two men leaves me speechless. I hope Yang daughter and son remove themselves from the household permanently and have no contact with them. Right when I thought I could not be more disgusted over the treatment of the carp demon, they became even more loathsome with their treatment of Mu Xiao Wu. I also hope HongYe metes out justice that is closer to vengeance for that miscreant Nangong son and the torturer. I can’t be sad that the demon got help and hope, but that the timing allowed grief from another quarter is heartbreaking. This was a very powerful episode and it’s a shame these episodes are being deliberately low rated for reasons other than drama quality.😝🙄

well that was an exhilarating ending... am happy for Xiao Zhi that he got his man & am happy for Chen Li that he decided to stop running away from Xiao Zhi. but(!) given the fact that, they were still hiding at the end in the lychee orchards, means they still in the closet. which idk how i feel about. *********************************************************************************************now Xiao Zhi's roommate (that he moved in with), he looks at Xiao Zhi as more then a friend & he wasn't running away from being with Xiao Zhi - so personally think he would be a healthier fit for Xiao Zhi. **************************************************so if i don't think too much, then this was sweet & hot, am happy for the mains that they finally came together. but if start to think then..... oh well the end so never mind. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************but this was well made & the plot (while hella short) was interesting, if frustrating. acting was good & i just loved the cinematography, there were scenes that were a picture come to life, it was so beautiful. enjoyed this short BL & surprised it came out of China. now just hope the actors (who i assume r newbies) here wont sufferer for any backlash, as they were way bolder then what we saw in Addicted...

idk about others, but i genuinely need for Xiao Zhi to move on & find someone that will love him back & not run away scared of his own shadow. i get Chen Li's fear & they r justified, but he is leaving crumbs for Xiao Zhi & the sec Xiao Zhi gets too close, he runs away. this isn't fair on Xiao Zhi. u messed in ur head, u deal with that - but keep ur distance from anyone that u could inadvertently hurt. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************i get Xiao Zhi isn't moving on cause he was ghosted & still holds their time together near & dear. he thinks that if he just tries he could at least be close to Chen Li (like in the past). even if he was dating someone else, isn't gay & can't return the same feelings, at least they could be as close as brother's - he just wants to be close to him. & this is why i need him to find someone new, that will make his stop going after a lost cause. at least while he isn't ready to face his own feelings - Chen Li is a lost cause.

It’s eerie that these dolls can be creepy and cool at the same time. I am guessing the innkeeper found a way to create a daughter to keep him company at the outpost and she further developed the skill but used it to get her own way. Today’s mini her was freaky and I am glad the cat was spared. This is the first time we see XuanYe vulnerable to self deception. He definitely understands the pitfall this is for Qiu and is actually successful at having him realize he needs to go home. I also think from time to time those two might get together with a jug of that wine and visit their ghosts to ease the pain of their loss. Misery does love company. The constable knows something is up but can’t prove it yet. When the daughter replaced the finger it was like ew and how’d she do that? They are a bit awkward but far more real than automotans. I am wondering if they will reveal how Pinocchio became a real boy. It is like Lego with flesh and blood. They can just add the missing piece and keep on going. Does the daughter intend to replace BanXia or just force herself as a companion? I am hoping the cat can communicate more directly because the daughter is running out of patience and the cat out of lives. The cast is doing an excellent job of making the drunken visions seem real, the daughter is like Wednesday dancing, and still figuring out the innkeeper part. Maybe he is just the gatekeeper trying to keep both sides safe. What would they see if all the calming balm was removed? Are the eyes taken from those attacked turn spy? Or just another example of the daughter’s craft multitasking? I am ready for them to finish up the cat/doll arc now. I hope the writer is too.

why he have to stick around for Xiao Zhi's break down?!? he ran away when he could've chosen to either follow through, or break it off in a better way - then just up & disappear like he did. *******************************************************************even if Xiao Zhi's brother realize & tell him to FO, he is an adult & could've found a way to contact Xiao Zhi & say farewell, anything but ghosting him & then appearing in his life like nothing went on between them. ***************************************poor Xiao Zhi made to feel abnormal as if it was all in his head - that f*cked up! little wonder he broke down the way he did, considering treating him like nothing went on between them & he was treating him like he just the younger sibling of his friend - bleedin messed-up. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note: that roommate calling him a "faggot" if anyone talked to me like that i would ask them if that was wishful thinking cause they got the hots for me. that would shut anyone up. & if it caused a fight - so?!? there were asking for it. u don't back down from bullies....

hmmmm putting aside how pure & innocent their interactions r, i am really getting frustrated by the recap from the previous ep. like this hella short as is, why we need to start every ep from almost a whole min of the previous ep/ending?!? it obvious that anyone watching, is binging this ugh. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************but given not everything is translated i am glad that this time around the comment section is good for something other then spoilers. like Xiao Zhi's inner thoughts when they at the café; People are selfish when they have desires, but I am not a selfish person. I know his feelings for me will not go beyond that of a brother, so I hide my thoughts, like that gorgeous chandelier. As long as he doesn't touch the switch, I won't shine. like their conversation in the bathroom it is almost poetry
