In the near future, North and South Korea establish a "Peace Village" in order to try out during their discussion for reunification. Both nations have North and South Koreans live there for a year to help create a positive image of reunification. However, due to an error, Ju Hyeong, a famous South Korean pianist, and Na Gyeong, the daughter of a high-ranking North Korean government official, are placed in the same house. For the sake of reunification, the two decide to agree to share the house for a year. Ju Hyeong, who has lived with some arrogance, doesn't like Na Gyeong, giving him the cold shoulder, but people say opposites attract. Ju Hyeong starts having feelings for the sassy but thoughtful Na Gyeong. The two soon realize their feelings toward each other but can't confess, knowing they will say goodbye in a year. Then Na Gyeong's father makes a surprise visit, saying "Nothing must break Peace Village!" The neighbors unite to protect true peace and love.

I really love that the makeup for Qingkui was soft look whereas for Yetan, it was bold look. It suited and showed their temperaments. So our MLs got to know each other at the wedding processions. Not the wolf was turned into a pup poor langjue. Ahhh so that was how they was switched. That bridge was so pretty. The extrovert energy brimming from Yetans skskksks.

Ackery You know the episode is going to be epic, when Paganini's Caprice no 24 starts playing! The series had a good beginning, with eps 3-4 being pretty draggy and boring, but episode 5 was everything this series needed to be from the get-go. Reminded me the good old times when Kmovies/Kdramas had some great examples of twisted/fucked up/revenge moments. Hopefully I was right and the whole second half is more suspenseful and generally better.

Omg deciding to watch this after Till the End Of the Moon, was so random of me but the few similarities. Poor Yetan, it was not her fault that she got the short end of the stick. Her father as s so unfair. Omg the ML's father too was so annoying and strict! Poor him, he just finished his training with almost no other humans near him and now he got thrusted into a marriage. Thank goodness Qingkui was very kind and nice to Yetan. Omg our first main lead couple meeting like that. God she acted so annoying, convincingly coz even I want to ditch her. OK so far this is my first time with all of the main leads. She just... interrupted the attempted assassination just like that? Like girl you cld be marry to that scary guy.... The fight scene was amazing.

The first episode starts off on a good foot. There are some obvious changes but that was to be expected. The mls seem to have good chemistry and the supporting castlooks promising. The setting has been updated. Like the initial tone.

This was the most emotional, heartbreaking episode. All of the deaths were sad, but this one is a 5 tissue nose blower.

The first two episodes are an off the hook. I’m absolutely enjoying this drama. Hopefully the rest of the episodes will be a THRILLER

woocashoo The story did not develop much. This episode is mostly about Yoon Hee and Ro Na getting some harsh life lessons. I guess we should see them learn something from it. Also both of them got a lot of luck at the end of this episode. On the other front Soo Ryun makes some strategic moves (children and her company).

Now they both know that the other one knows something... but how much? :) I didn't expect this to develop so quickly - that was a nice surprise and a point to the writer. Also predicting that private detective will be found was nice. Too bad for assistant Tae Joo though.

The fight scene between the father and the son gave me goosebumps...it hit me really hard. The existential crisis caused by the dilemma of having to choose between your responsibilities or your dreams is so painfully relatable.

I would have been ok with maybe 5 more episodes telling us how the Duke and Duchess eventually fell in love and had babies, maybe twins? It’s kind of unsettling that everyone died. I cried so much watching this show but I still keep rewatching and crying . The love stories were touching and Liu Yunning played his part perfectly. For me this was the best C-Drama I’ve seen so far.

It seems many people are involved in Min Seol Ah's death. My first guess was that Ha Yoon Chul did it for the sake of Oh Yoon Hee and her daughter. Now I'm not so sure :)
