Opposites attract.

My first BL K-drama. Nice, light, pleasant story. Two temporary roommates, one a quiet introvert, the other a bit crazy. And it is he, who disturbs the comfort, convenience, and balance of that quiet one. A very nice and funny contrast between two people with different natures will connect, complement, and enrich each other.

Do not make hasty conclusions.

The story of two friends, when one confessed to the other in high school, the other was so shocked that he didn't even have time to react. Subsequently, the contact between the friends was interrupted and they met again years later. By chance? We gradually learn how this coincidence happened in the series, and it was what gave this the plot a kind of feeling of beauty or joyful nervousness. A well-crafted story and nicely acted.

**A must-watch, I'd say.**

Some movies mess with your head, keep you on the edge of your seat, and blow your mind at the end. "The Call" is one of those movies. The way time travel works in this film is just thrilling. It's fascinating how a simple phone call can change everything. From the start, the setting is tense. There are lots of twists and turns and a great storyline. With each passing moment, you'll want to know more about what will happen next. Park Shin-hye and Jeon Jong-seo did a brilliant job as the leads.

**Conclusion:** You should definitely watch this movie. It has suspense, thriller elements, plot twists, and everything you're looking for to give you chills.

Ok watch

It was ok,I loved.the found family troupe, and they were so damn lucky, they probably had every protagonist's golden finger
The western One's always show Godzilla as a good monster, but japanese one chose to show it as a evil one
The entire concept didn't touch me,what touched me was the hopeful showcase of their life after the war,the whole kamikaze history is terrible, this is what touched me
The CGI of Godzilla was a bit funny,he moved like a robot.Otherwise the other Cgi's were good.
And usually people in these short of movies run for their life, don't stay still and look at Godzilla like it's a pretty scene.I was super angry at the fl when she pushed the ml and didn't jump into the gap with the ml, probably at that moment she became dumb, it's probably for a future series.

SIMPLE BUT SO BEAUTIFUL AND HEARTWARMING!

ngl i really hate open endings movie but ok i will move to talk about the plot. this is a very simple but beautiful and very touching story. this is too sweet and unreal but i really like this. Zhi Liao thought this was one sided love, it turns out that from the start, Gu Bin had paid attention to her since that tree part, they tried to show each other's existence. one wrote it in a letter while the other planted apples. both of them took a selective course from their crush's departement, which made them can't meet each other. beautiful and pure love. oh to be loved with someone like Gu Bin snd the sincere love like Zhiliao.. it was so lovely!

sorry but Wu Nien Hsuan so handsome and sweet šŸ„¹šŸ«¶šŸ»

Sweet as honey

It was a lovely movie, even though by the end it got way too dramatic (in hardcore soap opera style, it was too much for my taste; knowing there's a second part, I didn't even expect Golf's death - now I know it will turn out to be fake, but still...)

I hope the next part will have a happy ending: I want to see Golf and Bank back together, I want them to get the apologies they both deserve from their family, I want to see Auntie dearest being told to mind her own business and f# off :P

Life choices

This short film had my heart aching. The two ML's had a deep respect and love for each other. One was sexually and romantically devoted; the other loved and possibly was attracted but had a different perspective. It's unfair to say the one who chose a conventional mate and subsequent family loved less. He desired a family and a child. The fact he chose that path doesn't make his love less or his choices a compromise. Perhaps social expections exerted strong influences on him or perhaps he loved his partner in the bl series they starred in but on a personal level not in a romantic and sexual way. I think it's unfair to minimalize either of the ML's feelings or choices. The whole short film was performed remarkably well and had a depth of perspective that ignites conversation and thought. On a different note: the two ML's have chemistry and are both excellent actors. I'm looking forward to seeing them paired in the series "4 Minutes".

"I like waking up to a blurry world."

As humans we're not supposed to deal with so much stress, tragedy, and death, it's more natural for us to lose our empathy and sympathy to protect ourselves form feeling too much. We become saddened by death until we're saddened enough to not have enough energy to care. Just as over-consumption makes us lose our ability to enjoy, desensitization makes us become less human. Now we have become zombies.

We are Little Zombies is about a group of kids who grew up in a dark world, not knowing what healthy parental love looks like. Domestic abuse, parental neglect, parental insertion and jealously, bullying, and no support lead these kids to close themselves off. When their parents die, they don't really know how to feel, display their feelings, or what right they have to certain feelings. With parents they hate, but can't help but love, how can they decide what to feel? Instead the shock, the tragedy, the lack of tragedy cause them to become "zombies."

The story plays out as the main character Hikari lives through video games. So the movie is filmed as it their lives are made of stages and save points. A group of kids meet at a funeral and go on emotionless adventures trying to find their emotions as adults fail to understand or protect them and as other adults turn the children's experiences with tragedy and death into something to capitalize on.

Felt

What a gentle, heartwarming movie about an unlikely friendship between a teen and an elderly born from their shared interest.

Yuki is such an inspiration. I would've loved to meet someone like her :') On the other hand, Ashida Mana was amazing. I really felt her struggle. She played her character so realistically. Man, I also won't deny how anxious I get sometimes if ever something happens to Yuki. She means the world to Urara too much. Watching the film leaves me with feelings of transcience and a sense of encouragement.

Funny enough, this is the third movie that I watched from JFF where Furukawa Kotone is present. This is just too fuwa-fuwa that now I'm thinking of watching something evil lol

Rebirth and hope

After watching August, I felt more and more that Zhang Zhehan is really a very strong and talented person, every inch of his soul is shining, just like the warm sun in August.

At the beginning of the documentary, when I saw the figure walking alone on the snowy mountains and heard him say in a calm voice, "The stigma imposed by the virtual world makes me feel like I am in the abyss", I really had the urge to shed tears.

Following his camera, I walked through Shangri-La, encountered the world's fireworks, passed through forests, meadows and rivers, and then turned in the glacier, and finally arrived in Lhasa. Standing in the bustling streets, watching people come and go, not far away is the Potala Palace, feel the sunshine on the plateau, at that moment, what are you thinking?

In the ruins of the rebuilding of the castle is not a simple thing, but you still go forward. What kind of scenery will the coming August bring? No one can predict, but at this moment we all have the courage to go on.

Swing Kids (2018) is a testament to the dedication and talent of its cast. Directed by Kang Hyeong-cheol, this South Korean musical drama is set during the Korean War and features exceptional performances, particularly in its demanding dance sequences.

Do Kyung-soo (D.O.) excels as Ro Ki-soo, a North Korean soldier passionate about tap dancing. Known for his K-pop career, D.O. transitions seamlessly into this dramatic role, demonstrating impressive tap dance skills and emotional depth. Jared Grimes, a seasoned Broadway dancer, brings expertise and authenticity to his role as Jackson, the dance instructor, and his chemistry with D.O. enriches the film.

Park Hye-su portrays Yang Pan-rae with grace and strength, mastering tap dance and adding sincerity to her character. Oh Jung-se and Kim Min-ho also deliver heartfelt performances, balancing humor and poignancy, and contributing to the ensemble's dynamic.

The cast's commitment to learning tap dance showcases their hard work and dedication, making "Swing Kids" a captivating and authentic film.

while i was watching ,i felt connected to the characters and could feel the hardwork in their acting .it had my heart racing,my eyes to bawl tears out and to laugh like i never did.definitely reccomended..<33

Nothing i can say, all the emotion surging thru their eyes, their slightly touch with so much tense and comfort. The tenderness for each other despite the difference of love really tore me to pieces, MAGNIFICENT ⭐

I don't know that both actually can deliver it perfectly in an aesthetic way, but they nail it, one is love for their bonding, and another is love for their lasting. I know everyone at least feel it once in a life, the kind of love like that, that's why so many people feel it, the ftustation, the confusion, the depression, all of it is packed in not more than 20 minutes, bravo to all šŸ–¤

Not what I expected

When I saw the cover I thought that it would be cute and wholesome. When I saw the trailer I was like" Oh okay then, not that cute but it still might have wholesome moments".
When I actually watched it... damn.
Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad or anything but just very unexpecting. I actually really liked it more than I thought I would, it felt real. They were just trying their best to survive in their awful society and found comfort even though at first they kind of hated each other. It's not like the new Korean BLs out there where it feels like there isn't one person who is homophobic.
In the Night Flight you see a lot of homophobia and disgusting behaviors from assholes.
Maybe that's why I found it to be more realistic.
You should give it chance if you haven't seen it yet, it might be something you'll enjoy in the end.
