my problem with this and why I liked it anyway
Well, my main problem was not the age gap, but the fact that IMO reincarnation does not work like it was shown here. It is not our task to find people from our past lives and to have the same relationship with them. It happens naturally that the souls meet and if someone was your lover in the past life, he can be now your brother or mother or child etc. So, it does not mean (s)he has to be your lover in his/her next life. I believe that if it happened like that, her task was not to have a relationship with him and to die with him to become a couple in next life again. They may be born as close relatives, for example. And also, if you had a certain disposition in your past life, it does not mean you will be the same this time. We have different tasks in different lives. It had a meaning that they were born this way and they should not have thought that they were "born wrong" and end their lives. I do not think that was the purpose why they were born. Also, I think that Pob saw Natcha as the man he loved in a female body, although she definitely felt like a girl, not like a transgender man. The screenwriter probably wanted to say that geneder does not matter at all but if it was like that, people would not have different sexual orientations and nobody would have the need to change his/her gender. But I cried anyway and a lot. When you don't think about that too much and accept the screenwriter's way of thinking, you will most likely enjoy it. What I really liked was the acting (and directing) in this movie, it was exeptional. I felt like the actors actually were the characters they played.
Note: Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker.

A good movie about a relationship
This was a beautiful movie where everything flowed nicely. The cast had great chemistry so none of the established relationships seemed forced, unnatural or unrelatable. It went so well, it made it feel like it was longer than 99 mins. I'm loving Gun more & more. And Pak is just as good. There were only a few spots where it seemed a little stretched, like the situation with Sunz & the role expected of Gump to play. They all had something they were working through, varying in seriousness and very realistic. Bravo & thank you!Was this review helpful to you?

Too Fast Paced...
I have not read the book so I can't comapre one to the other. I was intrested since I just saw the trailer and like Ryan Ding sine I saw him in Just an Encore. The movie is too fast paced that even if I would feel emotionally invested I lost the feeling way too fast too.
The ML and FL were roommates of some sort. She is staying at his home because of issues with her family. They are neoghbors and the ML is the friend of her brother. In the course of them livig toether they fall in love but because the ML had some issues wiyhbhis family too he disappears for 7 years.
Years later he comes back and try to win her back and almost didn't get her back. And when he does get her back fate hands them a death blow. They both suffered apart got back together only to suffer again What a load of crap!
I'd say this is a waste of the talent of the people here some I have seen in other works and know how they could deliver and another thing the osts are too good for the movie. So sad that this was poorly written.
Rewatch value is a 0 for me. No matter how much I like Ryan this does not work for me. It is not a wate of time and they made the ending a happy ending but in fact it's not.

"I Am Destined to Fall In Love With You.."
After trying to find a way to watch this movie forever and a day, it's finally happened. I got to see Kokoy and Elijah once again, put on an amazing performance, and give us the movie we deserved. Gameboys: The Movie was an incredible watch with endearing significance and harsh reality. If anything, this movie made me 10x times more excited for season 2 coming in May!Let's Dive In.
Gameboys The Movie is the continuation story of Gav and Cai from the original tv series, Gameboys. Here, we get to see them be boyfriends in a domestic sense, giving us some really cute and tropey goodness. Their friends eventually come along for the ride, and the movie goes on exploring their different options while executing the good and the struggles of Gav and Cai.
Starting off with what needed some work: I'm going to expect we got a somewhat open-ended circumstance because we'll get an actual conclusion in season 2. I'm not sure if the series will continue right where we left off, or will time have passed, and that's where we begin their story? I know that season 2 is supposed to showcase some parts (if not all) of the movie, including some things we didn't see, but I for sure hope that it won't just be the movie cut up in parts (the reverse version of the K-BL industry) and we actually get a lot of new content. I didn't necessarily mind the open-ending, but I'm curious if Gav does end up going to New York, or if Cai goes with or stays behind. I'd rather have a conclusion altogether (even if sad) than an ambiguous ending (however, this is just me being nit-picky, and until season 2 comes out, I'll suspect we do get our conclusion if the series is more than just the movie).
I was never a big fan of Wesely and Terrence in the series, and that didn't change in the movie. There was too much back and forth that the story didn't develop well enough for me to care. Now granted, I didn't watch their side series (again, cause I wasn't interested), but I don't think I needed to watch to understand what was happening. It's was weird for him to be upset in then in the blink of an eye, holding Wesley up against the wall, about to pounce on him. Sure, the actors are cute, and their characters have a brief engaging moment, but their chemistry is very lacking. While Achilles felt artificial, I think I would've rather him and Terrence end up together, otherwise, he added nothing more to the plot for me.
Another knit-picky moment. As much as I love when Gav and Cai call each other baby, they over-exerted the word in this movie. Every sentence ended or started with baby. Sometimes Gav just needed to drag the word on for longer than needed, or Cai would repeat it several times in a row. At a certain point, you start to roll your eyes at how incredibly ridiculous it was. Not the biggest problem, but one of the more annoying ones.
Moving on to what I love: A lot of the time, what BL tends to do (which isn't bad, but it's not always realistic) is skip over the homophobia that the main leads' family, friends, or outsiders could, and some of the times, do have. I appreciate that the series makes it one of the more important topics. It doesn't end the way we would've liked it too, but sadly, not everyone in a gay person's life is off-the-bat accepting or understanding. The approach this movie takes is one I rarely see in BL, with being gay being compared to religion. Tita Susan weighs religion heavily on sexuality, and we can see that fear in Gav's eyes when she does. It doesn't end well, We don't see Tita Susan again after Gav comes out to her, we don't see her respecting or accepting Gav's reality, and we probably never will. It's a sad circumstance for sure, but I can always appreciate an honest movie.
Kokoy and Eljiah have no problem in the chemisty department. I loved watching them be all domestic together. We got to see some really nice scenes with them, not all good moments, but by them just being together, you can see how much they care. I loved how they didn't rush into sex and took their time. Pearl teases a bit, and it becomes awkward, but Gav shows that he wants to wait until Cai was a hundred percent ready. After some very sappy singing, they roam off to their room and make love. I say make love cause it was executed just as that, and brilliantly. We get to see how soft and gentle Gav was being, and just them being in ecstasy and in love. we also see them switch which was a nice surprise. Another good thing about them is that there aren't those distinct top/bottom tropes or traits and they are just who they are. The actors always do an excellent job in this category, and I'm never left disappointed.
Pearl was the best side-woman a gay man could have. She looked as beautiful as ever, and I can't help but fall in love with her bubbly personality.
The production was really nice, the set was so beautiful with the water fountain. I was obsessed with the music here, just cause it added that little oomph to make the series magical. I never really rewatch, but I've already seen this movie twice, so I'll definitely come back.
Ratings:
Story: 9 - For the most part, I loved the story. I'll take a star off for the poor execution of Terrence and Wesley, but other than them I loved it.
Acting: 8.5 - Everyone did a really good job, especially our main leads. The only person I wasn't much of a fan of was probably Wesley's actor. It was flat at times, and he didn't make many expressions. Terrence is okay, and Achilles is decent.
Music: 7 - Loved the OST, and can't help but be obsessed with the "Iyong Iyo" song by Zack Tabudio. It's so beautiful, please go take a listen if you haven't.
Rewatch Value: 2.5 - I wouldn't be surprised if I did go back to watch this after some time. I'm definitely going back occasionally to see Gav and Cai be domestic boyfriends.
I highly recommend this movie if you can find it, but it's worthwhile. I promise you, if you've waited this long to see it, don't give up on trying to find it. It was so magical, and I want everyone who wants to watch it to do so.

" If you weren't the bully , than you were being bullied "
Girls be crying over a boy , I be crying over this movie .
This movie is a masterpiece. It's a story about the cruel reality of bullying we are living in. It's a story about two people who are hoping for better days after suffering so much. It's a story that should be heard and should be understood .
Both lead characters are so amazing and talented that you could feel their emotions, happiness, sadness, or whatever feeling right in their eyes and facial expression.
Even when they are having their happy little moments you will cry cause they are enjoying the days . i love this movie it delivers a simple message in a deep way; stop bullying. this movie spread awareness of bullying and informed me of many things that i did not realise happens when you get bullied; the story mainly goes through the pov of the victim getting bullied and shows her thoughts, unfortunately it did not really show what goes through the bullies thoughts which would be interesting to see if that happened it would probably try to make us feel sympathetic but i would have liked to see an extra where it shows the bullies side of story.
Before watching this i did not realise the harsh brutality of what these victims of being bullied goes through especially the amount of stress that they have to deal with studies is overwhelming enough i couldnt imagine getting bullied myself so throughout watching this i just felt extremely lucky that i dont get bullied at school. i love the cinematics in this, many scenes made me cry especially that one scene where the boy was pretending to rape the girl and when the cops seperated them they were both crying but not for the reason reason that they think- yeah that part just blew my mind and made me realise the the point of view can make a huge difference.

A touching story
So basically I feel that this movie is so UNDERRATED! I feel so upset that it doesn't get more attention that it deserves! Ok well some of the relationship between two characters, like the ghost lady and the scholar male lead, wasn't nicely developed. They spent a night reading some story and the lady was playing the pipa, and he wants to marry her already to free her from the resentments of the human world. Well I get that part but what I don't understand was how he fell in love with her so quickly. The dialogs when he was proposing to her was good, but I just don't feel any chemistry between them. However, the chemistry between the two male leads are just BAM! Their friendship is pure despite the fact that the fox, only tagged along with the scholar because he needs something, a white elixir from him that could cause the scholar's life so that he could be a nine tailed fox immortal. And when that time comes, the scholar gave it without hesitation to a person who's pretending to be the fox ML. His fox friend obtained that elixir, which the villian thought was just a normal black elixir. A plot twist happened which I'll not mention, but the fox gave up immortality to save his scholar friend, and was reduced to a normal fox. His scholar friend's memories was wiped away, but his compassion remains. When his scholar friend saw that fox that was badly injured, he took him in. And thus, the two friends spend their lives together. Meanwhile, somewhere at the start, there's this taosit priest that stabs paintings to cure people, and IT WENT SO SMOOTHLY. The blood oozing from the painting is just amazing! I hope you'll give this movie a chanceWas this review helpful to you?

Some of you might get confused but thats why you have to focus and stick around the whole film.
The thing that I have learned from this movie is that you don't really need many actors so It would be a good movie .Acting was absolutely superb. Very believable performances from everyone involved and amazing work to show changes of the emotional and psychological states in the main characters. Jeon joon seo & Park shin hye played a brilliant role here. Young sook's laugh still give me chills! She played a real villian man!! Hats off to her character.
There is one thing I noticed, The cliffhanger ending that is supposed to shock us but ultimately doesn't fulfill any form of surprise or dread. No, that ending doesn't work at all. Let's just say it made no sense that our villain, wouldn't be found after what happened to her. I know cliffhangers are fun, but at least make them believable.
I liked how the relationship of mom-daughter changed in the end, when from the start Seo-yon towards her mom wasn't in good terms at all, maybe she thought her mom was kinda selfish of herself [doing her nails and such to make beautiful] but the twist of the plot showed that a mother will do everything just to protect and save her child no matter what. Seeing Seo-yon smiles at the end proved her how her mother loves her very much.
Overall, a very well done film that, throughout has you at the edge of your seat

simple and goofy
I loved this movie so much for it's simplicity, it told us the story without any fancy shenanigans. I love that it's not very dramatic, perfect to enjoy on your own. It doesn't try to be more, because it's unique in what it is and that's why it's such a good movie. Simplicity sometimes is just the way to go.When people are on a low budget or have a small cast, people try to still make a high end movie. This movie proves that simplicity and a little goofiness can be used as well
Also, Song Kang's english lines.... my heart :)

Don't judge this "book" by it's "cover."
That's exactly what I did. I was very reluctant watching this because of the mixed reviews and simply because the cover photo turned me off. I'm glad I told myself to stop doubting it and to watch at least the first 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into an hour, and hour to 2 hours, and so forth.I was moved down to the core significantly from the cult-like ominous groups that corrupted Yu's family. It has made me realize that even today groups like this exist. Personally, I grew up forced into Christian beliefs and had to put up a fight to state my own opinion against it since I'm even still under the age of 18.
The acting the actors portrayed could've carried this movie if the storyline wasn't good. These actors amazingly outdid themselves and I will DEFINITELY watch more productions in which the main cast has starred in.
It wasn't really until the ending that made me show emotion, though. when Yoko realized that all along she was in the wrong, and when Yu was in the psychiatric ward, she went to do what he tried to do for her.
This movie is so hard to explain emotionally, you REALLY have to watch it yourself to see what I mean by all this.
Worth the 4 hours.
10/10 from me.

BEST MULAN!
I think this movie is the best Mulan compared to other Mulan-related movies, especially the Disney ones. This is not child-friendly, obviously, but every scenes are much more logical. Mulan wasn't instantly become the best fighter. She had to practice and went through ups and dows, even had a depression period when people around her died. The battle scenes also were shot perfectly. One scene that successfully made me cry a river is when she was pushed to kill her own horse, the one that had went through numerous battles with her, "In the next life, we will switch sides and you can kill me". NOOOOOOOO
Btw, THIS MULAN hates war. She hates it even when she won any battles because she knew that war never worth human's lives.

Reviewing this piece....
Finding the reviews on here almost made me pass on this short film. Still, I've been noticing thoughts focused overall picture rather than the actual purpose of the message hidden within the story. It is crucial to consider different genres; in my opinion, a strong message of family values is very relatable. Before looking into the reviews, keep our views in mind but try to be the judge and see if you enjoy it. So open your mind to endless possibilities as each story has its uniqueness. Another word of advice is graphic +18; it might be hard to watch; otherwise, I hope you can find the message. Was this review helpful to you?
Suda and team pull off another one! :)
Being an ignorant American, I had never heard of GreeeN until now but I'm glad I have. I enjoyed this film very much. Hated the dad. Didn't even realize til more than halfway thru that the doc at the hospital and the monster at home were the same person. Night and day.Matsuzaka Tori's way with a pair of black pants made it difficult for me to focus on the plot but I did my best. lol I am not familiar with him but will remedy that situation immediately. Fine actor. As for Suda Masaki, once again he delights and amazes. I really do think he is a collection of particles of light in human form, sent to this Earth to spread joy amongst humanity with his angelic presence and gritty charisma. There is clearly nothing he cannot do as an entertainer. I love watching him onscreen just for who he is and what he brings, but he is also a very talented actor who is entirely whatever character he is portraying. He frequently brings tears to my eyes with seemingly minor or small things such as the humble/real/heartfelt emotion with which he apologized to his GreeeN fellows and asked to come back. The japanese are maybe the most emotionally restricted culture I've encountered, but nobody does apologies more beautifully than do they.
The relatively smooth grace with which the older brother made the necessary mental/emotional adjustment necessary to assume a role in life he had not previously imagined was beautiful. That is something I will be thinking about in my own life the next few days.
This is yet another Asian flick sitting in my to-watch list for ages that I kept putting off. When will I ever learn? I am much more likely to be surprised by and love something that gives me pause for whatever reason when it comes to Asian cinema. This flick was so much more than I anticipated from the poster. I really need to ignore posters; they are so often a complete failure at conveying the essence of a film.
Bravo to Suda a crew once again. 8.5/10

The only thing that is clear is the darkness
This movie is one of those movies that starts off making you oddly confused and may not keep you on your toes but will definitely keep you wondering and confused all the way till the end...The filming is dark and beautiful the angels, the locations, the colors very artistic beautiful and dark, dark, so dark... At times a bit disgusting too but mostly dark...
Though I am still confused about what I watched the acting was very convincing and yep they made me confused... but in a talented kind of way....
There are not a lot of lines in this movie and the general feel is more fear and outcast than love and passion even if it has a steamy kiss and fuck scene or two there is not much longing or sweetness, this is more a straight forward, mutual outcast pain kind of relationship in an otherwise very confusing and dark oh so dark setting...
So what can I say, the entertainment value for this one is not very high but my appreciation for the details, the blood, the confusion and the high quality acting makes this worth a watch, but it is definitely not a movie for everybody, and if you have seen it and are not confused the least bit feel free to explain it to me in the comment section, just mark it spoiler.
I am probably keep analysing this for a while to figure out what I actually watched.

A Classic
When watching, I felt a strange sense of familiarity about this movie, and it wasn't until I reached the couch scene when it hit me: I had seen this movie years ago, but blocked it out of my brain due to the ending. Back in the day, I was a traumatized little gay guy in college and, during that time, I watched so many Asian BL movies that were so tragic I couldn't help but to force myself to forget them all. Nowadays, I noticed that I actually liked this movie the way it is; a beautiful yet tragic story.First of all, WAY better than the drama series. BY A LOT.
~Story:
This has to be one of the works that established the BL genre in Thailand because it has EVERYTHING that makes up a BL today. This movie is what you would call a "classic." When you look at it from that perspective, you realize the plot is quite simple, but what really makes it good is how complete it feels. All the important things have been laid out on the table for you, leaving nothing behind. This is one of the things a lot of dramas today are missing and it is a shame. Everybody is trying so hard to come up with a super complicated plot that doesn't amount to anything at the end, when instead, you should just get to the point without beating around the bush so much.
~Cast:
I don't have a lot of complaints. The older movies always seem to have a questionable acting, but this one was a little more decent and enjoyable. Let me talk about some of them, though:
-Golf: He was pretty okay, I think. He was, for the most part, believable, but I did notice his acting was a little restrained whenever he was yelling in anger. That part felt quite fake, but everything else was passable.
-Bank: It's so funny to me how the actor made no difference between his roles as Bank and Pharm from "Until We Meet Again." You can tell he has this specific way of acting, which is not bad, but I want to see him expand a little more from the usual.
Now, I do wish the script had more dialogue between characters. Watching the movie felt as if the director was letting the scene speak for itself, but I needed some more dialogue to fill some gaps.
~Pacing, Editing, and Direction:
Like I said earlier: this is a classic. The vision was there and the director and screenwriters were able to tell a visual story that was cohesive and nicely flowed. All the classic element of BL are here for you to enjoy.
Sis, this show has everything: Love, hate, highschoolers, school drama, conservative families, ass grabbing, truths, lies, and so much more for your enjoyment. I totally recommend this over the drama because that one was absolute garbage of a production.

WHOA!
This is my first Korean movie in months! I’ve been in a K-drama/K-movie slump for such a long time and I didn’t know what to watch to end it. Until yesterday, a friend told me about this brilliant movie she just watched, “Forgotten”. When she told me that “the plot twist was amazing”, there’s no way I wouldn’t watch the movie! Plot twists are always my favorite! This movie was super unpredictable. I thought I could’ve guessed the plot twist, but dang… I was so wrong! The acting was spot on! Kang Ha Neul and Kim Moo Yeol deserved awards for this movie! Just. Brilliant. The music was suspenseful and everything was just perfect!
I would recommend this to anyone who’s searching for a suspensful mystery/thriller with DOPE PLOT TWISTS! Overall, 9 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
