Believe me... Just go watch it if u haven't... It's really worth...

As a long time pondphuwin fan ofc i loved it bcz it's them...

But beside that if I have to be non-biased then also my reaction will not change a bit...

The hype is real... It's really that good to deserve to be everywhere... Not just bcz of the fandom. But bcz of its story, iconic characters, hilarious humour, excellent acting, perfect combo of emotion, comfort and everything....

It went Worldwide trending no.1... For a reason

It's so hyped that they had to announce PEACH AND ME(my heart is literally screaming "Thank you GMMTV" for that...
For those who are already in fandom fell in love with them more and more after watching this... And for those who were not from the fandom, loved it and joined the fandom...
It's a series which made me feel the peak of comfort...
After watching WE ARE it felt like home... And after watching ME AND THEE it felt like comfort...
I never stopped smiling while watching the series...
I waited for every Saturday to come like crazy... It had felt like it took a whole year for the next Saturday to come... But after watching the last ep i'm feeling like this journey had just started yesterday... How can it come to an end this soon...
From the very 1st episode my insta feed, my YouTube feed and i were literally hypnotized... My whole life was roaming around khun thee... And now that it came to an end I don't know what to do anymore and I don't feel like doing anything...
It was hilarious... Filled with love, care and affection...
It was such a wholesome series with such a sweet happy (not) ending (bcz PEACH AND ME is on the way)... I have never been through this kind of polar emotional strikes of happiness(bcz they were happy) as well as sadness(bcz it was ending and I didn't want to let it go) together...

Still there are some people out there who are criticizing the series and giving hate to the actors for literally no reason... I can understand that valuing something what truly deserved to be valued is not everybody's cup of tea... But I want to tell them that whom they are criticizing are there bcz they really worked hard to get there and they truly deserve to be loved... So stop spreading hate if u can't love something

And in the end I want to tell the reader that if u have watched it already I know u can relate with my words mostly
And if you haven't watched it yet... It's a request from me... Plz go watch it and u will thank me later... It will make u feel so good that it will become your 2nd home... Just go watch it already... Plz

In case u don't know...It's available on YouTube on the official channel of GMMTV (GMMTheeV😂) with English sub for free... And on IQIYI with subscription...

LESS ABOUT 'LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT' AND MORE ABOUT 'LOVE AT THE RIGHT TIME'

Nie Xiguang spends her university years pining for the aloof and cold but brilliant Zhuang Xu. The first arc of the show focuses on the bittersweet pain of unrequited love and the misunderstandings that lead to their eventual separation/ heartbreak. As she enters the workforce, she meets Lin Yusen, a former genius neurosurgeon who transitioned into the solar energy industry after a career- ending car accident. Their relationship starts in the office and develops with a level of maturity rarely seen in Idol dramas. They don't just 'fall' in love; they support each other's professional growth and help heal one another's past traumas.

Song Weilong's portrayal of Lin Yusen is a breath of fresh air. He is patient, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely supportive. He doesn't pay games, making him one of the ultimate 'green flag' characters of the 2025-2026 season. Moreover, Gu Man's writing (written for the dramas 'Love O2O' and 'You Are My Glory' ) shines here. The drama avoids toxic triangles and unnecessary angst. Instead, it focuses on the internal struggles of moving on from a first love and finding a love that is steady and earned. Zhao Jinmai and Song Weilong have a natural, understated chemistry. Their interactions, filled with subtle glances and playful banter, feel like a 'warm winter bonfire.'

Furthermore, this is a very slow-burning drama which I really liked a lot. If you prefer high-stakes conflict or fast-paced plot twists, the first few episodes, which focused on university life and the second male lead, might feel sluggish. Additionally, the second male lead, Zhuang Xu, is portrayed as a cautionary tale of how insecurity and poor timing can lead someone to miss out on their own happiness. During the first few episodes, I found him very frustrating rather than engaging, as he was indecisive and trapped by his own insecurity, which led him to miss out on Nie Xiguang.

In conclusion, I found this drama very cozy as it was less about a grand explosion of passion and more about the quiet beauty of two people choosing to be each other's 'sunlight'. And seriously, I think Lin Yusen is Li Yiyang( ML of amidst the snowstorm of love) 2.0 version, though he is not an introvert like him. Also, if you find the first 5 episodes slow, you can push through to episode 8, as that's where the chemistry between both leads kicks in, which becomes very addictive.

So bad that it feels disrespectful

Spoiler free review:
If you're thinking of watching it, don't. Or do. It really depends on how much time you have to waste and how much tolerance you have for foolishness. Cinematography & setting was good and everybody's makeup was TEA (the MUAs need a raise, IMMEDIATELY!). That's it for the pros. Everything else was absolute ass.

Spoiled review:
I've watched almost all of ppw's works together. FUTS was funny but flawed, NLMG sucked severely and We Are will always be one of my favourites. Now, being a fan of We Are, I'd expected that things could only get better from there. Boy, was I wrong. Me & Thee was a huge, steaming pile of disappointment. I don't know how they've managed to make almost every facet of a show grating. The characters were annoying and unlikeable at worst, irrelevant at best. Peach has got to be the most boring, "not like other guys" mfer on the face of planet earth. I hated having to endure him as the main lead. Bro is so righteous it just comes off as being really fcking annoying. Why are you, as a grown man, teaching another grown man social cues and respect? Don't piss me off. And Thee. Dear god what a disaster of a man. His character sounded fun in theory but was incredibly under-baked. Pond's acting was stiff and over done so Thee became cringe, awkward and too much. And I know Thee is supposed to be all of those things but it felt incredibly forced. I've seen cringe characters done well in other shows, this was not one of those. Thee was cute and funny a few times but I mostly found myself cringing/getting irritated when he was on screen. And he constantly makes this stupid, "shy" smile that makes my skin itch every time. Add to that that he's supposed to be a domineering mafia boss when he's already giving a weak performance, and you get a very painful watching experience.
Santa didn't do too bad but Perth's performance was mid as usual. Their arc was actually kind of interesting until the writers decided to completely flip Tawan's personality when he lost all his money. If he was an asshole rich he's still gonna be an asshole poor. But I guess Aran's into poverty because he suddenly takes Tawan's weirdo ass back once he's destitute and pitiful. Yuck. Wouldn't it have been more interesting to see Tawan get a job and start to learn some hard lessons while Aran minds his business and finds happiness elsewhere? But I guess that would require too much depth to be poured into the plot.
Mok was meh. The judgemental body guard thing was a little amusing at first but got tired fast. Rome was irritating. Seeing him smirk made me want to pluck all the hair out of his damn head. Which sucks for my blood pressure because all he does is smirk. As a Westie. I hated what they did to William in this show. They slicked his hair back, put him in the most ill fitting dad suits I've ever seen and even worse- they confiscated his platforms. So now I have to watch this midget try and fail at being charming and all I can think about is how silly he looks. Sigh.

My next gripe- Absolutely no one had chemistry. Thee and Peach were so bad together I was recoiling in pain at their "romantic" scenes. I had to skip past their kiss scenes for fear of injuring myself because my brain was begging me to sink my fingers into my eyeballs so I wouldn't have to see this bs ever again. Not even my fave cp could save this foolishness. Somehow they managed to suck the chemistry out of WilliamEst and their scenes ended up just being cringe. And the lack of chemistry doesn't just go for the romantic couples. Plub and Peach were the least sibling-like siblings ever. They would've been more believable as distant cousins who only see each other for 30 mins every 5 years. They kept giving me scenes that were meant to show how close they are but all it did was make my skin crawl at the awkwardness.

My next issue: The lines. My god, the lines. Everyone's lines were so disjointed, unnatural and painfully cringe. These people will have your brain melting through your ears almost every time they speak.

So basically, Me and Thee is painfully cringe, awkward and worst of all- boring. It claims to be a comedy but I wasn't laughing. I could tell it was trying to be funny and that made it even worse. It takes itself far too seriously and clumsily attempts to dive into serious issues with laughable results. It's also a mafia show so you have to endure Pond, Est and William fail spectacularly at looking cool. Fortunately it only had 10 episodes because by the end I was genuinely angry. How dare gmmtv even think to put this hot, steaming pile of shit in front of viewer's faces? Bl fans will watch anything right? Why bother putting effort into creating something beautiful when you can drop a couple pretty boys in there, make them kiss and say some sappy words to each other and advertise your fcking dry ass looking cake snack thing. Everyone's performances sucked so bad that I'm starting to question why we need to keep seeing ppw together when it's disappointment after disappointment with them. Sure, I like looking at them but pretty faces can only go so far. I need substance. I got a peek of what they could be in We Are but my hopes were chewed up, swallowed, digested and shat out along with this waste of air time. Ppw needs to take a break from acting, sign up for acting classes and try to get more comfortable with each other. If they're just gonna keep churning out trash I'd rather they just keep it at this point.

Daring Speed in Thailand; Sputtering Love in China

Thrills and romance set in Bangkok, Thailand? Sign me up. I relished the change of scenery with the opportunity to view the dilapidated elegance of a major city. The day scenes showcased colorful waterways, and the night scenes were magical in neon. I'm not a fan of brutality, so the boxing wasn't for me (and, thankfully, was limited), but I relished the racing scenes and wouldn't have objected to more, especially if the FL were the navigator.

The FL was adorable, but how could she not be when played by Esther Yu? I didn't realize until I double-checked that the continually smiling, sweet boy from My Fated Boy was He Yu, who now played a dark, dangerous, desperate man. Who knew such a cute Golden Retriever pup could transform into a snarling Pit Bull?

I was enjoying the drama (even the love triangle wasn't overly annoying) until the act of Noble Idiocy hit. I felt the momentum slow and sputter, and it never revved up after the ensuing time skip. I will begrudgingly admit that I could understand this instance of sacrifice more than most dramas, because of the FL's age. ML didn't want to take her future away when she hadn't even attended college yet, and he didn't want to saddle such a spoiled young girl with a handicapped husband.

Add a nice supporting cast and excellent music to round out my review.

Offhand remarks: I was visibly relieved when the ML got a haircut after the time skip. I had wanted to snip those uneven strands so badly! And the mother's outdoor garden in Canada in winter with tropical plants... they would all be dead after one night. Not only that, but the mother had all the doors and windows open in the house. They'd be celebrating the New Year with burst plumbing pipes and pneumonia! Canada is frigid in the dead of winter.

TL;DR: Romance and racing in beautiful Thailand, but the drama lost its momentum, sputtered, and stalled once it relocated to Nanjing, China.

So good and heartwarming

Things I adored

1 The friendship between these three women. It sounded genuine and it was heartwarming. So many moving moments. I didn't expect that when I started the series and it was a great surprise to see their friendship evolve and how it shaped them.

2 The main FL (although I could argue there are three). She's beautiful and talented and although sometimes it felt like she didn't exactly know how to deal with her character she still was great. I felt everything she felt and I was with her all along on her journey to become a more confident woman who knows what she wants and what she deserves.

3 The older FL. I adored her character. She was the glue that kept everything together for me. The actress did a phenomenal job to make me feel for her and I so wanted her to find peace. So many moving moments involved her and I loved each one of them.

4 The younger FL. She was adorable and she was probably the one who matured the most and changed the most which was great to see and follow. I loved how different she was from the other two, but also how loyal she was and how lighthearted when she has her own struggles.

5 The ML. Some say he didn't have enough screen time but I disagree. He was there when it mattered and there was real romance. I loved the way he treated the FL. He wasn't the cold, jerk boss, he was kind and understanding and honest. I loved his character and how he changed his life to chase his dreams. A positive character I'd love to see more often in Kdramas.

6 The 2ML. An adorable character who got what he deserved at the end and that was rewarding to me. I was with him all the way. He was respectful, kind, smart and he made a great couple with the heroine.

Things I disliked

1 I can't say I liked the appearance of the ex husband. I can see why they brought him in but the story didn't make much sense and went nowhere in a way although, yes, there was some reasoning and some healing behind his appearance. Still he wasn't interesting enough and the story about him and the older heroine left me unsatisfied.

2 The whole daughter plot. I won't say I hated it because it was a good plot and it had me in tears more than once, but I still would have preferred the story didn't have such a heavy plot. I know Kdramas have the habit to blend comedy with heavy plots, but I'm not a fan of it. I dislike it thoroughly to be honest. Either have drama and comedy can be created by circumstances like in real life, either you have comedy and drama isn't necessary.

Things I hated

1 The coworker. What a scheming, stupid hen. I didn't find her any redeeming qualities and I don't think it was necessary to try to excuse her. She was plain mean and a liar. I truly wanted her to have a worst outcome and pay for her stupid behavior.

Not your usual romcom

Watching all other romcoms had always been a hard task for me. Especially with the generic type of plot everyone hyped, it’s just not interesting enough for me and that I would soon drop it. However this certain drama caught my attention during the first episode where it showed us the magnificent view and also a spoil of the near ending episode scene, it was able to make me continue watching further on wondering the plot. And as I continued, it did not disappoint at all, with the short comedies and also cute scenes together, it wasn’t all dramatical about love but also still plot driven, IT’S LIKE EDGING YOU. Something soft romance and also still plot driven so it makes sense. The actors and actresses roles suits them so very much it’s pleasing to the eye and also my mind. Adorable drama I love it so much.

Me, Thee and the whole world ❣️

Amazing series that will keep you smiling, laughing and choking with your own saliva countless times!!! Some of you may say that it has a lot of cringe moments but they were there for a reason and those moments were absolutely hilarious... Even the actors themselves were struggling to remain calm... Most of Thee's"shy" moments were definitely him trying not to start crying from laughter...
Peach was so natural giving us the WTF and "Are you for real, dude?" expressions...
I think "Mr.Thee" label will follow Pond for years!!!

I started to give it a 6 out of 10 but then I remembered the kpop manager scene and gave it a 7 for that one scene alone. But seriously, SBS, wtf? Are you taking lessons from netflix on how to ruin your shows? Because that's what it felt like; a show that has been netflix'd right into the toilet. Please refer to season one format to remind yourselves how it done.

Edit: spelling

Confused About the Genre

The music is good, but I honestly feel like there is too much music. It's kind of the whole point of the story, but at a certain point the story itself started to drag because of the music. I think this overall could've been tightened in the script and fit into eight episodes instead of ten. It was quite long, and I struggled with motivation to finish the series after hitting episode 6. It was exhausting to think about investing four more hours of my life into the show.

It's a good watch, but at the same time I'm hesitant to recommend it. It feels like the labels for it should be more along the lines of tragedy rather than romance. It didn't feel like a romance at all, and even though the story ended on what people would call a "hopeful" note, it wasn't what I was expecting from the story at all. I have a lot of wishes for how I would've written the story, but it's obviously not mine to do that. I wish it would've been more upfront about the actual storyline. Perhaps I misunderstood something when watching the trailer.

The acting and music is phenomenal. I will be adding the music to my playlists, but I'm still just so confused about the main idea of the show. What was it trying to achieve?

Nothing Special

I watched this last year and honestly it was so hard to watch because it was boring.

The premise is that two unlucky people must be together to change their luck. To be honest, the production quality is rather average, but I haven't seen Lu Huanyu and Zhang Jinyi in a long time, so I kept watching with a promising start but a disappointing ending.

If you're not into Lu Huanyu and Zhang Jinyi, you can skip this one.

Another hero saves the damsel in distress trope

I watched this last year for Zhang Jinyi but it was underwhelmed drama for me.

FL is a spoiled, pampered rich girl, while the ML is initially a loyal bodyguard, later becoming a devoted CEO. They are childhood friends, and the bodyguard's arrival is a classic "hero saves the damsel in distress" trope.

Maybe i quite didn't like FL characterization she is spoiled brat but in bad way and it was uncomfortable to watch.

Different in a good way

Things I adored

1 The FL. I loved the actress but also the character she portrayed. She was badass, different, strong, smart and funny. A woman who knows what she does and why. Honestly at first I thought she wasn't beautiful enough, same for the ML, and that it could diminish my enjoyment. Yes I do acknowledge I'm superficial about this and I want my romcom heroes to be handsome. But she embodies her character so well, I fell in love with her, and now I find her very pretty on top of her acting skills.

2 The ML. Same about him. I thought he was wooden and not very handsome at first and then I fell for his acting, for his character and I think now he's very very handsome. So this is a drama that won me over when I wasn't particularly fan at first. Great job.

Things I loved

1 The 2ML. I loved his relationship with the ML and I think he's one of the most handsome actors out there. This was the first drama I've seen him, but I will definitely look out for any other drama he's a part of.

2 The 2FL. She's beautiful and quite a good actress. I loved her friendship with the FL and although I think her character could be more developed I still loved her.

3 The story itself. It was different and fun in an original way.

4 The chemistry between the leads. I think they were good together. I loved how he stood up for her. It was great and got the 8.5 I was planning on rating it to 9.

I really enjoyed this drama so much. It was very funny and entertaining from beginning to end. The acting level of all the actors was very good, and their expressions made every scene more enjoyable. However, I wish there were more episodes because only 10 episodes felt too short because this one of my favorite drama,I wanted to watch more. Overall, it is a very good drama, and I think everyone should watch it at least once. Highly recommended! 🤍
