You’re my Glory
This drama was well written and actors/actresses we’re very well selected. Highly recommended.Well done on the story line especially the aerospace. It’s not dragging. The segway on the story is emotional and yet not so deeply dramatic. Very educational without going deeper to the details of aerospace. It’s just right.
Is there a Part 2? I would like to see the continuation What happened after the launch of search for God Space.
As a couple, how did JingJing and Tu Yu end up?
Congratulations!!! It’s well executed.

Good Chemistry ! Must watch it for career drama !
This is a drama related about occupation of both male and female lead that can show all anglesProduction : good production that it is too reality of aerospace industry that is too hard to know in detail like this. There show about details that made people understand in industry toward to character.
Actor : all actors are professional not only male and female lead but support role are real ! I cannot stop to talk about Yang yang and Reba have best chemistry !! When love scene or ordinary that is too real ( hold hand, kiss, hug and etc) that made me smile in every ep !
Plus, character in this drama is good, it made people think positive and understand others. Main female lead is empathy people so why her fans love her.
Ost : ost from Liu Yu ning is always the best !! No more word to say ! Must listen !
Over all is good drama in every angles. I love it and hope you guys love it too
Thanks

One of my favorite couples - romance is heartwarming
8.5/10 is my rating. This is a 2021 Chinese Romantic comedy set against an e-sport backdrop. There are 32, 35 minute episodes (actual episode time ranges from from 30-45 minutes).First I will provide a synopsis then a review.
Synopsis:
Qiao Jingjing (Dilraba Dilmurat) is a model, singer and actress who is isolated from regular social contact because of her fame. As such, she is only able to keep up with what is going on with former classmates through her close friends. One former classmate in particular, the guy who got away, Yu Tu (Yang Yang), turned her down in high school but she has never forgotten him. Years have passed but he is still handsome and brilliant and broke up with a long term girlfriend Yu Tu finds out through her circle of friends. She discovers by accident that he is a very skilled player in the mobile game Honor of Kings, which is a game she is advertising for. When fans found out she had been playing the game she needs to become a master or risk loosing the sponsorship to someone else. Looking for an excuse to see her former flame, Jingjing tricks Yu Tu into a face to face meeting for the purpose of enlisting his help as a tutor on Honor of Kings.
Review: (contains spoilers)
The romance portion is one of the best I have watched. I absolutely love the couple they represents everything that comprises a good relationship. They support each other and try to understand the other person's perspective. Although both have jobs that keep them away for long periods of time they ensure they are able to be part of each other's daily lives. She is no push over. When he rejects her she doesn't beg she walks away. When he decides he wants to be in a relationship with her she doesn't immediately accept his feelings. There are scenes when they are together where it is like they are the only ones in the room. When she was out with their classmates and he found out where she was he zeroed in on her. She was the most important person to him in that room and that shifted their relationship and made it so she believed he was sincere in his feelings after having rejected her earlier. The chemistry was there between them and they represented relationship goals.
Jinjing was someone who was fun to be around and amazing beyond her fame. It made it easy to understand how he could have fallen in love with her. She was mischievous, which was enjoyable to watch and was part of her overall confidence and unwillingness to accept being treated poorly. Both of the main characters underwent a lot of character development to become the best version of themselves for each other. She became less focused on material things and he became more fun loving.
I loved the sets and scenery. I felt like I saw parts of modern China that I had not seen to date. There were some beautiful places with lights, flowers, sculptures, architecture that showed the modern aspect(s) of portions of China. As they traveled, you got to see the diverse geography from desert to more tropical landscapes and from country to city. I felt like I got a mini tour of China it was nice.
There was slice of life of her career as a Chinese idol and that aspect was interesting and there was also slice of life of his career as a aerospace engineer. I found the aerospace engineering aspect less interesting because there were these long stretches where it was just him solving various aspects of space engineering puzzles. I remember when I was younger a popular saying was "I am not a rocket scientist" which was a self effacing way of saying you weren't an expert on something. It could also mean something was simply to do "it's not rocket science." In this case he was a rocket scientist and they went pretty far into the details of what he did to provide that slice of life. For me, I found it boring and actually fast forwarded through some episodes because it didn't show her much at all and was just focused on his issues surrounding his work. They could have cut out maybe 4-6 episodes that had heavy focus on rocket science. They didn't show Jinjing's work as much and her lifestyle was, to me, the more interesting of the two.
Overall I enjoyed this a lot and this is one of my top couples now. What detracted for me was just the unnecessary depth on rocket science. I recommend this highly, may watch parts of it again but would fast forward as I did through the "dry" episodes where not much is happening between them.

Amazing Leads and Story
I knew it was going to be good going into it I was amazed by how much I loved it. I wasn't sure because of the gaming element of the synopsis but when watching I quickly got over it. The story really fleshes out and develops the leads as individual characters and as a mature relationship between them. I loved the cast so much and hope to watch more of their other works. They have amazing chemistry together and really made me care for their characters. This show was a gem for those who enjoy real romance over pointless drama. Was this review helpful to you?
Very good first half but then like most C-dramas becomes too work focused
The first couple of episodes start out okay but still somewhat slow / boring since they don't meet until around episode 4. Once they do meet though they have good chemistry so during that time it is really enjoyable to watch but that doesn't last forever. Many C-dramas seem to have the same problem which is just adding constant episode filler with irrelevant side plots of characters that were not even in the show for the first enjoyable early portion, that happens here also.
My original personal rating for the show was a 7.5 due to how much I skipped but on my rewatch I increased my rating to 9.0 since I skipped a lot more which made the show far more enjoyable. I think the show is easily a 9.0 if you mostly watch when Dilraba Dilmurat is on screen but when the show starts focusing on the guy's career things get boring quick.
My overall review rating is an 8.0 because I feel it is hard to justify my own personal 9.0 rating since most people are not going to want to skip as much.
On my rewatch I kind of tracked my enjoyment of each episode for a while.
1-4 okay
4-10 good
10-13 really bad (mostly skipped these episodes)
13-15 okay
16 bad
17-23 good

Empty, but good feels
I came in, after hearing a lot of good things about this drama. I've also wanted to watch more of Yang Yang's dramas after I've watched Who Rules the World about a year ago.For those who say that this is the best drama in the world (or smth along those lines), I just want to say that I'm possibly not the target audience. Target audience for this drama might be about 30+ years old. I'm not that old, y'all, so the "maturity" some people saw I found was a little dull. I've watched slice-of-life romances before this I really like, but this one didn't click. That being said, this certainly wasn't a terrible drama. Just "fine", I would say.
Edit 2/26/2025:
I checked the demographics of those who watch this drama. Apparently, lots of young people liked it... More than 30% of 13-17 year olds watched it. While the rest of the ages had less than 5%. I might not be 18-24 (younger than that), but this drama did not work for me. Maybe I have a 18-24 year old soul? So, the reason, I think, older people and I didn't like this drama is lack of plot and flaws. Everyone was perfect... I'll get into that later.
ep 1-15: 7.25
ep 16-21 7.00
ep 22-25: 7.75
ep 26-32 7.50
Story (aka brain dump):
-fl and ml had very good banter (dialogue more than acting). Highlight of the whole drama.
-first 15 episodes was the video games portion. It was ok. Reminded me of Falling into your smile
-I feel like the last 10ish episodes felt very mashed together. Like, I had to force myself to watch the last 3 eps or so
-lack of supporting characters was jarring and made the drama feel pretty empty (coming from someone who likes supporting characters and subplots)
-I felt like at times they wanted to develop characters, but the script people didn't know how to do that
-I mean, if you're gonna make 32 ep of drama, let's have some good character development, and I felt a lack of that in this drama
-I felt like the work parts of the drama weren't done well. The ml is in the aerospace industry and does his work, right? But usually, a good work/school drama will make me care about whatever they're doing. In this drama, they didn't make me care. I found myself skipping nearly all the work parts because the drama fails to make it significant to us
-you know those kind of books that are 500 pages, but you feel like barely anything actually happened? I get this vibe from this cdrama.
-the ml gets some character development, but not much. The fl gets no character development at all
-at least the fl is a green flag (so is ml)
-time skips were done poorly. They didn't seem to have gotten older...
-some people call this a fluff drama. I really like fluff. Even plotless fluff at times. But I didn't like it here. It just felt anticlimactic. And they didn't do anything interesting with the fluff. Kinda just threw it in
Acting:
-Yang Yang looks good in glasses ngl. Forgot how angelic he looks
-in a lot of dramas, everyone says how handsome the male lead is and whatever. And usually, the dude isn't ~that~ handsome. But Yang Yang, is ~that~ handsome, so it made sense. That was pretty convenient
-natural chemistry (less on the romantic chemistry side and more on the "used to each other" side)
-both leads did ok
-Dilraba has kinda annoying acting
-Yang Yang seemed confused at times
-very good looking leads but that's kind of an obvious observation
-what's with the voices? I don't usually have a problem with dubbing; I thinks its cool. But Yang Yang's voice was extremely low. I don't know if Reba's voice usually sounds like this, but it was quite high...
Ost:
-it was meh
-some songs were good, but some songs I just wanted mute it
Rewatch
-wouldn't really rewatch...
-I mean, it wouldn't be agony, but this, in particular, I wouldn't rewatch
Overall, I didn't enjoy this very much. But I usually drop dramas I really dislike, and since I didn't dislike this drama a lot, I didn't drop it. This drama might be a little overrated in my opinion. Hope others might like it more.

doubted this at first but then..
I finished watching love 020 but then saw this drama which absolutely broke my heart because I really liked yang yang and Zheng Shuang. the first IT drama for me
This drama was the first that got me truly hooked with c-dramas and it's all thanks to Yang Yang. Always liked him but this drama was truly a masterpiece. His character has actual depth. I didnt know anything about Reba, this was my 1st drama of hers that I watched and she was truly amazing as well. Was this review helpful to you?
No stretchy plot, no extreme jealousy, and void of ex-relationships ruckus....????
Started this drama on 22nd Feb 2022 and was so hooked to it that competed on 24th Feb 2022....😄😄Most importantly, this drama portrayed a relationship between two vastly different professionals so perfectly., that it's obvious for the viewers to binge watch it....😍
A drama with strong cast, power packed performance, promising story, some steamy scenes(but not much), and much more.....
Apart from that , struggle behind every successful launch for any space project is wonderfully shown.💯
YangReba fans should definitely watch this drama without any hesitations.

A SWEET BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!!
This drama has the right balance of sweetness, laughter and romance. It was absolutely perfect.. Great cast, the lead couple couldn't be any cuter together!!!!!! They're stunning together. Dilraba is truly an amazing actress, First saw her in Love Designer and lover her!! she is the perfect romantic lead, what a perfect pairing with Jang Jang!!! I first saw him in The King's Avatar loved him ever since. This is added to my top favorite Chinese Romance drama. Great acting, the chemistry between the leads was on point. I was scared for a second, that there would be a love triangle... Thankfully no unnecessary relationship drama, just a smooth, beautiful flow. This is definitely high on the re-watch scale... I will be re- watching for sure. Whenever I love a drama soon after my first watch, I immediately watch and re=watch and this definitely. fit the category. Was this review helpful to you?
"You were already the rabbit that has seen the most stars"
Ahhhh! Where to start? This drama is soo goood. The way it explores space from the side of people who work to launch rockets to help explore our galaxy and maybe more is crazy. The amount of hard work and dedication to be able to continue in this line of work even when mistakes and challenges happed. I admire all the people who work in this field, thank you for all the hard work in allowing us to better understand the world we live in.Story :
The story was 10/10! It is sooo good. The way they start from years after and the main lead still has a crush on him. I love how the story was slow, and really allowed us to get to know the characters. Yu Tu being the smart and intelligent guy from school to working as an aerospace engineer really shows the strength of his character. The way he goes through challenges of his own. also the main female lead was amazing. A famous actress(not that she isn't already) who works hard as well. They end up reuniting on a video game, which lead them to develop feelings and get together. The ending of the rocket launch and what all the hard work they put in to achieve.
CGI:
There wasn't much CGI as this is a modern drama so there is no need for it, but it was really well done none the less, especially the rocket launch was epic. I also love the outfits of the main female lead... they were so cute. I want them all, lmaooo.
Music :
The music was great! I love the OST. It's so nice, the song is amazing, it's calm but which really helped set the mood and bring you into the show. Since the show has a really calm vibe, the OST being really calm really helped. The ending song when the rocket was launched was perfect, very emotional.
Acting:
The acting was really good by the cast. Both Dilraba and Yang Yang are experienced actors which made this show much better as their acting seemed so real and genuine. Nothing felt forced or cringe. The way the main leads blend together is crazy, their age gap is very small which makes it very comfortable for them when filming. This provided a very comforting a real relationship between the leads. The whole cast was great too, I also love the fact that there were no villains or evil characters trying to break the main couple up. All trust and understanding. Very rare to see in a C-drama.
Ending:
The ending was perfect. Nothing too romantic but the rocket launch really set the ending. The way so many people came to watch and support the launch of the rocket shows the unity of the country. It was really heartwarming to see people cry. The way the main male lead accomplished his dream and continued his path as an aerospace engineer even when he felt like giving up, then seeing the result of his work. Life changing. The ending wasn't rushed and was perfect. For 32 episodes, they really managed to capture the main leads relationship as well as their own lives and work. It did not feel rushed and everything was flowing perfectly.
Love this drama! Definitely a rewatch.

Beautiful chemistry-filled, healthy, adult relationship
I struggled with rating this show, based on how well-acquainted I became with my FF button on my remote. I'll get this out of the way first thing: 32 episodes was too long. There was WAY too much time spent on gaming and space exploration. Normally, my rating would be a lot lower, since I, in actuality, probably only watched 50% of the show. But that 50% was golden!Actors: Yang Yang as Yu Tu. There is no doubt about it, the man is gorgeous. And put a pair of glasses on him? He's at another level. He has very expressive eyes and his acting felt natural in this. I think he's grown a lot as an actor since Love O2O, plus his more mature looks are a plus. Dilraba Dilmurat at Jing Jing. She is absolutely stunning. I thought she was excellent here. I loved watching her face every time she saw YuTu - the love she had for him shone through, even back in their high school days.
Characters: I loved both of the main characters and their relationship. The progression from friendship to love was VERY slow, but made sense, and once they were together there were no stupid misunderstandings or breakups. There were two time skips, but they were together the whole time. I could see why they fell in love, and their love was believable and palpable. This was a perfect example of a healthy relationship, with lots of cute interactions and jokes between them, as well as them trying to make their relationship work when one person is extremely famous, and both people in the relationship are extremely busy. Yu Tu makes a comment that in the past year Jing Jing had been in Shanghai for only a little over a month, but they were both understanding of the other's career and the time demands that were involved. They continued to carve out time for one another as best they could. I loved Yu Tu's intelligence and love for his career, which caused him problems in the first few episodes, trying to decide between doing what you love, and what your family expects. Jing Jing could have been a spoiled brat of a character, but she wasn't, thankfully. She was a dedicated actress, but she was nice to everyone around her. She didn't act like she was entitled. I loved her fascination with Yu Tu's work - her wanting to go to his workplace to see what he does and to eat in the canteen. She had such joie de vivre - she didn't try to temper her excitement of things and that was really cute. She seemed to run everywhere, running from room to room in the house, running to him when she sees him, running to explore something new.
I also really enjoyed the characters of her manager and her assistant. They took such good care of Jing Jing, and them watching Yu Tu and Jing Jing being loving was so cute.
Chemistry: Oh, my goodness. This show was full of chemistry between the leads, from the looks they exchanged, when they saw each other after being apart, and their kisses were on fire! This couple was a lot of fun to watch. I rewound and re-watched multiple scenes, just to see their micro-expressions and their interactions. I smiled A LOT, while watching this, they were just wonderful together.
I also loved what this show DIDN'T have:
-as mentioned before, no stupid misunderstandings. No multiple break-ups. No long separations.
-No evil exes trying to get back together with them or working to separate the main couple. To be honest, an ex showed up for each of them, but they could have been left out completely, they served no purpose to further the story.
-No multiple couples to keep track of. This show focused on the main couple and gave them the time that they deserved for their story.
-No rushed ending. Nothing frustrates me more than watching something that takes forever to get the couple together and then rushes getting them together in the last 15 minutes. Here, we got to see dating, wedding, and married life.
Speaking of endings: I was extremely touched by the way this show ended. It was Yu Tu's time to shine and Jing Jing supported him all the way. The national pride that was displayed by everyone in what they accomplished brought tears to my eyes.
Music: I thought the music was good and the one song that talked about not feeling good enough for the other person went really well with Yu Tu's feelings. What did he really have to offer to this relationship?
Re-watch value: I will TOTALLY be re-watching this, just the way I did this time, fast forwarding through all the boring stuff to enjoy their relationship.
