GOSH! Let me heave a sigh first because I have been holding them while watching this drama!My scoring towards this drama is mostly driven by how the main character unleashes my hidden emotion. Yeon Sieun is not just having anger issues, I think he's a little bit insane in the head. The pacing for this drama is really good, it matches how Sieun thinks and the uneasiness in between it. Also, the action performed by Suho is really satisfying. And also, would like to give kudos to the character development of Bumseok. If someone asks me what are the titles of drama genres that I love, I'll add Weak Hero Class 1 after Extracuriccular on the list! Can't wait for the next season.

SO sad and SO good.
I watched this show like about two-ish years after it's release ( i think) and i regret not watching sooner.First off, i think no one could have done better than park ji hoon. His eyes are so sad looking, and it completely matches the vibe of this show. His acting was diabolically good and there's no complaints. Overall casting was a 1000/10 fr.
This show was hella good and i liked that each ep was compact and didn't leave me bored. It's a pity i was in a rush to finish the last ep, but it still made me tear up. I think that unfortunately, we won't see Suho in the next szn, but we can only hope.
I think it upset me that suho ended up so badly, which is why i gave it a 9/10, but a 10/10 could be granted if he comes back, idk how i feel if he's truly gone forever, it's not fair.

definitely rewarching it!!
this one is brutal at times and makes you really feel uncomfortable in certain situations and that comes from the actors, especially jihoon, who put an incredible performance. this drama made me feel a mix of emotions - warm, sad, angry, stressed. it really grabs alm the attentio and i binged the last 4 episodes. i was a mess at the end because the last 2 episodes made me cry so much. the characters made me have a soft spot for them - sieun and suho will always have a special place in my heart. i can’t wait for next season!!Was this review helpful to you?

I actually really enjoyed weak hero class and it stays as one of my favourites. the main actors played there role very well especially si-eun and overall it is really good if you like action. it’s similar to study group so watch that too. I do prefer whc season 2 over season 1 but the storyline is really good! you can really feel the emotions when watching the show especially towards the end of the show and the characters play their role really well. this remains one of my top 10 kdramas so I recommend it.Was this review helpful to you?

A Kick*ss Drama
WEAK CLASS HERO (Weak Hero Class 1) despite its corny name, was a pretty baller Kdrama. I went into this one not really expecting a whole lot, keeping my mind open, but ended up deeply intrigued.This was a pretty cool kdrama. The series is in the action / thriller genre and was very exciting! The characters and story make this series a very compelling and memorable one.

This is one of the most remarkable series i've ever watched.The main character doing all that for his friend Soo ho and Beom Seok is what real friendship means.
Beom Seok being a traitor is really shitty after all they did for him.
There are alot of fights and blood so it's not recommanded for those who don't like blood, but overall it's a really good kdrama.
This is a 10/10 rated kdrama and you gotta watch this if u love revenge, friendship, action, and hope.

Not for me, but the acting is great.
I think the performances were great, but there wasn't enough story here for me.I loved Suho! I thought his character was the saving grace in a series of characters that really weren't that likable, in my opinion. The ML is meant to have that quiet, brooding type of personality, so I can see arguing he wasn't meant to be likable. Doesn't change the fact that this series is 8 episodes asking me to follow a lead I just don't find interesting to watch.
It's mostly fight scenes - so I feel bad for the people in the comment section being told the series isn't that violent. What show did you watch?
This follows the common beats of stories about HS students being targeted by bullies/gang members, so you can predict what's going to happen. No real great writing for female characters (all 1 of them?) either. If it wasn't for Suho, I wouldn't have watched as many episodes as I did. The first 4 are pretty great, but the series fell off for me after that.
Considering Suho isn't in season 2, I'll be stopping here.

Stupid atoryline and characters
After watching the first 4 episodes and saw the 3 protagonist team up againts a gang, i dont understand why oh bom seok would switch side when the intention of hos friends is to help him.. its iust so stupid attitude.. the writers wanted to justified that its because oh bomseok is a neglected child and full of insecurities but in reality its just so stupid to act that way.. so all in allbi gave it 1 star only..Was this review helpful to you?
A let down for the Weak Hero Manhwa fans
This is coming from someone who is reading and REALLY enjoys the manhwa.This show was just disappointing. When I heard of this adaptation I was really excited for it and it really did deliver with the acting, music and fight choreography. However, the main thing that makes or breaks everything is the story and it was completely changed from the manhwa. I can understand not wanting to copy directly from the comic but then why use the name of the comic in the first place? Most of the episodes felt like filler and the characters were not in character.
If you have not read the Manhwa and enjoyed this tv show then I definitely do recommend checking it out. I was immensely disappointed coming to this from the Manhwa.

Weak hero class 1
Well I know this is one of the most hyped drama (I will not say overhyped since it is really well played and at the time I do not think there was any other as liked "revenge" type of drama) and I probably did not watch this at the right cause it is after Friendly rivarly and meantime Buried hearts (so there is already revenge) and after Newtopia (so violence also was tthere) - I just should have watched something lighter waiting for The divorce insurance - but moving on, still not bad rating, simply not for my The best of 2022's list.Okay moving on to characters (I will write actors' names but I am writing about characters):
Park Ji Hoon - he is amazing actor, his role is totally different from At distance spring is green (Love him there) or Love revolution , his character at the beginning made me think that he would work great in The uncanny counter (maybe someday if we will get season 3 - also now I want him, Cho Byeong Gyu, Kim Sejeong and maybe Roh Jeong Eui in one drama) - in my opinion he for the first time had real friends, so he became really close to them. Also I think he felt guilty, that it was his fault that CHW was taking revenge and that is why everything bad happened (although great bromance - I really see only frienship between him and the rest of guys), in the end he needs to heal after all this trauma (it is clear that it is there) - also he was not weak, since episode one he knew how to fight and knew how to protect himself, the weakest in this was HK.
Choi Hyun Wook - he did not deserved what happened to him, but he isn't a saint (none of the main 3 is to be honest - violence is not the only solution), he was super friendly and maybe it is the reason why some people got wrong idea (guy number 3) or maybe he is bi if we really looking into boy/boy love. Spoiler - it was said that he will not wake up - so I guess his injuries was so bad that he is in pernament coma, probably brain dead.
Hong Kyung - guy number 3, well his father is sh*t, so in this terms there is a lot of reasons to feel bad for him, also I do believe that he fell in love with CHW (maybe his sexuality was a reason for bullying in his former school), if all of his actions as some people are saying was because of instagram then it is literally the most stupid reason, it was simply jealousy......but still his actions was wrong, nothing justify this, he went too far and he is not a victim (at least he felt a little guilty and cared that CHW was in bad condiction, still he is a villain in this story).
Lee Yeon - she did nothing wrong!!! it was not her fault at all, she was more like a sister to CHW, he took care of her so it is only natural that she wanted to be close to him and it is clear that she was more into PJH (and I would like them together), she also did not really wanted to exlude HK, it was also new to her, keep in mind that she also did not have normal life.
Also nice to see some actors I knew from other dramas: Shin Seung Ho, Cha Woo Min, Yoon Jung Hoon, Kim Su Gyeom and Jo Han Chul (totally different father from Love next door). Worth mentioning: Na Chul (RIP).
I think that there were a little too much violence and too little their friendship/bond, they keep telling about killing - so none of them was saint neither right in theirs behaviors - you cannot beat violence with violence - but it is this type of drama and it is about bullying (extreme level). Ending make it clear for me that no matter where you go the same problems, violence and bullies will be there.
I do not see a reason for season 2 to be honest, but if it will be released I will be watching. I understand why people love it, it reminded me of Dokgo rewind, acting is perfect, episodes are short but there is actually a lot happening, so to sum up yeah it is worth watching.
