We will be together in every universe (literally)
"The current of time always runs forward. I might already be your past, but for me, you are my future."I love me a historical and even more so one with an intriguing storyline so this was right up my street. I love how much we go involved in the side characters and some of them went against my expectation of the stereotype which is what I love to see.
It started of sooooo good but I did think the show got a little stagnant in the middle, regardless, I can't fault any of the plot points, they were lovely. I do think there was a little too much of the cheesy lines, and I have a general distaste for the overly produced meticulously placed set and everything feeling a little too clean and polished but that seems to be a current issue with cinema.
The actor for Jom was amazing!!! I can't compliment him enough on his small stubble facial expressions and the way he played Jom was just lovely. Made me involved right away and really sympathize for his situation. The only thing I have to say, which is not his fault but the hair. I could not stop myself from being distracted at the bowl cut and the uniform bangs - a side part never hurt anyone.
The romance was very very cute and I love the lack of stupid conflicts. I think the characters communicate well within their dynamic and they were so careful and sweet with each other - love that. Also the GL side story!!! So happily surprised and I was so here for it!!!
Overall, I think it is one of the best made BLs I've watched in a while and I think the plot is great and the beginning kinda gave a thriller vibes which was fun.

Fell off towards the end, but overall a great watch
Starting off, I want to say this BL series has an incredible storyline. It effortlessly blends together romantic, sad, and funny scenes, making you go through a rollercoaster of emotions every episode. As I went it blind, I still had pretty high expectations seeing all the high rating reviews, and I wasn't disappointed.
The time-traveling trope hooked me in from the first episode, coupled with all the compassion I had for the main character, Jom. I left completely attached to all he was going through, as if Ohm had carved a hole in my heart as well.
As for the main couple, I loved their chemistry so much. The creators weren't scared to show some intimate, vulnerable scenes between them, and I'm genuinely grateful for that.
The second couple, Fongkaew and Ueangphueng, were also fine. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that we needed more scenes delving into their relationship, mostly because they are already together at the beginning of the series, and they don't elaborate on how they fell in love at all. Their future seems to be uncertain, as the last episode leaves me rather confused.
One character in this series that deserves more love is James. Although at the beginning I thought he was going to be stuck as a generic second lead, he proved himself to be so much more than that. He is a walking green flag and they should consider giving him a spin-off series where he finally finds love
What ultimately led me to rate this series an 8.5 were the final three episodes. I won't go into details, as to avoid spoilers, but instead of keeping the same pacing as all the other episodes, they decided to wrap up the main conflict early and keep us wondering about the future of our main character for a bit. It was unbearably slow, worsened by the inclusion of unnecessary scenes that ended up creating major plot holes. I honestly feel they could have handled those episodes better.
In conclusion, despite its flaws, I would recommend this series to any fan of the genre.

I loved the story
Story is original, beautiful and not shallow like in many BL dramas. It can be seen that they wanted to make good drama. There is a lot of characters but the viewers had opportunity to get to know them.I would rank this drama higher but in my opinion main couple lacked chemistry between each other. Individually they've showed good and convincing acting but when they were together although it was not bad it was also not fully convincing. I only started to feel some realistic connection around ep 10 before I was actually confused what type of feelings especially actor playing Jom wanted to show. I couldn't really get into his emotions for his partner for most of the drama which originally made me drop this drama at ep 8 but later on I rewatched it. Also ending could be better explained and although story was very interesting it was also sometimes inconsistent but generally speaking I still love to see well made and interesting BL dramas.

Honestly, I loved it.
I think in terms of acting this is one of the best bl series I've ever watched. The acting is so great that at times I was shocked at how good the acting is. Lol. Bright Rapheephong is a BRILLIANT actor. Now that he's signed with GMMTV, I hope they make use of his great talents.I can see that some people have issues with this series being too "idealistic" about the treatment of queer people in the past. I respectfully disagree with this critique. Not every story needs to stick to strict realism, nor should every queer narrative end in tragedy or pain. The beauty of this series lies in its choice to imagine a world where love is met with support rather than condemnation. By showing Jom and Yai embraced by those around them, they offer a hopeful counter‑narrative that I really REALLY like.
I would have liked to see some more background stories for both Jom and Yai; about their relationships with their parents/siblings, why they are how they are etc. But I can't myself to be too bummed about it because of how beautifully the romance is portrayed (in order for which they add to take away time from other things). It's not often in bl dramas that you see a romance so tender, and affection so well executed. I also really liked the exploration of other themes of the past, such as equality for women and equality/better standards for the workers of the house.
Additionally, I am a huge fan of ambiguous explanations in time travel dramas because it adds to this mysterious fantastical element where none of us know why they're time traveling. It lets me really delve into the mysteries of the universe, so to say. It allows me to think, ah, the universe will bend for love, whether that makes sense or not.
Yes, the series has its imperfections, but to me, that’s beside the point. Too often, bl dramas lean on fetishization, stereotypical roles, or simply aim to deliver NSFW content without much thought for character depth. I Feel You Linger in the Air is different. The romance here is carefully shown: tender, and intentional. You can feel that the creators wanted to portray a genuinely good queer love story, not just a spectacle.
This series lingers in the heart long after the final episode, and I think thats what makes it a truly meaningful work.
P.S. The song "Plumeria" by Cocktail (which I think is the OST?) is stuck in my head. Love the song.

I still feel your presence
What I enjoyed the most about this show is the themes of feminism the side characters had to go through. I absolutely loved the side ship and wanted more of them. The chemistry between the couple was super adorable though. I do think the pacing could have been better for the start of their relationship. I did enjoy the supernatural part of this show, but I wish it was more of a main focus. I did cry a lot nearing the end though because I started to be invested in their relationship. <3Was this review helpful to you?

A treat for the eye (not just the Male leads ;)
This BL series felt like a breath of fresh air for me after watching too many college BL series. As a fan of Downton abbey I am a huge fan of period dramas but I'm always kind of sad that it's mostly white people who get to live in that time period it seems. Enter IFYLITA. My goodness what a beautiful series! The beautiful traditional clothing + locations, cinematography and the etiquette was so interesting to uncover and was a beautiful backdrop for the story. I almost felt like I could smell the plumeria/frangi pangi myself :)The chemistry between the two couples was great and I lovedddd the GL couple a lot! At least they kind of had the common sense to hide their relationship better hahaha. T he ensemble cast and the comedy was also great.
Jom and Yai were also very sweet and cute and the actors did a spectacular job at portraying the longing and tenderness between these two people.
The rating for the story would've been higher if the ending wasn't so weird? There were also a lot of plotlines that were left unanswered imo and perhaps theyre doing it because they want to do a season 2, but it felt a little bit meh & rushed because
WTF DO U MEAN OUR YAI ENDS UP ALONE BC THE YAI IN THE PRESENT IS NOT THE SAME YAI THAT WE KNOW??? WHO IS THIS??? AND HOW??? WHERE DID HE SUDDENLY COME FROM???
All in all it was a good series but i think the characters and the fans deserve a season 2 so plsssss make one producers!!!

It was good BUTTTTT
First of all, this was a really good series. I typically don't enjoy historical dramas but I found this quite enjoyable but there are some things that I found lacking. Okay first of all,the ending was kinda eh and felt a bit rush. I didn't like how they swept the cheating thing under the carpet. I would have enjoyed it if he gave them a bit of sass. Mf were just apologizing to make themselves feel better. If you have fallen out of love then break the fuck up. I am sure you have heard of a phone. Bitch comes with a girl and says he wants to break up after making him wait for 2 years and I am pretty sure she is pregnant too. I would loved LOVED a little sass but nooooo mr.twogoodytwoshoes here has to let bygones be bygones. Secondly,I would have liked it if Jom had a sister and brother relationship with Somjeed in the other time line. He barely had any interaction with his own sister. Thirdly, the ending was a bit confusing. Who is Khun Yai that we saw,was it the Khun Yai in the other time line or the modern time line,we dont know cause they didn't show us. I would have liked it to see his pov in the modern time and how did he reach that house or remembered. And finally,I find this bait for a second season annoying. So bro is just time traveling all through time now to see his Khun Yai in every time line? That is stupid. I feel like this Khun Yai with a moustache was just a waste of plot. Also I felt like the main issue with the main villain was too easily solved. I feel like that was also rushed. In a nutshell, I feel like this time traveling thing was done that well but the plot was still good. Now the acting, the actor that played Jom did well in my opinion but the actor that played Yai was lacking a bit of emotions in the heart wrenching scenes like Jom disappearing right in front of his eyes. I needed more tears tbh. Welp overall, not a bad watch but I felt like they could have done something more. Could have been an 8.5 if they didn't rush the ending so much but whatever. Was this review helpful to you?
Love That Takes Its Time
I tried watching I Feel You Linger in the Air back in 2024, but I dropped it after two episodes. Not because it was bad, but because at the time there were so many BLs to choose from and I naturally leaned toward lighter, easier watches. Looking back now after finally finishing it in 2026, I can say I kind of regret not giving it a proper chance earlier.Let me get this out of the way first. For a 2023 release, this drama was excellent. Easily one of the stronger Thai BLs from that year. It may not be groundbreaking, but it executed its core elements very well, and that alone already puts it above a lot of its contemporaries.
The pacing is probably what threw me off initially. It starts slow, very slow, and if you are not in the mood for something patient and emotionally driven, it can feel dragging. But after finishing it, I understood why it was structured that way. The slow build allowed the story, the emotions, and the characters to settle properly. It needed that time to make everything feel earned.
The acting across the board was solid. The leads, though not very familiar to me at first, delivered convincing and heartfelt performances as Yai and Jom. This is where you really see how seasoned actors can elevate a project. They did not just play the roles, they embodied them. Even the backstories were handled with care, and the script supported their performances well. The storyline itself is not entirely new. If you have watched a lot of Korean dramas or even some KBLs, you will recognize the pattern and probably predict where things are going. Still, it does not take away from the overall experience.
I also appreciated the inclusion of multiple queer pairings. At the time, this was not as common, especially before the recent rise of GL pairings. It added more depth to the world of the story and made it feel more lived in.
Now, the ending. It was… a choice. By the time I reached the latter half of the series, I already had an idea of how things would unfold, so it did not shock me. It was not bad, but I do wish they explored a slightly different direction. Still, I understand why they chose to wrap it up that way. And yes, I have to say it, who is that mustache version of Yai? That caught me off guard more than anything else.
At the end of the day, I Feel You Linger in the Air remains a standout for its time. It may not reinvent the genre, but it respects the story it wants to tell and delivers it with care. It is not for viewers who want something quick, funny, or easy to digest. It asks for patience, but it gives back a meaningful and well crafted experience.
Would I rewatch it? Maybe, maybe not. But I can confidently say it is a great drama that is worth watching at least once.

It was so good but the ending?
I would say I was hooked to this series even though I'm not a fantasy fan. Yai's character might be the rarest green flag in thai bl. His and Jom's chemistry is off the charts. No doubt about it. I liked the cinematography and the music too. It clicked with the story very well. Coming to the plot...time travel is a risky genre and it usually leads to many plot holes if not done properly. Everything was very well scripted and I enjoyed all the episodes until the last few minutes towards the end. I will deduct one star for the ending. There is no explanation given as to how Yai was there in the present with Jom and how he remembers everything. Obviously the Yai in past already stated in the letter that he must have died by the time Jom reads it so who is the one who came at the end. They could have ended the series with Jom unexpectedly meeting a random guy looking like Yai or just moving on from him but they made it confusing and left us with too many questions. Anyways it was a good watch....I liked the dance scene, the kiss in the rain and the oil applying scene omg that was HOT.Don't skip this one. It's worth the time.

Shiny gemstone in 2023
The high quality of this show is visible in Ep1 already. The cinematography, the direction, the production, the OST, the setting, the cast... everything just feels on spot. The plot has a very strong start with Ep1 with really heavy drama and great acting; providing a unique, somewhat supernatural premise. In later episodes the plot's strength is fluctuating, not as strong as Ep1 but still pretty good and enjoyable, the main plot and side plots are pretty slowburn, yet giving time for the characters and actors to shine, develop connections, show emotions. It's such a great relief compared to average, lower production highschool BLs where sometimes their emotions often come out of the blue and we're supposed to believe it. Moreover, the presentation of the culture of Thailand in the past is also amazing and I enjoyed every moment of watching it.
My only regret is that the plot often changes from serious to a fluffy and funny tone. I would have also liked some more representation of the old<->modern conflicts, solutions and more times when both timelines teach each other. Instead, one of them is quite passive, and the only one being taught, not vice versa.
Ep11 is heavy drama, in contrast to previous, more playful and side-plot focused episodes, maybe the strongest episode after Ep1.
This show is already a 9/10 for me, and I'm looking forward to watching the finale. I somewhat have high hopes that it will be as satisfying as the previous 11 episodes, maybe with an open ending and a hint for another season...
( Fingers crossed :3 )
If you want to see more of something, it should be I Feel You Linger in the Air. This is probably the best and most surprising BL series of 2023 (so far), with the best drama, OST and setting.
9/10

Best Thai bl for me
While it’s not perfect it did a lot of things right. The best thing in this drama is Khun Yai. I loved how he cared for and respected Jom. Khun yai respected Jim’s boundaries, he didn’t force himself on him, though he fell really fast for Jom he was patient enough to wait for Jom to accept him and want to be with him.
Fav parts
Drunk Khun yai was not a nuisance nor did he try to do anything to Jom. And yet when he wake up the next day he was concerned that he might have done something to Jom. I’m most Thai bl when someone is drunk we know we gonna have some non con sth.
Eeeh I’ll get back to this review later I’m tired haha 😂

Stunning series
This is simply beautiful, kind, and definitely not too much! All I can say is that it has been long since I watched a simple, pure thai romance, and this is it!
I love the way how there is always a bit of chemistry, but never too much, the slow development of the characters and the storyline was a great choice, this is what makes this series so precious.
They couldn't have chosen better actors either. All of them suit their role, I'm so proud of this team.
First you would think this is a typical back-to-the-past type of story, but there is so much more to it. Everyone is way too clean for a servant, but otherwise there is some truth to how they lived.
The acting never made me feel that anything would be unnatural, so they did a great job with the cast!
The music is pretty, sometimes classical, sometimes mixed with thai sounds. Only complaint that it reminds me of the music of another series, like they used the exact same.
Overall there is nothing I would say that's so bad. I'm just waiting for a good ending, not a perfect one.
