Light & sweet
I would like to give it a 8.25 but anyway.This is a good filler watch, it is light and fun, I actually find myself randomly thinking about scenes in it and going to find them now and then.
PROS: I do enjoy the she fell first, he fell harder storyline so this does a good job of filling that. I think everything is done pretty well, no super messy issues, or long drawn out arguments. Pretty nice chemistry and good romance scenes. It is an easygoing watch nice to rewind and relax. My favorite part of the drama is the second couple, they are super cute and I really enjoyed seeing their relationship blossom and grow. Also the kitten is adorable.

Cute, low stress story worth your time
I May Love You was quite enjoyable. The actors were beautiful, the story was fun and a bit different. I liked how we had plenty of good times rather than everything coming together just in the last 10 minutes like with some series.The FL is so cute and I think she did a really great job with her role. Her acting is very natural. I hope to see her lead more modern-setting dramas.
Here is my one gripe that almost caused me to bail. I had the same issue with the series “Love Is Sweet”. In the beginning of the series, the ML would grab the FL by the arm/wrist and not let go. He also forced a kiss on her. (The FL did that to the ML early in, but female on male is a whole different thing than male on female.) Not sure why the FL did not slap him or report him. Later the ML was so sweet and gentle this seems like a weird plot hole to me.
In any event, the series ended well and other than my one gripe was good fun. I recommend it.

Sweet, Mature Romance with Strong Leads
I went in expecting a light, fluffy c-drama, but I May Love You surprised me with something deeper—solid chemistry, well-developed characters, and emotional moments that actually hit.What I Loved Most:
Tang Xin (Huang Ri Ying) isn’t your typical helpless heroine. She’s smart, confident, and knows what she wants—refreshingly real in a sea of baby-voiced damsels
The chemistry between Tang Xin and her boss, Tang Yu (Wei Zhe Ming), is 🔥—you feel it in every glance, every touch. It's electric, but never cheesy
I loved how they skipped the usual c-drama melodrama: no evil exes, no forced love triangles, no over-the-top angst. Just realistic, heartfelt romance of second couple as well.
What Didn’t Fully Work:
The romance does drag a bit at times—the back-and-forth felt stretched at times
Some plot points, like the whole copyright drama, felt a little unrealistic—like the characters were conveniently oblivious
I May Love You is a really solid watch, especially if you're tired of clichés. It’s mature, emotionally grounded, and anchored by two strong, likable leads. It may slow down toward the end, but the payoff—with honest confession and growing chemistry—makes it worth it.

Suckers for ‘Men fell harder’ trope
I actually just stumbled upon this on WeTV when I’m out of dramas to watch. Since I’m quite fond of Miles Wei and the synopsis is interesting, I gave it a try.To my surprise, I actually love overall of the story. I like the push and pull that the FL gives, I like how consistent she tried not to accept the ML love after his rejection - even she actually still love him. I like how she play hard to get, and didn’t gave in easily. Also, I LIKE that she’s SMART AND HARDWORKING.
Side characters are all nice, no draggy dramas and conflicts.
Overall, it’s a great story with pretty good actors and actress. You should give it a try since it’s just 24 episodes!
Oh yes, I just wish they did some change with their wardrobe, ML’s suits always repeated even he is supposed to be rich CEO and the FL is almost always in a bun (wish they tried some other hairstyles too, she looks pretty with hair down too).

Es un drama muy lindo y tierno, no hay toxicidad ni tanto drama, siento que es digerible para cualquier tipo de persona.De esos dramas que cuando no sabes que ver te van a ayudar, la música es muy linda y los actores son excelentes. Los personajes secundarios también muestran una historia muy buena y me alegra que para todos haya un final feliz.
No es un drama tan largo, así que eso también ayuda a qué no haya cosas sueltas y que te pierdas demasiado, es consigo y su guión tiene pocos fallos, el problema que encuentro es en sus vestuarios ya que son bastante básicos y repetitivos.
En lo personal siento que me faltó algo, aún no se que pero lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Simply loved it
I am new to c drama and i ran into this oneI have seen the ml in only for love i liked him but the drama was not that much but this one...
The chemistry between both leads was intense..the way breath when they neet ..its nit typical cold ceo and dumy assistant..though i lije them sometimes but this one was nice smooth..funny moments
Interesting story overall its a must watch

Cute yet Cliché
Ceo and Assistant become close. Someone falls hard only for there to be this push-pull of emotions till they become an item late in the series. The ML and FL were cute yet chemistry seemed forced at times and super-safe in other times. No real petty issues which was refreshing. The misunderstanding and knight in shining armor moments seemed a bit cliché. The SML and SFL were very cute and relatable with how their relationship started, blossomed and progressed. The end was a bit dialog heavy in trying to tie up loose ends and fill in expressed completion of all connections. Yet the cast was solid, the storyline was good but cheeky. Miles Wei never disappoints me
I think this is a pretty good light and enjoyable romcomwhat I liked :
- I think the leads have such good chemistry, we could feel it from the beginning. I liked their little moments and they had some good scenes even before finally dating
- I think the clothes looked good and it was interesting to see them wearing more than once the same clothes, don’t know if it was a budget problem ahah but it looked real to me (like you don’t always wear different clothes in life)
- I absolutely loved the music
- I think the acting was good
- the leads looks good together
- very good skinship, kiss and intimate scenes between the leads
- the sister was a bit annoying me at first but she grow on me and matured. Her couple with the director was cute
- no breakup, but they got together pretty late ahaha
- the cat❤️ it was cute and it was funny creating moments and opportunities for ML to get close to her because of it. They were like parents and ML who said he didn’t like the cat at the beginning and didn’t want to keep it. He ended up loving it and him when they picked it up after the filming ended. asking all these questions, being mad and concerned ahah man loves his cat
- no toxic parents. Both leads have good and kind parents. They also got along well rapidly. ML who is from a rich and known family, but his parents don’t care about who he dates, they liked FL and we’re just happy he was in love/dating someone. Also supportive, like with SFL with her acting career
- no love triangle (we saw a bit a another guy, but I wouldn’t call this a love triangle and the purpose to make ML jealous)
- I really liked the ending and the last scene of the drama, I think it was beautiful
- watching their story and romance made me smile a lot
- Made me emotional when he read her old post and found out that she loved him for many years
But :
- I think it was too long before getting officially together, took 18 eps/24(we literally already knew from the first ep they both like each other). I get FL (what he said was hurtful with the rejection even if she’s not totally faultless because of her response to him asking why she loved him I think, in the moment don’t think he believed she actually loved him), ML needed to grovel a bit. But I think it got a bit old FL rejection and playing « hard to get ». At least we still got many moments before they started dating for real
- I’m sorry but SML… his hair was so distracting to me, it looked so bad
I absolutely recommend this drama

A bit dragged out
Parts of this drama were worthy of 8 stars, but some things pulled it a bit down, so I ended up on 7,5*Wei Zhe Ming as the ML is an actor I have liked in other works, but I wouldn't rate this amongst his best roles.
As I am looking back at this now a while after actually watching the drama, the FL didn't leave me with any impression whatsoever.
As for the story:
I liked that there were some independent, strong female characters, and understanding, loveable parents.
They dragged the story out a bit too much.
Her having loved him for years, even if she got hurt by his rejection, I found some of her following actions (or "non-actions") a bit over-the-top.

A very light hearted, and sweet romcom
This drama was literally the definition of she fell first but he fell harder. The story doesn't have much of a plot but it has a great storyline that progresses very well. I really enjoyed seeing the leads' relationship growing with each episode. I also loved the story of the second leads, their story too was really sweet! The acting of the cast was wonderful and very entertaining. The music was great to listen to and it was a really fun watch. Good drama
Story line is that ,she had a crush on her boss but her boss used her to get her friend about that she knew . Still she helped him . But his friend married someone less then she thought she had a chance so she proposed him and he rejected her though he had feelings for her but why he did so ? For this watch the drama .Chemistry between the leads were good . Second leads were also good . You ship love story they liked it but those who see many other things than love story for them it is a boring one

Fluff fluff romcom where the CAT never grew up!
Wow, the most amazing thing is.. the cat never grew up, the leads fell in love, got married, shot a movie.. still the cat never grew up!! Miracle...lolJokes apart..a really wholesome drama, with no holes...i loved Director Lu and dingding pair the most... so freaking cute....
Liked, there was no anaconda or vipers, no secondlead syndrome or love triage.. really respect Hua's expression of "mixed feeling" for his sister... that was done real well and not a messy "i lost the gal i loved, now i turn into vinegar pot "
Beautiful shot on Dingdings first kiss being her first true love!! Cute..real cute!
Beauitful parents... lovely brother-sister relationship, all in all ..i could say, i did not do any skip or 5x moment... which is a big thing.. as i now officially the queen of drops..you could see that from my "currently watching" list. Lol
Acting was to the point, all sequences were done well.
Most rewatched was LuDingding pairing... i really liked their romance!!!
