Sweet Drama
Not much needs to be said about this drama. It is a short, sweet story. Here it is shown very clearly what it is like to have a one-sided love for a very long time and what friendship really means.
In this drama we see how both characters suffer and in the end we get exactly what we want to see. They confess their feelings to each other and become happy.. And that's exactly what you can expect from this drama. It is not meant to be complicated.
I liked this drama and the actors did a good job. It fulfills exactly what I wanted to see. That's why this drama gets 10 stars from me.

beginning of a drama
I loved the actors in this, and I felt the balance between subplots and the main plot was well done. They even had time to add in second love interests to spike up the conflict but everything went so fast I had no idea it was done till the end. I thought it was just begging we'd get to see them face their world and everything and grow in love, but nope, this was just a bit of a letdown because I thought they were going to go deeper. My favorite part was when the writers put her through exactly what she put him through. I was laughing but also so sad for her cause I know I would have cried if that happened to me.
Even in the end, we didn't get enough couples together time, and that's why it was so low for me. The rewatch value is higher because it was an enjoyable watch, but everything was resolved too quickly; the end was too quick. She found out too quickly, and it just felt like I just watched an extra-long movie that I thought was going to be a show.
The OST was okay. The fashion was good but nothing I feel I needed to copy or was struck by like they usually are.
Overall this was just a good story with not enough time to developed or not enough time given to the proper issues.

Sweet, Lovely and Honest
I'm not sure what took me so long to finish these four episodes - after a huge break between the first and second episodes I finished it that afternoon. It's poignant and hits all the right notes. It doesn't pretend to be something bigger than it is and delivers a true representation of one-sided friend love, but also how those feelings evolve, change and grow.
Park Hyung-Sik really does look at his leading actresses in a way that melts your bones - that kiss was truly beautiful, definitely one of the better ones!
Short, sweet and great comfort watching.

I almost did not recognize Park Hyung Sik from SWDBS as he broods quietly on the sideline, while Song Hye Kyo's doppelganger Han So Hee is decent as the object of his affections. I also liked the fact that the production team used music and imagery to reflect the different stages of the MCs' relationship. Alternatively, this isn't a drama that needed a whole thesis deconstructing the plot devices or in person narratives due to its short length. It is meant to be enjoyed as it is, a bittersweet journey of two people finally finding love after two decades.

Short, Sweet and Heartwarming: A True Best Friends to Lovers
I did not expect this story to be this good. The credit goes to the whole team who worked on this drama. The acting, the music, the likeable and mature characters, the heartwarming atmosphere are all the reasons I recommend this kdrama to anyone who just want to relax and watch a sweet kdrama.
I really love the main leads. Their friendship which always had that love is just too sweet and the supporting characters are also surprisingly well done.
A Short story when done right can manage to get everything just right and this kdrama is one such story.

Wholesome
I just love it - it is to watch and watch again. Feel good, short and sweet and wholesome drama with a clear theme developing through the 4 episodes. Well suited casting for roles and support roles- believable characters were their silences meant 1000 words. Heartfelt mini series with relevant music and titles for each episodes. I wish I could have seen more of them - main characters, however in 4 episodes, the writers, director and actors succeeded to brilliantly bring up to life this unrequited love theme drama. I would recommend this mini-series as a healing, optimistic and satisfying drama. Was this review helpful to you?
Happy Ending To An Unrequited Love Story
The world of unrequited love is not unfamiliar to us. In our life journey, we have all been in one-sided love. Yet life moved on, and we moved on. But somewhere, we kept on loving that person, hoping that one day, they would realise the love we have had for them. The story of Soundtrack #1 is no exception. Was this review helpful to you?
Short and smooth
Soundtrack#1 centered around two main characters and the story unfolds through their interactions with each other(and side characters). There is nothing new, but this is my kind of drama if executed properly. I like that despite its short time, the story is at consistent pace and they dont end it abruptlyNow, I will focus to talk about the main characters
Sun Woo: Introverted male lead who has a crush with his bff for long time, this drama proves me that PHS really the best choice to potray character who secretly in love with someone, i mean HIS EYES really convey the emotions without speak it loud
Eun Soo: Extroverted female lead who is noisy and tend to (but not always) speaks her mind. At first, i doubt HSH would pull off this character given her cold appearance, but her cold image giving her childish little sister vibe rather than spoiled girl friend that we used to seeing in drama that using friends to lovers trope, so it gives me fresh take on this kind of drama
Side characters: here i won’t talk side characters in detail since this drama focused on the main leads, but side characters are decent, there is no one who overly annoying
Music: while this drama has music theme in it, i dont find any soundtrack here memorable
Rewatch value: i think i would rewatch this soon

SSS- Simple Sweet Short
Loved the serene direction, emotional were convyed well, cinematography was good and acting ofc was ❤️.The best part is the crispness of the story due to short running time which was a very good choice for this story, cos story in itself is nothing extraordinary. It's about two long time friends who realise later that they are in love, as simple as that. So it was the other choices which actually made the series worth watching. Things like good storytelling, good music, cinematography and ofc the acting

A Short Sweet Drama
The synopsis tells you everything. Friends to Lovers trope. You know how it's gonna go. It is a feel-good drama, one that I would definitely watch again. I watched this because of Park Hyung Shik (I was impressed with his performance in Happiness) and because it was short drama. What I really end up liking was the execution and simple closure to the drama. It could have easily been made into a movie but I am not complaining. Music was great. There's not much depth to the characters or story.

SHORT AND SWEEEEEET DRAMA

Short and sweet, with a touch of yearning
Two things drew me to this drama: 1) It was a short four episodes. I was feeling the need for a break from the bloated, drawn-out dramas. 2) Park Hyung Sik.Park Hyung Sik as Han Sun Woo was excellent. He's got that yearning for love thing on lock (he did this really well in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon). He didn't make it obvious immediately to us as the audience, so you could somewhat understand the FL not seeing it. The brevity of the story kept me from feeling that the FL was an idiot not to see his love. We also didn't have to sit through multiple extra storylines that are used as filler.
Though the plot line they developed for them to be living in the same space didn't work for me (how in the world was he, a photographer, supposed to help her write lyrics?), I LOVED his addition to her lyrics at the end, but I just wish the ending hadn't been so abrupt. We didn't get to enjoy them as a couple at all, really.
I liked her mother and her tarot cards. That she could see what was going on, and her reaction to it, was so cute, and just added to the cluelessness of the FL.
This show wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it was good for an evening's easy entertainment.
