My Monday and Tuesday obsession is gone?
From the very beginning, yes, from the very first episode I was so engrossed with the plot. (Or maybe the ml and fl? :3) Whatever! After watching Lovely Runner last year, finally I was able to watch a rom-com with this much interest and honestly, this drama gave me the vibe of Lovely Runner from the start. However, it wasn’t a plot with time travel, it was different.
A shaman girl who is also a highschool student!
She had a standard for her ‘would be first love’. And a boy who'll gonna die in next 21 days was a complete match for her standard. So guess what? She was so desperate to save him and she gave it her all! From the first episode you'll find their interactions so lovely!💘 (At least for me it was!)
The journey started but things started getting different as an evil spirit showed up at the ep 6. (I'll say, the story gets more interesting from this moment!)
Ahh, not gonna say any more thing, please go watch. I already wrote this much, my patients!!!
I enjoyed the whole 12 episode without any boringness! But it was a pure torture just to watch 2 episodes in a week...🤧 (Watching ongoing drama is really hard when you like a drama this much!)
Gonna miss all my pookies.... Bae Gyeon-U, Park Seong-A, Pyo Ji Ho, Hye Ri, Jin Ung, Do Hyun, Beom, Ji Seung!
Wanna say, Ji Ho was a biggest green flag and a good friend. Despite his love for Seong-A, he never did something to irritate Gyeon-U. [Though Gyeon-U (Bong Su) did!☠️] Although he always said that he is helping Gyeon-U just for Seong-A, but deep down he always cared for Gyeon-U as his best friend!❤️
About ost, D-Day was fire! It gave such a vibe all time! Then there is ‘Better with you’ ahh such a warming ost...💘
A perfect watch for me! Totally 10/10 💥💘
However, it ended. My next Monday and Tuesday will be dull from now on. No more waiting...🙁

Cute and Hilarious
I never expected to laugh so much. Head Over Heels was truly a joy to watch! I was entertained from start to ep 11. Ep 12 was all right so I took off half a point. But the last scene (extra credit) was also fun.I also had serious second lead syndrome. He was truly such a caring friend. The trio were a blast together! And one of the funniest episode of the drama was the two boys together.
Normally I wouldn't rate a school romance so highly. The characters really were wonderful. I was a bit mislead into thinking the plot will go down the horror route or suddenly become sad but fortunately, it kept it's light nature.
The OST is nice too. Need to look up the song. And the opening theme is quite beautiful.
I definitely recommend this one especially if you need to uplift your mood!

Shaman to the rescue of her first love. Beware of second lead syndrome
Plot - I am not a teen and this is targeted towards young audience but the reason I liked it is because I LOVE GHOST COMEDIES. The plot revolves around a young shaman who wishes to protect people from evil, especially her high school crush.Characters
FL - The FL is cute and your usual chirpy FL.
ML - He's ...as usual a ML with a sad past who has some specific thing that can only be cured by the FL 🤣 .
Okayy....Wow! That twist...his character gets an interesting twist around ep 6. It gives the ML more charm and makes his character shine fully.
2nd ML - I love his personality. He's a great friend and a man with 💪 strong chi. So, he can give you a major 2nd lead syndrome.
Overall, the drama has-
1) family bond/family troubles
2) ghosts
3) Good shamans and evil shamans
4) High school friendhips and love
Its a decent drama. I am liking it a lot more than I expected. Its a pleasant surprise. It did give me some nostalgia as I used to love korean Ghost romantic comedies (that was a whole genre at some time). ❣️❣️

Slow Yet Too Fast
its been a while since I have watched any good highschool drama. It was quite a combination of Highschool and Shamanism and the combination was balanced and insane. After a long slump of 6-8 months actually binged something that refreshed my mind couldn't be more happy about it.In this drama, everything was perfect especially gyeon u as bong su as well as seong a as bong su was so damn funny I literally laughed my whole heart out loved their chemistry.
I wish they cast them again together in this sort of rom-com genre.
Long Short Story I loved it!!!

Drama of the Year. No Debate. No Skip
This drama? EASILY a 1000000/10. no skips, no crumbs left 🔥“Head Over Heels” is THAT drama that grabs you from ep 1 and never lets you go 😭
Story? So easy to follow but still has you hooked and screaming at the screen like??
Not confusing, not dragging — just straight-up ✨vibes✨
Every episode ends with me like: “nooo pls one more ep I’m begging 😭”
It’s not just romance — it’s mystery, shaman stuff, fantasy, pain, fluff, ALL OF IT.
Literally the perfect mix.
And don’t even get me started on the leads.
Cho Yi-hyun + Choo Young-woo? Insane chemistry.
Like the eye contact?? The tension?? The soft smiles?? HELLO I CAN’T BREATHE.
Also the pacing is chef’s kiss.
No filler, no boring scenes, just back-to-back bangers.
The plot actually moves. And the EMOTIONS??? Real. Raw. Personal. I was in shambles 💔
If you’re bored of typical cliché dramas… WATCH THIS.
You’ll fall in love, cry, laugh, scream — and then rewatch it all over again 😩💗

This drama is a rare gem that blends gripping mystery, place intrigue, bittersweet romance, and surprisingly deep psychological storytelling. At first, I wasn’t sure where the story was heading. The early episodes are more subtle, carefully laying down pieces — but I’m so glad I stuck with it, because the emotional payoff was absolutely worth it.
What stood out the most for me was how beautifully it explored themes of identity, memory, and healing — all through a unique dual-role performance that was just chef’s kiss. The romance wasn’t rushed or overly dramatic — instead, it built up quietly and meaningfully, making the final episodes hit even harder.
The writing felt poetic at times, and the characters stayed grounded despite the fantasy-like premise. I found myself crying more than once — not just from sadness, but from the sheer emotional weight of it all. This isn’t just a love story. It’s a story about finding wholeness, accepting brokenness, and loving someone through every version of themselves.
If you're in the mood for a drama that unfolds slowly but meaningfully, and delivers a powerful, healing finale — this is it.
"Head Over Heels" is not loud, but it’s unforgettable.

Losing my mind—literally head over heels
Ep 10 RIGHT NOW and I am NOT okay. I didn’t think it was possible to get THIS obsessed THIS fast, but here I am—completely losing my mind over this kdrama. I’ve binged so many episodes I think I’ve become part of the furniture. It’s got EVERYTHING—laugh-out-loud moments, spooky vibes (ep1✋) , and characters so real. And Jin Ung? OH MY GOD. I am so in love, I can’t even breathe. He’s like a walking, talking emotional hurricane—tough exterior, but inside? A giant softie with a heart so fragile. Honestly, I’ve never seen a character more complex, more adorable, or more capable of making my heart do backflips. Every time he smolders with that brooding stare, I feel like I might just faint. If I could, I’d throw myself at him, scream “I love you,” and never look back. He’s the kind of messy, emotional train wreck I live for, and I am completely obsessed with every inch of his complicated, adorable personality. I’d sell my soul for more Jin Ung content, no joke.
The story? It’s a wild, unpredictable rollercoaster—full of supernatural twists, deep backstories, and characters so genuine I want to hug them all. Meanwhile, I’m over here, a complete hot mess—crying one second, cracking up the next, clutching my pillow like it’s my lifeline. I swear I’ve never been this emotionally wrecked in my entire existence. I’m about to throw a tantrum once I finish the last two episodes I js know that.
The drama? It’s so thick you could cut it with a butter knife, and I am HERE FOR IT. If you love stories that make you scream, sob, and laugh all at once (preferably while lying in a puddle of your own tears), then YOU need to watch this ASAP. And Jin Ung? Ugh, don’t even get me started—I’m completely, hopelessly, and utterly in love with that walking disaster of a man. Send help.
Wth -ep 11 me

These actors chemistry just perfect
“Head Over Heels” is a hidden gem that deserves way more love. The chemistry between Cho Yi Hyun and Choo Young Woo is simply unforgettable — soft, sincere, and heart-fluttering in every scene. The story blends superstition, fate, and love in a refreshing way that keeps you hooked until the very last episode.
Though it was sadly cut short to only 12 episodes, the ending was beautiful, full of hope and healing.
We need a Season 2 — or at least another drama with these two together again. Please! 🙏💫

Give it a try if this genre to your liking
Actually these types of dramas which have elements like~ Fantasy, Youth Romance, Mystery are actually my types. Right now if I say a similar drama like this 'Lovely Runner' pop up in my mind. Although the plot are different. But if you are a person who have similar taste like me I think you should give it a try.I just simply started watching but having lower expectations because I guess I have watched similar type contents before and was unsure wether it will be able to fill up my expectations or not. And honestly it didn't hooke me at first. The first two episodes was so so for me. But it's the episode 3rd that literally stand out and I am hooked. Now I am already in episode 4 and this episode was too good. The leads have amazing chemistry. And yeah, as for the second lead trust me he is not annoying at all. Second lead syndrome, love triangle is a common thing in youth romance drama so I am assuming if you are starting this drama you already have this in your mind. But I feel like SML and ML will give good us bromance and he is kinda protector of the FL as well as ML . I mean as of now he is really really a very positive and important character. And I liked him a lot.
And funny cute FL , cold ML, I guess you have already encounter these things way before and yeah you will encounter this again here. As of now I didn't find anything cringry. Will probably edit this after completing the drama. The mysterious part in this drama is related to ghosts, shaman so if you are interested in these you should definitely give it a try. At least watch first 3 episode. If it still doesn't hook you , then this drama might not for you. You are free to drop it then.
So my final suggestions to you as of now if you start it at least watch the first 3 episodes. Happy Watching.

Super Cute - High School x Fantasy
I'm Head Over Heels in love with this drama 😍Such an adorable couple.. The FL is so cute whenever she's with him trying to hide her identity and still save him.. I really wish they would've kept it a secret for longer because she's just sooo cute trying to save Gyeon-u everytime.. I would've watched it all day.. her saving him and keeping her identity hidden.. I think she's the cutest FL I have seen in a kdrama and this role is meant for her.. The casting is perfect 💯
Gyeon-u is so handsome and his smile when he starts warming up to her is so childlike I love it so much.. Love the bond between Seong A and her spirit mom.. everybody is just sooo cute in this drama.. 😍
Perfect casting.. Beautiful drama 💖
Binged 4 episodes and need more.. my new obsession.. such a cute pairing.. love this plot.. I really like fantasy dramas and high school dramas.. it is a perfect blend of my 2 fav genres.. 🤌🏻
And I honestly love the best friend SML Ji Ho he is just so supportive.. I wish I had a friend like that.. and he is charming too the way he saves Seong A and tells Gyeon-u he might become competitive.. I keep wishing Seong A chooses him but I know that's not gonna happen.. but honestly he is a lovely character, a good guy, super cool and he's so much fun to watch on screen 😍
P.S. Love Seong A's shaman outfit.. wish I had one.. it's too pretty 😍

A Thrilling Ride That Loses Steam at the Finish Line
Head Over Heels starts off as an absolute gem in the K-drama world. From episodes 1 to 10, the storyline is engaging, the pacing is perfect, and the acting keeps you hooked. I found myself unable to stop watching, always excited for the next episode. The cast selection is solid, with performances that feel genuine and emotional. The female lead shines throughout, while the male lead—although great in Trauma Code—feels less convincing in this series, particularly in episodes 11 and 12 where his performance slightly drops.
Unfortunately, the final episode left me underwhelmed. After such a promising buildup, the ending felt rushed and anticlimactic, making me wish for more closure or a twist that lived up to the earlier hype.
Overall:
⭐ 9.5/10 – A must-watch for its strong start and engaging story, but be prepared for a slightly disappointing ending.

This Drama Captured My Heart Completely!!
I loved this drama from start to finish, I fell head over heels. It’s been so long since a K-drama managed to keep me fully invested until the end. Usually, I start losing interest somewhere in the middle, but this? This was different. A perfect blend of supernatural, emotional storytelling, rom-com, angst, and just so much pain + laugh, it had everything I love. This was FOR ME!The story follows Seong A, a high school girl by day and a shaman by night. All she wants is to live an ordinary life. But one day, she meets Bae Gyeon woo, a boy who’s "upside down", someone fated to die. Seong A becomes determined to save him.
Seong A stole my heart. She’s such an adorable, bubbly girl. Seeing ghosts is not an easy life, but she never stops smiling. Her warmth, her kindness, it hurts how sweet she is. I'm going to miss her so much. Yihyun portrayed her so well, she was pretty in her shaman clothes, and when she became Bong su, she turned into a total baddie! I adored how she fell for Gyeon woo and never gave up on him.
Bae Gyeon woo had such a miserable life… His eyes were so sad it physically hurt. Treated like a plague, carrying misfortune, he was cold, empty, until Seong A came into his life. She brought color to his world. He deserved the whole world. I loved his archery arc too. The way he found a reason to live, not just through Seong A chasing the suicide ghost, but through archery himself, was powerful.
Ji ho, Seong A’s best friend, started out a bit annoying with his one-sided crush, but omg… he turned out to be the cutest. Loyal, fun, always looking after the leads. I ended up loving him a lot. His scenes were a delight.
Bong su, the supposedly evil spirit, was so funny, like a lost kid throwing tantrums. And yet, his backstory made you feel bad for him too. I kept flip-flopping between liking and disliking him. Choo Young woo did an amazing job with the dual roles, just in the eyes and body language alone, you could feel the difference.
The chemistry between the leads is off the charts. Every scene they had together was magic. Even the whole “human talisman” plot, Seong A making skinship with Gyeon woo to ward off ghosts, was hilarious and touching.
And when Ji ho became the human talisman, That was comedy gold! The bromance between Ji ho and Gyeon woo was everything. Even as rivals, Ji ho cared deeply and supported Gyeon woo. I loved their dynamic.
The high school friend group was adorable too, and I loved how they stayed close even after graduation. The unexpected couple was so cute.
I also appreciated the mother-daughter dynamic between Seong A and the General, and the entire shaman squad. Do Ryeong was so zesty, I loved the whole vibe.
As for Yeom hwa... wow. What an evil woman. Even her sad backstory couldn’t redeem her in my eyes, she was self-aware in her cruelty, which made her even more chilling. Still, the actress played her brilliantly.
The visuals were stunning. Dreamy, bright, yet calm, the color palette made every scene a joy to look at. The cinematography was top-tier. The OST was decent and fit well with the mood.
I really liked the shaman rituals too, they felt authentic and added depth to the world building. Every actor gave it their all, the cast did so well.
The story did get a bit confusing and fast near the end, but honestly nothing really bothered me. My heart says it’s a 10/10, while my brain says maybe 8, so I’ll go with my heart: 9.5/10.
This drama made my inner child so happy. I know I’ll remember this one for a long, long time.
