- Healing, slice-of-life
- Slow paced
- FL takes a trip to heal (in ODO it's about 1-day outings here and there while in SS, she moves to a village).
- Quiet, doormat FLs that are tired of life
- Similars attract romance (part of the main story in SS, briefly shown in ep 3 of ODO)

Both of these shows are sooo peaceful. They're both great bedtime stories :)
They both featured delicious food, cooking, simple living, and thought-provoking conversations. Watching the characters just makes me relax and enjoy the interactions between them. It's short but the characters captivated me and keep me invested with the stories.
