Stepmom makes some ruckus in the palace
A story you can watch in one evening. What it won't have is rose-colored glasses on the female protagonist (which is a recurring sin in doramas nowadays).
Basically, both protagonists know what they want.
What there will be - palace intrigues, treachery, the story of an army of thousands, the murder of mother and other relatives... and all is pretty fast paced.
It is all bright, colorful, and you don't even want to pause it.
Perhaps they just chose the right size of the series.
You won't get bored - that's for sure.
And remember: each plan can have a hidden agenda.

Compelling Chemistry Amid Palace Intrigue
This isn't the best production, but I enjoyed watching it. The chemistry between the leads made the narrative work and kept me interested in their outcome. There are several layers of palace guilt and conspiracies and it was engaging to piece it all together while watching how it tragically affected the characters. It made the plots interesting and the consequences poignant. Was this review helpful to you?
